They do dip nails a weird way... I asked for dip nails and she said I can do a dip "fill in". I've never had that before but it was cheaper so I went for it. The tech then did the fill in, I thought she would do over it with clear polish LIKE A NORMAL DIP WOULD BE then she added no chip nail color on it. I was so confused?? What was the point of doing the dip nails in the first place then if no chip was going to be added. I would've asked for no chip in the first place. She had to redo it multiple times because the no chip wasn't adhering on well to the dip, making it look bumpy. I wonder why... The tech also cut the skin around my nails multiple times and it hurt so bad when acetone was added on to it that I almost cried. Either way everyone was nice, I still tipped but I would never go back here. Also no point in making appointments cause they don't honor them anyways. read more

I was skeptical about their ability to do nail designs but they delivered! It was a simple flower request but along with everything else, my manicure experience was great. My daughter was celebrating her 18th birthday and wanted to get her nails down at the last minute. We decided to stop in town nails due to their Instagram Account. I have to be honest the experience was amazing and I was literally impressed on how quick and perfect her nails came out. She wanted a very unique design and the nail artist did it to perfection. The pros - Very affordable price point They have their own parking lot but you can also park in the street. The service was amazing and they have a ton of colors!! Man I've been sleeping on this place. I've lived down the block 26 years and have never been here. I regret this. The individual who did my nails was fantastic. Quick but precise. Listened to everything I wanted. And double checked as well to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted. Very clean in there as well. For sure going to make this my new spot. I will come back on here and update on how the nails last. In regards to lifting or breaking. If any occurs. They guy who did my nails was named ANDY as well. He is the one who specializes in ombré ! One thing about me is I'm loyal to the spots I like go to. For my nails, hairs, waxes. I've been going to them for years. I don't think there has ever been a time that the owner wasn't rude to me. I kept going back because she wasn't the one doing my nails anyways. Once I got my nails done and the matte was not how it was suppose to be. They constantly try to change your mind on what you want to make their lives easier. The product they use is cheap according to one of the employees. And that's why my matte didn't come out how IT WAS SUPPOSE TO but I still stood loyal. I think today was that ladies lady straw with me. I run my own business and I make sure everyone feels appreciated as a business owner. This place is trash on gratitude, on professionalism, and on product. read more

I should have read the reviews before coming here they charged me $30 and my nails were ugly definitely not worth $30 they don't have the sample colors on nails which doesn't help you decide what color you want. Will not be coming back read more

This is such a great place to get your nails done, but only if you go to the right person. The two older guys are not that great! They do a poor job and they take forever. I went to get a fill in and it took him 2 hours and 21 mins!! I literally checked just to make sure, but now if you go to the younger guy or the girls they are great!!! I got a messed up nail job from across the street and they fixed it beautifully! The service there is amazing. There wasn't that much of a wait and the workers are friendly. I'm so happy I decided to go there and the guy who did my nails took his time and made sure I loved them. They have a returning customer for sure!! read more

I got a gift certificate for Christmas from a family member that had heard good things about this place. Since I am new to the area I have tried out 2 places I found on yelp that I loved esp "hot nails" so when I was told by a local that this place was a good place plus they gave me a gift certificate I was very excited to go here. I took my 7 year old daughter to get manicures and pedicures to say I was very unsatisfied before I even gotten the nail polish remover for my toes. Yes I will be the first to say that I'm very very picky, but the decore means nothing to me as long as you do a great job. The guy that works there seems like he does not want a lot of business. I know they were short handed that week because I made it a point to ask so I could have a better understanding of why they operate so poorly but I watched him discourage people that came in the door as walk ins about how long the wait would be when realistically it wasn't that long. The girl that works there is very friendly and she did an amazing job removing the calluses on my feet but I was not impressed what the polish on my toes. They don't even put lotion on your feet unless you pay an extra $10 for a deluxe pedicure. It also looks as if only one of the pedicure chairs function properly because the chair that was right next to me or my daughter was sitting waiting for her turn had residual water coming up from the drain when the water was left out of my tub. Along with the dirt under my fingernails that was left I feel like my toes were quickly passed over and not properly cleaned. I don't normally get a like almost clear polish on my nails but I didn't want to hate the situation anymore than I did already. I would never recommend this place to anyone read more

Location is great, serivce: communication (guy) okay, (lady Ana) great she is friendly and moves quickly. Product can be better. The man can be rough, the lady does a good job, but for some reason within less than 2 weeks you notice that your hair is getting stuck to your nails ! I have been going to this nail salon for years, they use to be located closer to Irving Park Rd and Cicero/Milwaukee... but have moved a little south on Cicero Ave. My favorite nail technician is Anna, and I would get mani's and pedi's on a regular basis. Friendly staff, well taken care of facility, and they also do waxing. I have had all the treatments done, Arcylic, Gel nails, eye brow waxing, pedicures, mani's... you name it! I highly recommend this place to anyone who lives in the city, this is the go to place for spa like treatments. read more

This place does not sterilize their tools after each use and it's dirty. My toe nail turned green. No lie!!!!!! Enough said!
