When I informed him about a stationary I was looking for. He regretfully me they didn't have it. He agreed I could look around to see if anything struck my fancy. The floor is cramped with women's & men's clothing on racks. On the shelves are shoes, cd's , dvd's and various electrical and kitchen gadgets. Nothing had a price. The gadgets were stacked on top of each other. I accidentally bumped into a pic frame which fell. Nothing broken. I took it as a sign to leave before anything was broken. Signs noticed: cash only! No credit cards! All sales final! These had no bearing on my decision. It's a reflection of how difficult it is to operate a small business now. They came to the office and I showed them which pieces we wanted to part with. I let them know we were trying to sell the conference room table, so their quote should include both possible scopes of work--one that included them taking the conference room table and one that didn't. They provided the quote including the conference table. By the time we got their quote, we were able to sell the table. I promptly replied to their proposal, letting them know the table sold and we needed the alternative proposal (without the conference room table). They did not reply. They also did not return my multiple phone calls or subsequent emails. They completely ghosted us. Their conduct was incredibly unprofessional. They wasted our time, and given our lease-end deadline (which I apprised them of on multiple occasion), left us scrambling at the last minute to find another option. Do not count of these people if you are trying to donate your furniture.

If you plan on looking for clothes, I suggest in wearing fitted clothes (leggings, biker shorts, tank top) to try on the clothes over that. They have several mirrors where you'll find people posted up doing the same. I've found some really great deals here. Make sure to check your clothing for any holes, stains, rips at the seams! Staff have been helpful the times I've had interactions with them which is mainly at checkout-- they direct you at the self check out machines which are straight to the point and you see the immediate markdowns if items are discounted. If you need help, staff can guide you with that process. Only issues I've had is parking! It can get backed some days and I've parked on the street. Also, they are closed on Sundays!

Of course I'm paying attention to the color tag sale of the day, but if it's cute, it's going in the cart. The women's section is great but the men's section is good too. Their racks are packed full. They don't have fitting rooms but there are mirrors if you'd want to pull something over your clothes to try on. What's great is that they also have bathrooms. Very convenient especially when you're shopping a long time. The store also has kids clothes, shoes, small furniture, housewares, toys etc. Did I mention they have a lot of stuff? The store is clean, organized and the employees are friendly. Some items can be pricey, sure, but it's all about rummaging through to find those hidden gems and getting a good deal. I think it's fun. I truly love this place and always come back when I'm in town.
