    The Syrups i purchased
    Daisey V.

I think I have a new obsession with homegoods! I scored big time! After i dropped my oldest off at school, i headed to homegoods because i heard the have a variety of coffee syrups. I went with my youngest child (appointment day) and we got there at 8:30, so should've checked they opened at 9. Once doors opened, we went in, i was greeted politely with a smile and a "good morning welcome" and it automatically lightened my morning. We found a variety for a good price of syrups and coffee to-go cups as well. Sooooo many choices and sooo many cute styles for all occasions. I also found the cutest mugs to take home to updated my coffee bar. Truly a good haul & success of a trip, will definitely be coming back.

Grand opening today! I went towards the end of night and the parking lot was still very packed! I can see the parking being an issue especially dinner time and weekends. It's in the same plaza as Ross, IN-N-OUT, Raising Canes, and Sprouts. Employees were friendly and props to them for still being cheery since they had a long busy day. Since it was grand opening the store was very well stocked. I mainly got snacks and couple other items since I didn't really NEED anything. I like browsing around to see what they have. Although this place isn't as big as other Home Goods, I'm happy they added one to Hayward!

Gazing Globe, 2 flower pots turned into fountain and Turtle, all found at Home Goods.

They always have great products at prices that are much lower than you'd find at a store. Not only this but they have unique products not found at any other stores. The pics are a couple of flower pots turned into a fountain and a turtle garden statue along with a gazing globe that lights up at night. There found was beautiful color haven't seen another like it. Never saw anything like the flower pots colors or the turtle. I splurged on the turtle at $40, but had to have. The pots weren't bad at about $20ish each and the globe was $29 also a splurge since I like bargain finds, but will worth it since C it's solar and looked lovely at night. My garden turned out beautiful.

The one in Hayward is the best. Very neat & has more stuff than Pacific Commons in Fremont.

We talked as she waited on other customers. She was very polite, kind and just a whole vibe. The item I purchased. I said it's a gift for my daughter. She said would u like me to wrap it in tissue paper. I said wow thank u but no thank you. She said well im here to please! It was amazing! Then I saw puzzles 40%off. I said my cousin and myself loves puzzles. I saw a cat one for her. I said oh this is a must have! She loves cats! The cashier in front greeted me b4 I could reach the register. He also said if there is anything I can help u with. Please let me know. He said and when you're ready to check out I'm available. An employee walked in. He made a small finger gesture to his boss. Maybe she wasn't suppose to work. I don't know! However, unlike the cashier on New Years he didn't talk until he was finished with me. And he was super young! I would expect him to talk like the elderly did! Not the other way around! I really enjoyed shopping today! January 7,2025. I will return especially if this crew is working. Thank you all! A 10/10!

No apology. No explanation. No effort to move things along. Just one long line of people standing there like idiots while nothing happened. This is basic retail management and somehow it's still a disaster here. It's AD 2026 and this store still runs a system like it's 1985. After 20 minutes of watching absolutely nothing happen, I literally threw the items I was holding onto the counter where the cashier was and stormed out. Only then did the manager suddenly decide to react and come after me. Completely unacceptable customer service and total disregard for anyone waiting in line. By the way, their fabric section sucks. Not enough thread. I miss JoAnn's.

Today, my husband and I drove down from San Francisco and were warmly greeted by Katya and Deborah. Within thirty seconds we felt right at home. After describing the poufs we'd spotted on their website, we were escorted into the warehouse and shown the samples we'd come to see--were able to browse more beautiful inventory that filled the shelves--and were introduced to other members of the Casablanca Marketing family, who ultimately oversaw the preparation of our order. Sitting at home writing this review (with my feet propped up on one of our new poufs), I couldn't be happier with the service we received--and looking forward to our next visit to Casablanca Market (an entirely woman-owned business). Tip: Check out the Casablanca Market website (https://www.casablancamarket.com) to familiarize yourself with their offerings. The market itself, as it stands today, is primarily a distribution center with a modest but engaging showroom. Coming with an idea of what you're looking for, will help Katya and her team find what you want quickly in the warehouse. That said, given the professionalism, passion, and warmth present during today's visit, I have no doubt that anyone who'd never visited their site would have a great experience!

Some people might think the items are pricey but the store is incredibly curated with things you won't normally find in store, in person. These are things you usually would have to scour for online and hope it looks good in person when you get it. I love that you can see all this cool stuff in this store. I wear layered clothing or leggings and a slim fitting top. The store is well organized and sections are clearly marked. As with many thrift stores there are different colors marked down every day please listen for the announcements or check the board. I would recommend grabbing a cart because last time I went I found quite a bit and was carrying around my treasures. As with thrifting you never know what you are going to discover. The last time I went I came out with two fantastic finds one a H&M black cotton dress suitable for work wear and take you straight into evening or happy hour. The ruffle tiered dress I admit I paid more than I wanted to but Google came to the rescue and I saw several original retail prices and I found it over $ 100.00 brand new so I decided to splurge and purchase the dress. Service I can't comment on because I usually don't ask for help and there is self checkout available. But I don't know if my last encounter with customer service I should be flattered or insulted. I was checking out my items and the lady that was working at the front thought I was stealing my OWN jacket that I came in wearing! I said this jacket is mine check the cameras I was wearing it when I came in here! All in all a great thrift store but give yourself time because there is so much to look at. I find if I give myself time I find more treasures rather than just rushing through. Also, keep your finds close at hand with the case of the orange ruffle dress after people saw me put it on they were asking if I was going to purchase it while I was trying it on! There were people definitely waiting for me to put it down. Good Luck and Happy thrifting
