WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE! I recently went here as it came highly recommended by friends. Unfortunately, we had a horrible and scary experience. There were too many problems to count, but I will list the main ones here: 1. Called at 2:00 p.m. for a 5:00 p.m. appointment for myself and my partner. We arrived and waited for 35 MINUTES past our appointment time before walking out the door. They kept saying one minute over and over and it turned into 35. 2. They are NOT FOLLOWING COVID-19 REGULATION PROTOCOL put forth by Washington State and Governor Inslee. It says that a salon can only be at 25% of the regular capacity. The salon was at about 95% capacity at least with people EVERYWHERE! This is NOT SAFE And not COVID-19 friendly. She even told us to go pick out a color where there were about 8 people standing. We no longer felt safe in addition to our appointment running 35 minutes late so we walked out NEVER to return. read more

On point hospitality right from the start when I called and made a reservation for my sis-in-law and mother-In-law for part of our late Mother's Day celebration. I felt genuinely valued as a customer already. The best selection of OPI! That whole wall is OPI nail polish. No cheap nail polish! They have several complimentary beverages, but the best one is the sweet Vietnamese iced coffee that she makes! $35 for a mani pedi and that includes quality nail polish, beverages, great hospitality, heated towel wraps, feet, legs, shoulder and arms massage too! When we were leaving, the owner surprised us by greeting us a late happy Mother's Day! It says a lot when an establishment takes note and remembers & values what you say & gets to know you. I was one of the first customers to arrive after opening. I called ahead, appointment or heads up is preferred to estimate when you will be in. I picked my colors and they seated me promptly, serving iced coffee, Vietnamese style. I appreciated the time and effort they put into my cuticles and the extras they provided. Paraffin, coffee, shoulder/neck massage and hot stones (not standard of most shops I have visited). They did an excellent paint job on both hands and feet and the thing I noticed was they did not rush when they did start to pick up business. They gave me the proper time and attention my nails needed. A little disorganized with appointments. We called ahead and scheduled two pedicures, when we got there we had to wait ~25 minutes before a chair opened. By the time a second chair opened my friend was halfway done with her pedicure; and the chairs weren't near each other. Overall the pedicure was okay. It was shorter than others I've had but also cheaper. If you're looking for a quick pedicure (quick = once you're in a chair) then this is a place to consider. This place is so awesome and affordable. I got a regular polish mani pedi, parrifin wax for my hands, hot towels, and neck massage for $35! Really, a neck massage? Some technicians are better than others but for the value, I really cant complain. The electronic massage chairs are also very relaxing. Also, the polish and nail shape was exactly how I like it. Tina, the manager, always emphasizes good customer service to her staff. Every employee will greet you with a smile and refrain from speaking too much Vietnamese. One staff member even apologized to me when she got carried away in a conversation in Vietnamese. All the technicians seem very nice and genuine. Everyone raves about the free coffee. It very good but be careful not to chug it down too quickly..... it is jam packed with caffeine (like a cold brew) and will keep you awake for days. I appreciated that the staff members were attentive and even offered a bottle of water. Overall, I am satisfied but I did take away one star for comfort. From the two times I visited, the technicians had me walk to the drying station bare foot. They moved my slippers even though I insisted to put them on. They kept insisting that should not put slippers on because my polish were not dried enough. It didn't feel clean or safe to walk across the salon without shoes but next time I will be more assertive. Word of advice: Call ahead to make an appointment or to check on the status. They've always been careful to wear masks and comply with state department of health guidelines and even when significant cost was incurred when providing masks, disposable cups, and protective barriers, the cost was never passed on to the customers. I tried this place due to a recommendation a friend had made. I had REALLY high hopes for this place because she raved about how they did paraffin dip, a massage & had complimentary Vietnamese coffee! We got seated & I mentioned how I had shellac on so she did the usual procedure to soak my fingertips. I was skeptical to try this place because I am VERY picky with my nails. Ive been going to my regular lady for over 4 years & she knows I like my nails at a certain length, coffin with a matte top coat.... She then gives a Vietnamese coffee which was BOMB & gave me a massage & I was starting not to feel so bad about cheating on my regular lady UNTIL she started to scrape off my shellac... I noticed she was being kind of rough & it seemed like she was also taking off my actual nail instead of just the shellac. It's not until she moved on to my other hand that the nail tech next to her said she didn't even use alcohol to get my shellac off & she was actually taking off layers of my REAL nail, oh & she was brand new. Just my luck! I tried to relax because I was already having a rough day & tried to brush it off but then she starts cutting my nails super short & files