I have had filler(on several different occasions) in my cheeks, my 11's, my lips(which looked amazing) my frown lines, nasal labial folds and around my mouth!!!! Dr. Bushore used Botox between and above my brows as well. It I felt like I had an eye lift, and much more affordable!!! I am sure you are telling yourself that I must look like some kind of Housewife of Beverly Hills This was not the case at all. None of my close friends, family or clients noticed any big changes. However, to close it by stitching, Dr. Dozier decided to slice my cheek (where the cancer was removed) down, about 2 inches vertically. She explained to me that she followed how I smile and she marked where the slice was made. When it's healed, it'd look like a wrinkle when I smile. Stitching it up took a long time to the point when I realized it was not what I wanted. I was visibly upset. It won't look like a wrinkle. Literally it looks like a knife cut. She is a Moh surgeon, not a plastic surgeon. Now, it looks like a cut of 2 inches long, compared to a 3mm hole. Besides, I have an acne scar. I am applying scar treatment gel for 6 months and hoping the scar will go away. I wish she closed the hole instead is making the scar look bigger.

I encourage everyone to read my previous reviews for all the details. I gave up my $15k refund in exchange for the right to post this honest review. On the other hand, before my own surgery, I saw all the 5-star reviews and zero 1-star reviews and thought that meant no 1-star reviews existed. I sincerely question that after my own offer of a full refund but only in exchange for my silence. Someone asked recently about the contact he asked me to sign in exchange for a full refund ($15,050) so I attached a photo of it. It reads (in part): "THAT I fully understand that from this day forward I will not speak about this case or Dr. Andrew P. Trussler, M.D. publicly (i.e. media- news, print, or electronic) or privately. Also, there will not further public (e.g. signage or voice amplification) or private demostrations (sic) nor discussing this case with any other persons. If I continue any of the above mentioned I am hereby notified I will incur treble civil penalties." It is very difficult to sue for medical malpractice in the state of Texas, and even then, the damages are capped at an amount that might not even be worth the trouble after the emotional drain and attorney's fees. There is very little accountability required. Be very, very careful about who you choose to literally trust with your life.

I received a call from the office that because of the less than 24 hour notice I was to be charged $100.00. I do understand a fee charge but as a regular customer I fell the fee is excessive. UP DATE I just received a call from Westlake dermatology, they have been my dermatology center for years, they called and said that they were cancelling my fee of $100.00, they to had seen the weather alert and that they did not feel the fee was warranted due to the circumstances.
