The prices were very fair, lots of sales scattered about, organized well, neat, but not so neat you lose the feel of treasure hunting. It looks small from the outside, but it holds a lot of things. I don't know why its not busier. The pricing is pretty good as well. They do accept apple pay! The lady that handled my transaction was friendly. And the selection of the items were decent. I hope a lot more people visit this location! read more

It looks like your average little thrift store, however the prices on many items are ridiculous, who in their right mind would pay 44 bucks for a DVD player in a thrift store? Shirts were priced anywhere from a buck, to 15, which is still way too much for thrift store T-shirts. The staff didn't even acknowledge our existence, the older black dude was too busy watching TV up front, and I didn't see anyone else. The only benefit I can see of this place is that it is small enough to browse through everything and not waste too much of your time here, if they actually have anything worthwhile and not overpriced. read more

Holy shit these people are scammers!! I found a necklace I wanted to buy pretty soon after coming into the store. The woman working there told me to keep it up front with her until I was ready to pay. The price tag said 2.99. I know for a fact it said that. Most of the jewelry in the case was 2 to 4 dollars. I did NOT read the tag wrong. When I came back to the front when I was ready to pay, the price tag on the necklace suddenly said 12.99. She genuinely replaced the price tag with a new one! I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. I mentioned the price to her. I said "oh I didn't realize it was 12 dollars" and she has the audacity to tell me that she "looked it up online" and the real price it was worth was actually 100 dollars! It was literally a thread necklace with plastic beads. I didn't have the nerve to call her out on changing the tag. I knew I couldn't prove it, and I DID genuinely want the necklace. I acknowledge I could have simply not paid for the necklace in the end ...but alas. Just a warning to take a picture of your items as you shop or keep an eye out. I'm shocked a legitimate business can do something like this. I hate to negatively review small businesses but this just left a really bad taste in my mouth. I would hope they are not doing this sort of thing to people often. read more

Small thrift store and decent parking lot. If you have the patience to look for things you might find something. I have found some stuff here and the owner is very nice. I recently came in and found a vintage camel hair coat. Slight damage but you can barely see the flaws unless I point them out. I have also found some vintage anchor hocking dishes and vintage cups. They have some brand new in box stuff. Also just recently got some comics and brand new greeting cards. Definitely will be back to thrift! read more

Cosmo Thrift is mostly clothes on racks. (didn't look as clothes usually aren't my size). small selection of books, electronics, household items too. This was my first time here. I had a fantastic experience. Salah was extremely welcoming and warm. There were many items without prices and he made a call and immediately got me prices. He even gave me a discount. Be sure to grab your Loyalty Card, because you'll get 20$ off your 6th visit! I came home with so many gems for such a bargain. All $1.99 or $2.99! Just a small thrift store on mission. There's a sign on the front door that offers 10% discount your purchase when you write a good yelp review so I guess that's why everyone's kissing butt in the reviews. Upon walking in, I was barely welcomed. Seemed like the cashier was in a serious conversation with someone. I didn't really see anything special with this place and I go to a lot of thrift stores. Small little store that my friend and I noticed off Mission while driving home. We decided to return to look around and saw that they have very cheap prices with tags that correspond to even more deals depending on the color! From what I heard, when they first opened, they actually got a majority of their items new! So many of their 50% off items in the middle of the store are actually from department stores like JC Penny, Macy's and they also carry some Target items... some items were as cheap as $1 after the discount. They also have some sports attire like warriors shirts and jerseys in the front. Meanwhile, I was happily surprised when I was able to find myself a little cooler for $4. Some of their other items in here are a bit dated, but all in all, it's a good shop to just look around. You never know what you're going to find! Will definitely be returning later to see if I can dig anything up. read more

They had exactly what I was looking for and the shirt was brand new at a reasonable price. Very easy to find this place on the right side going south on Mission next to Pepe's Mexican. Pretty clean and somewhat organized. Not a huge place but not a tiny place either. They have a little of everything except my favorite thing which games but nothing to gripe about. Saw the "open" sign and decided to stop by while driving down Mission Blvd. This was around 7pm on a Saturday (yelp says they close at 8pm). I was the only other customer in the store and out of the three workers no one greeted me at all, so I felt kinda awkward walking around, shopping in silence especially since there was no background music. They sell some new and used items and have a little bit of everything, but it's definitely on the small side in comparison to Eco Thrift down the street. Prices were ok.. I eventually found a men's shirt ($2.99) and a women's blouse ($3.99) that I wanted to purchase. One thing that i didn't like was that they staple the price on the front of the blouses, which makes it more prone to ripping a hole in it.. Anyway, I walked up to the counter and the man working there happily rang me up. I asked when they opened and he said "today" (3/9/19). In that case I would have expected some kind of promotion or something?? My total was under $8, but at first the men's shirt (marked $2.99) rang up as $3.99 so make sure to keep an eye out when they're scanning! read more

4 of our family went into explore Cosmo Thrift for the first time. It's larger than it looks like from the front. The gentleman who worked there greeted us and was friendly. 3 of us bought a few items we were very happy to find. Specifically, my daughter found a stuffed musical animal just like one that her daughter lost a long time ago, and has greatly missed. So once it's cleaned up, she'll be so excited! Many things are priced the same or more than they would be if they were new from a store. Should not be labeled a "discount" store.

As I entered the store, I was greeted with a wad of spit flying three feet in front of me. Had I arrive a few seconds earlier, the spit of a disgruntled customer would have hit me in the face. The man behind the counter and the customer were arguing about the price of something. The customer was asked to leave; he didn't. He wanted a pair of socks for free or something. He didn't get the socks. Finally, he left, and the small, stuffy and disorganized store was free of the disturbance. Top 40 was playing. A Louis Vuitton was for sale behind the counter. It was set apart from the piles of other items on the ground by being on a hanger. It was $50. It was a knock off. I finally purchased a shirt. If it's under $10, you have to pay a 50¢ fee. Fine. Make a sign. As I went to my car, and began to leave. The two people behind the counter were outside. The man was eating Doritos. The woman began to slap and kick the man by the front door. He was laughing. Was it a joke? Was she mad at him? Who knows! But it was incredibly trashy and unprofessional. Their stock is outrageously overpriced and disorganized. Get ahold of your shop! And bribing customers for a good review by giving them 10% off? Against terms of service by the business and all who complied. read more

It's a little hard to see if you're driving S on Mission Blvd. However if you're driving N, it'll be right there on the left side next to the Mexican restaurant.