them unevenly... some looking round while others looked squvoal. At this point I'm so pissed I try to ask her to fix my shape but theres no going back because they're so SHORT & THIN due to the damage she had just done. I'm thinking I'll try & fix the shape myself so they're at least somewhat even. The owner walks by & compliments how good they look when she starts to put the polish. My fingertips were literally BURNING because of the scraping & she didn't even offer me the glove until she applied the top coat.... & it was nothing like this picture & was supposed to be color changing with a matte top coat... which is not what I got. This took TWO hours & they left the new girl in the salon by herself for 30 minutes on her own... please train your nail techs better because I would never wish this on anybody. A month later & my nails are so brittle & damaged because of this experience. All in all I got a refund but it still doesn't make up for everything I had to deal with. A friend made an appointment for me to try this place out and I'm so happy that she did! It's a clean nail salon space with maybe 6 spa chairs and 3-4 manicure tables. What I love about this place is their customer service and the quality of their nail services. Once you select your nail color, they offer you a beverage (water, coffee, tea, beer, wine, and even Vietnamese iced coffee!) It's better than going to a super high end nail salon! I've been to several nail salons in Seattle and I love the quality of their gel manicure and gel pedicure. They shaped my nails really well and applied the polish so evenly. I've had many bad nail salon experiences, so coming here was refreshing. Their pricing is very reasonable and even slightly cheaper than other nail salons. They even offer free paraffin and hot towel services! I'd say the only bad thing about this place is that they don't have any polish samples. So when selecting a color, I had to look at the bottle cap or open the bottle to see the color. Selecting colors that way makes it pretty difficult because you don't know if the color will come out very sheer or opaque. Luckily I was able to select a color that came out very well when applied. Hopefully they'll have samples soon! Happened to be in West Seattle housesitting for a week. Desperately in need of a pedicure for my ratchet feet I called and made an appointment for same day. As you walk in there is a table where you hand sanitize, get your temp taken, and sign in for contact tracing. They spaced out patrons by one chair which I feel was sufficient. Love these ladies! I've brought my baby with me twice to get a mani pedi. First time I was the only one in the salon, they'd just opened for the day, and my baby was nice and relaxed and loved all of the attention from the other nail aesthetician while I was being pampered. The second time I was not alone and my almost 6 month old baby was not as relaxed, and they were busy! I'm super bummed I don't actually even live here because this would definitely be my go-to nail salon if I did. I've been a regular to this nail salon for a while and every time I've been here, they have always been top notch! First of all, many props to the owner Tina for running a successful nail salon. At this rate, she currently has 3 locations opened up! 2 both right next to each other by Roxbury St and the last one down the hill on Henderson St. Location-wise are pretty decent and easy to spot. Parking around all three of the salons isn't too bad. There's usually street parking all around that's easy to find. When I go by myself, I usually walk-in on a weekday at the location by Henderson St because they're usually not as busy as the two locations up by Roxbury. Typically they're able to squeeze a spot for a session there. If I have a friend or two that want to come along I normally make an appointment because the salons aren't too big and spots are limited. My friend and I decided see if we can walk-in right when they opened because I forgot to make an appointment earlier in the week. It was nice that they were able to make time for mani-pedis. Personally, I would definitely make an appointment if you're planning to go with couple friends because all locations do get busy! In terms of service, Tina and all of the employees are always friendly and welcoming. They really go above and beyond to pamper you. It's really impressive how much they care about your experience. They always compliment you with Vietnamese coffee or any other drink which you don't see a lot at other salon, so that definitely makes the salon unique about it. The mani-pedi combo all include neck/shoulder/leg massages, hot towels around your legs, and paraffin wax for your hands. The employees really take your time cleaning and perfecting your nails so you could tell how much they care about beautifying your nails. This salon uses all OPI brands nail polish. There's a lot of variety of colors, and the same colors in multiple of shades. There's also a decent selection of mood changing nail polish color as well too! In terms of pricing, generally I get a shellac manicure and regular pedicure which are in total of $50. You can definitely get a cheaper rate if you just stick to regular gel. For how much they pamper you, I'd say that's a reasonable and probably the more affordable compared to the other nail salons I've heard of. This is the nail salon I always recommend to all my friends if they ever want to get their nails done. Also, if they're not in a rush throughout the day to get the nails done, this is place. Like I said before, all the all the employees take their time in their customers nails to perfect it