They make you wait outside until 5 minutes before your massage. That gives you 5 minutes to be let in, get to the room and undress. The walls are thin and you can hear the other people in the hall. I asked for firm and it was very light and at one point she was just poking my shoulder blade. She also didn't give an even massage. I had an unexpected free afternoon one day and really wanted a massage and found Nurture by Nature because of their proximity to my house. I really love being able to book appointments online, and ecstatic to find they had an opening the same afternoon. I booked it and walked over when it was time. Sam came out and greeted me and made me some tea. The massage started with a foot soak, which immediately helped me relax. The massage was aroma therapy and was wonderful. The only negative thing I can think of was hearing the tenants in the apartment above vacuuming (which obviously she had no control over) but it didn't last long. I highly recommend! For example I loved the head massage, which usually is very minimal with other therapists. I also have ask for work on my knees because i have a lot of pain there. I got myself a 60 minute massage with a 15 minute additional head massage and a 30 minute facial. I feel terrible right now but I am forgetting the name of my massage therapist, despite of that being the best massage that I've got till date. She was so skilled, polite and simply wonderful. I went there on a weekday afternoon, I highly recommend that. She soaked my feet and the moment she touched my calves, she could tell that I had been doing a lot on foot, which was true. I have been working all month long on fundraising Walk events all across the state. She spent time on my neck and shoulder where there were a zillion knots, and she did justice to the entirety of the massage and the minutes. Now, for the facial, I just want to say that Sam was great but it was my bad that i chose the 30 minute one (was trying to save some monnies). Go for the 60 minute one, 30 minute felt too short, it was more like a face cleaning than a facial, which i needed too so it worked.
