Make sure when you call you ask for very specific details. I called to ask how much an acrylic set was and they said $55 and if you want a design on it it's more. I didn't want a design so I expected to pay $55. Prices are not listed online so that should've been the first red flag. When I arrived I asked for the acrylic set and they asked how long it's $5 per magnet which is this tiny round battery that they try to get you to choose from. Mind you it's not a nail that they put on and ask how long it's round magnets that you have to use to imagine how long it would be. Kind of strange. First magnet is free but it's barely a nail and each length after that is $5! Then they asked what shape I said almond they said that's an extra $5. Then they asked which polish I said cat eye and then again an extra $15 for that so this $55 said turned into a $75set. I had my little girl with me and asked before we sat down how much is for kids she said ok I will Tell you go sit which I thought was strange. Most nails salons charge between $12-15. I sat to get my nails started and my daughter was waiting patiently. They came by after they began my pedicure and said it's $30 for her. Mind you she's 5 all of her nails put together are the size of 2 adult nails. They had no other option for kids. I quickly decided to just get a pedicure and forget my acrylic set to go to the place near me that charges $15 she immediately began to cry and I had no choice but to just get it done or deal with her crying while I got my pedicure. Now I know why they didn't tell me the price up front. I would've walked away before even sitting down. They said it's $30 because it's no chip I'm sorry that still doesn't justify $30 for baby nails. By the way this no chip all came Off the very next day!!!! My get set cat Eye was completely sheer I brought it up when she was done because I didn't think she was done and she said it's supposed to be that way. There was no base coat applied to the nail prior to adding the 2 coats of cat eye. I asked a friend who is also a nail tech and she told me they should be so sheer and they there's a base prior to applying the cat eye polish. I went back the next day to at least get my nails fixed. The tech fixed my nails but was full of attitude. I asked how much it would be to add gold trim and she said I don't know what you're talking about I don't want to add something and you will say you don't like it and complain. So yeah def wouldn't be going back. They also reuse the toss away plastic cups that they serve drinks in which I thought was gross. I didn't finish my drink and as I went up to pay I put my drink on the counter to get my wallet out and looked up and my drink was gone. They do not deserve my patronage. I normally don't leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Upon entering, I was greeted and everything initially seemed fine. The salon was busy due to Memorial Day weekend, which was completely understandable, and I had no issue waiting. Unfortunately, my experience changed once my pedicure service began. I felt uncomfortable communicating my preferences because the nail tech seemed visibly irritated whenever I asked questions or made adjustments regarding my service. I ultimately settled on a color I wasn't happy with because I no longer felt comfortable speaking up. One thing that stood out to me was that there was very little guidance or effort to ensure I liked the final color choice. At other salons, nail techs usually test the polish first or help make sure the color complements your skin tone before fully applying it. That did not happen here. I also felt uncomfortable asking for simple accommodations, such as a drink, because it seemed like I was bothering her by interrupting. The overall energy throughout the appointment felt tense and unwelcoming rather than relaxing and enjoyable. After leaving, I called to ask if there was any way to adjust the polish since I was unhappy with the result after already spending around $50 plus tipping over 25%. I was told I would need to pay an additional $30 for a polish change. What disappointed me most was being placed on the phone directly with the nail tech, who became argumentative instead of trying to understand my concerns or help resolve the situation professionally. I understand salons get busy, especially during holiday weekends, and I always try to be respectful and patient. However, customers should still feel comfortable communicating during their service without feeling like they are inconveniencing the staff. This place is soooo cute! This is my first time in here and I love establishment who value their customers. It's bright, welcoming and festive (Valentine's Day is tomorrow). It's two customers birthdays the staff came out with a cart that said happy birthday while playing the happy birthday song over the speaker AND they have drinks(non alcoholic)! Clean, Everyone is friendly. Thr tray they bring out with all of the items used for the pedicure is so cute! I've never seen this before. They have tons of colors. The space is big enough where it don't feel crowded or overwhelming. It's also hard to find a nail shop that massages your feel for a decent amount of time which is always my favorite part. I enjoyed my predicure, S/O to Rose. I'll be back for sure. (I've included pictures but the $89 pedicure is a promotion for Valentine's Day. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist said just to walk in. I wanted an appointment so I then went online and made an appointment. When I got there there receptionist told me it would be about ten minutes. She then tried to upsell me on the service I wanted. A little while later she told me it would be another half hour, that I should leave and she would call me to come back 5 minutes before they could take me! I never heard of such a thing and needless to say I left and they never called. Not a way to run a business and I won't be going back. read more

I would give this place 0 stars however Annie, the girl doing my nails, was outstanding and deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately the person doing my no chip pedicure (no special add ons) took 1.75 hours to complete it and I only painted them red, no designs - nothing special. He took longer than any other nail tech has ever taken to complete a pedicure in my entire life and worked with the speed of a turtle. Then came the "wax tech" experience. This girl was on her phone the entire time. I booked a full face wax. She HAD NO IDEA what she was doing. She was trying to wax parts of my face that require a thicker popsicle stick with a tiny one and tint strips of paper instead of larger ones. when I asked if she was going to do the under part of my chin she said "you want that too?" She couldn't speak any English so I couldn't explain anything to her but it didn't matter because she had no idea how to wax a face. After she "waxed" my upper lip with a tiny piece of paper and lifted it the same way as the hair grows I got up and had the receptionist check me out. Everything in my body screamed for me not to let this girl touch my face so I listened to my gut and left. She had 0 experience and was more concerned with her phone like I said then doing a decent job and it's a shame because that place is super nice and does nails well. I will never go back. I went somewhere I could trust after and the lady rewaxed the few places the girl supposedly waxed because all the hair was there still. Like I said, she had NO IDEA what she was doing. I was in for a general manicure.... the cost $35--- my nails has the polish settling on the bottom if the nail --the polish is unevenly polished. My issue with this manicure -- it is not worth the price --- it was not done with care or skill. read more