and clean it off so not the place to go if you're in a rush. Ahhhhhhh!!! I absolutely love this place!! I'm so glad I found this on yelp because this is honestly my new go-to nail salon. First off, this place is in West Seattle, and I drive 45 mins from my sweet city of Lynnwood and ohhhh myyyy, definitely worth the drive when there isn't traffic. I got a shellac manicure and a regular spa pedicure for $50 here and I just gotta say, Tina, the owner is so energetic! She has the energy that honestly brings life to the salon and she even helps in suggesting colors if you're unsure of what you're looking for. Her ladies are also just as sweet, and they do such a good job when it comes to taking care of you. The shellac lasts, and whether you're getting a manicure or a pedicure, they massage you regardless!! Not many places around my area that I've been to massage not only your hands but your upper back as well as your shin area on your leg. It's honestly so relaxing.. I pretty much feel like I'm having a mini spa day. One of the things that I also appreciate is that they give you complimentary Vietnamese coffee and paraffin wax as part of your manicures. Some places usually charge you extra for the paraffin wax but this place doesn't! Every thing is included in the cost posted in the salon. And, depending on who's doing your manicure, if you can't use your hands to drink your coffee, they sometimes offer to put the straw in your mouth haha. Very considerate if you ask me. I realize the pandemic has made things a lot trickier but they consistently tell you to come at a certain time and then make you wait 30 to 45 minutes- you can try and schedule an appointment but it doesn't matter because they won't be able to get you in anyway they always take walk-ins over appointments. they are rushed because they overbooked themselves so the quality is significantly gone downhill. I would definitely not recommend going to them on a weekend maybe a weekday is better they seem to be understaffed on weekends and overstaffed during the weekday it's just not worth the hassle anymore As a disclaimer I've been going to this place for over 10 years and I just can't recommend it anymore read more

I can only comment on pedicures but they always pay such great attention to making my cuticles perfect and exfoliating my frequently calloused feet. Nope. Short story. Called to see if I could get in thinking it was somewhere else. Asked if I could have a mani-pedi and wax (facial type). Sure! I get there and say I am the 4:30. Picked out my color: lots of duplicates of the same one vs. variety. A woman did the pedicure but missed removing the rough skin on part of my feet. Pretty much what I come there for, hmmm... Otherwise it was good. I look at them blankly when they try to check me out. I remind them I had called for other services. Scrambling ensues The manicure was...less than adequate. They assumed I wanted gel (the owner directed the "borg"), but I did not. The worker did not ask what shape nail I wanted, but I was okay with what I got so no foul. She did not ask me to wash my hands or give me a base coat before putting on polish?!? She did not apply a top coat until I asked. Yep, the polish chipped in less than 24 hours. They did give a back massage and a Vietnamese iced coffee, which was fab, but no hand massage. Lots of speaking to each across the room...not professional or relaxing. Finally, waxing. There was redness the next day, pulled out more hairs at home, and I am minus some skin in some spots :(. So, nope, not going back. read more

At first I was very confused because I parked on the street still a little ways from the building... But realized they have two buildings that they work in. (July)Update #1: taking away a star for the poor top coat application. After letting my nails fully dry, the top coat hadn't been applied properly to completely cover each nail. You can see the separate layers around the sides and edges of each nail which is such a bummer because the actual polish was applied perfectly, but the the poor application of the top coat really ruined the mani. :( I would still recommend this place but just make sure that the top coat is applied properly. Update #2: after writing my last update, the owner Tina, reached out to me right away to apologize for the top coat and offered for me to come in to have it fixed for free. What a delight to discover this spa in my new neighborhood! I found them originally on Google, but cross referenced them here on Yelp and found that they are well-loved on both platforms. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted and seated right away. I opted for a manicure and deluxe pedicure, both of which were fantastic and included several extras including paraffin wax, hot stones, massage and more. The prices are extremely reasonable given the length of time and effort for each service. The complimentary (and delicious) Vietnamese coffee was a lovely treat. In addition to the basics, i.e. great variety of colors, clean place, easy to make a same day appointment (definitely recommended over a walk in), reasonable prices, they offer some extras that really set them apart: *The extras: hot towels, paraffin wax included, free gel removal and nail designs. *The exceptional: Vietnamese coffee! Confession, sometimes I come more for the coffee than the nails. Then there's the massages! Even when they're busy, manis come with a 15 minute massage. Get ready to relax and take a load off. Lastly, the staff is SO friendly!! I especially adore Dani and Vee who are there on the weekends and always keep me giggling like I'm hanging out with girlfriends.
