Both are incredibly detail-oriented and take their time to ensure everything is perfect. I came in for a no-chip manicure and pedicure, and today I just did a color change for my toes with a no-chip manicure (total cost: $80). While it's on the pricier side, my nails lasted over a month the last time, so it's definitely worth the price. Kristina (apologies if I'm spelling it wrong!) was kind, respectful, and very professional. I especially appreciate how sanitary she was--she asked me to wash my hands twice, wore headwear, and always kept gloves on. The salon itself is chic and well-maintained. The only thing I'd suggest for improvement is perhaps spending a little more time on hand and foot massages or offering complimentary drinks to enhance the experience even further. I went to Bunny Nails to treat myself to a manicure on a trip I was taking and the ladies took excellent care of me. They added some gel extensions to my nails, did the design I asked for and I couldn't be happier. No one said anything condescending about my nails which was a huge relief. I felt relaxed and at ease the whole time. In other visits, there seemed to be some disorganization where things weren't in the right place, or some confusion to the nail art I wanted so I had to sometimes settle for what was offered. I also don't know much about nails, gels, designs, etc so it could be me not knowing what to do. I would definitely come with a picture to show the staff. I haven't been back in a few months but I will be making an appointment shortly for another vacation I am taking.

I have been there a few times. they don't seem to speak much English. I had Aila the first 2…read moretimes. She was good. After that I made appointments with her specifically, but every time I went in they gave me somebody different(even though Aila was there), who didn't always seem to know what they were doing. The place looks pretty run down....all the chairs are peeling, and the arm rest in the pedicure chair was dirty the last time I was there. One time an annoying alarm beep sounded every 20 seconds for an hour. Supplies like packages of paper towels are visible(they should be in a closet or hidden behind the wall), fake plants...it just looks cheap, but the prices are not. It was close to my house, but I don't think I will return.

My first time there I was going to a black tie wedding and I wanted a mani pedi to meet the fanciness of the event. Ly, the daughter in the family looked at my dress in a photo and immediately said, "what I love with navy is..." and picked an ordinary-looking but outstanding color that I wouldn't have known was that beautiful. Her mother, Anna, was my nail artist and gave me the most perfect oval shape because try as I might, square nails don't look good on me. Anna's leg massage with a gentle scrub was relaxing enough almost to put me to sleep. Anna's son, David, came over and asked if I'd like a soft drink and when I said no, he offered to make me a cup of green tea that I happily accepted. In addition to the high level of skill at Sophia, (Ly's nail art is already legendary at a local school) the vibe is friendly and warm. I have been only to Sophia's since my first time in the summer of 2025. Why would I go anywhere else? Update: Anna has done a beautiful job on my pedicures from when I first went to Sophia's a year ago. I called last minute yesterday and David (Ly's brother, Anna's son) was available. I always get a little nervous with my toes with new people as thick skin behind a few of them has grown up the backs of the nails leaving me exposed to having my skin accidentally cut when my toes are groomed. David approached them with the precision of a surgeon, for a pain-free, worry-free pedicure, leaving me in better shape than when I arrived. I am sure the wonderful leg massage was responsible for my great night's sleep.

When I got there, there were like 3 or 4 workers just sitting and only one client, so it didn't look busy at all. But the moment I walked in, the way they looked at me already felt kind of off. I asked for a simple manicure, nothing crazy, just my natural nails. And they straight up told me "we don't do that." Which... confused me because it's literally a nail salon. I even showed them my nails and explained again, like no acrylics, nothing extra. Then they switched it to "we don't have time." That didn't make sense at all. They weren't busy and it was still early, they close later. The whole thing just felt weird and honestly rude. I don't like throwing this word around, but it really felt like I was being treated differently for no reason. I left feeling uncomfortable and kind of offended. I didn't want a design so I expected to pay $55. Prices are not listed online so that should've been the first red flag. When I arrived I asked for the acrylic set and they asked how long it's $5 per magnet which is this tiny round battery that they try to get you to choose from. Mind you it's not a nail that they put on and ask how long it's round magnets that you have to use to imagine how long it would be. Kind of strange. First magnet is free but it's barely a nail and each length after that is $5! Then they asked what shape I said almond they said that's an extra $5. Then they asked which polish I said cat eye and then again an extra $15 for that so this $55 said turned into a $75set. I had my little girl with me and asked before we sat down how much is for kids she said ok I will Tell you go sit which I thought was strange. Most nails salons charge between $12-15. I sat to get my nails started and my daughter was waiting patiently. They came by after they began my pedicure and said it's $30 for her. Mind you she's 5 all of her nails put together are the size of 2 adult nails. They had no other option for kids. I quickly decided to just get a pedicure and forget my acrylic set to go to the place near me that charges $15 she immediately began to cry and I had no choice but to just get it done or deal with her crying while I got my pedicure. Now I know why they didn't tell me the price up front. I would've walked away before even sitting down. They said it's $30 because it's no chip I'm sorry that still doesn't justify $30 for baby nails. By the way this no chip all came Off the very next day!!!! My get set cat Eye was completely sheer I brought it up when she was done because I didn't think she was done and she said it's supposed to be that way. There was no base coat applied to the nail prior to adding the 2 coats of cat eye. I asked a friend who is also a nail tech and she told me they should be so sheer and they there's a base prior to applying the cat eye polish. I went back the next day to at least get my nails fixed. The tech fixed my nails but was full of attitude. I asked how much it would be to add gold trim and she said I don't know what you're talking about I don't want to add something and you will say you don't like it and complain. So yeah def wouldn't be going back. They also reuse the toss away plastic cups that they serve drinks in which I thought was gross. I didn't finish my drink and as I went up to pay I put my drink on the counter to get my wallet out and looked up and my drink was gone. I asked where it went and she said the cup stays here!
