After breast feeding 2 children & nearing my 40th birthday I decided it was time to get a breast lift to get "the girls" back up to where they belong. After doing much research I was ecstatic find the surgeon who was right for me. That was Dr, Trussler. He walked me through my decision and performed the surgery beyond my expectation. I was so appreciative of the staff and the support they gave me along the way. I am completely satisfied with my experience and the results. I give Dr Trussler five stars & would highly recommend.

An excellent surgeon and her equally phenomenal support team have turned yet another of my surgeries into a life-changer. I'm so full of gratitude. All I asked for was to fit into, and be comfortable in my Levis, without having to tuck in all my excess skin. Dr Walden has made me beautiful again.

She did try to fix it with a free surgery but I ended up never seeing her post op and the nurse removed stitches too soon, leaving lots of scar tissue damage. She also, put two completely different size breast implants making a very unsymmetrical appearance, even though symmetry was very important to me. She has an odd bedside manner, very awkward, and took almost 8 hours on the first surgery. My mom was in the next room waiting and could hear her and her surgery staff laughing, taking snack breaks, etc. I've been told by nursing staff that all of her glowing articles are bought and paid for by her, and bad reviews are removed as well. Use caution with this one, my repair journey from her damage was from the age of 20 to 28. You've been warned.

I truly believe this treatment has helped keep my face and neck looking lifted and youthful. I'm always getting compliments on my skin, and people are shocked when I tell them my age~they usually guess I'm in my 40s. I'll be 60 this year! And as a licensed (now retired) aesthetician, you know I've tried just about everything out there~but Ultherapy has always been my favorite treatment and one I highly recommend. But the best part? The MedSpa now has the latest Ultherapy technology! I had a treatment today, and the discomfort was probably 1/4 of what it was with treatments in the past. Such a huge difference! My face feels a little tight (YAY!) but literally zero dowtime.

BEWARE!!! I visited Dr. Hall because my breast implant, placed by another doctor, was deformed,…read morered, and visibly wrong. Dr. Hall claimed due to 9 years old just need replacement. He performed surgery for me on September 2016. After a year or so, when Dr. Hall performed an exchange, I became severely ill. This illness persisted for years, and doctors couldn't provide any answers. Until October 2025, I was in a state of constant illness. I was unable to function, care for myself, or my children. I kept going to the emergency room, and finally, I discovered masses in my left breast and axilla. Doctors initially suspected cancer, but I consulted with an oncologist and underwent several scans. The scans revealed that there was a rupture but implant intact, and silicone was present throughout my body, including in my lymph nodes. I went back to Dr. Hall, and he claimed that there was no rupture, although there was one in the previous exchange. He never informed me. I had been dealing with nine years of illness and substantial medical bills. I underwent reconstructive surgery on March 4, 2026, and the implants were confirmed to be 100% intact. However, I had to remove the implants and lymph nodes. I am still healing, and I am experiencing pain in my left arm, left chest, shoulder, and armpit, as there is still more silicone. We are uncertain whether we will undergo another surgery, as I have a risk of lymphedema. Dr. Hall was in every way, not telling me the truth. I never imagined that he never reported, never cleaned pocket, never cleaned up silicone, and that it cause all of this. He did submit to his insurance, but they kept me waiting until I ran out of time for the statute of limitations. It's sad that someone would do that. My medical insurance has already incurred a substantial amount of expenses, amounting to $131,000, from October 2025 to the present. There is no accountability from Dr. Hall. He also claimed that there was no file for medical history, which made it almost impossible for me to obtain the necessary information to obtain council. So, please be very careful when choosing a doctor. I have friends who had surgery 15 years ago and still have their files, and my first set of implants still had theirs! He should have took ownership and helped me out. Instead I spent unless amount of time trying to figure out what was wrong and left with BILLS!!! KARMA will come!

Dr. Nikolaidis unnecessarily put me at risk for side effects ranging from difficulty swallowing, swelling of face and tongue, tightness in chest to more common effects such as pain, ulceration, infection, scarring and asymmetry. I had simply gone to his clinic to have a hump dissolved in my nasolabial fold (not my lips) which his staff in training had made the previous year, September '21, when she used too much filler. She had been left unsupervised when Dr. N told her to finish the filler and left the room. The later November '22 visit did not go well from the start. Dr. N denied leaving someone unsupervised to his present assistant and said the hump was my body's reaction to the filler though I told him it had been present immediately after the injection in September '21. The '22 deep Vitrase injections were very painful as not topical anesthesia was used. Scarring and asymmetry both occurred. The chart only lists the NLF as a site of injection and makes no mention of the lips. In the November '22 visit, unlike most of the other visits, there is no notation of written consent obtained nor a list of side effects in the copy of the chart I was given recently. The September '21 visit reads "Fillers. Filler: *-STAFF IN TRAINING". In other charts the filler is specified and there is never "*", but rather the name of the staff. After Dr. Nikolaidis injected Vitrace into the hump, he then asked if I wanted my lips done too. I trusted him, answering "Sure, if you have time". He then injected Vitrace into my natural upper and lower lips. I am writing because the asymmetry of the lips and the notch in the lip line are more pronounced now as I lose weight on a weight loss shot. Rapid weight loss can lead to thinning and wrinkles I read. I believe my present imperfections are a combination of Vitrase injection (when impurfections first appeared) and weight loss which aggravated them further. I have informed the clinic of my username so that they know I'm an actual patient.

My case was very minor - my main concern was getting rid of the small amount of remaining gland. Unfortunately he has left my chest looking far worse than before. The incisions at the areola look sloppy and healed poorly, part of an areola lost its pigment, the nipples fold into themselves when warm, and there's severe cratering and loose skin. Obviously he was way too aggressive with liposuction. After the initial follow-up the day after surgery, Dr. Caridi and his office never reached out to me again to ask how I was healing up. And the healing was not easy. Following his massaging protocol didn't help much, if at all. At 6 months, left with terrible results, I finally reached out. Dr. Caridi was very dismissive about my concerns in the following months of email and photo exchanges. He kept assuring me the results would improve with more time. The language he used in his correspondences was highly unprofessional - at one point even saying that I was "torturing myself". After more complaining he finally offered to do a FaceTime call but I ultimately declined as I had lost all trust in him by that point. In hindsight, my first FaceTime consultation before surgery was rushed, casual, and non-specific. I only found out I was to have liposuction (in addition to excision) after the call when they forwarded me the bill. During that call he said some bizarre and unprofessional things which I won't repeat here. It was personal and inappropriate. I foolishly glossed over these red flags. Other reputable surgeons have since informed me I'll need up to 2 more surgeries to correct Dr. Caridi's mistakes with scar revisions and fat grafting. Please consider my example as a warning. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for surgery.

Warning: Missing Shipment and Frustrating Customer Service…read more I've been a customer of The Medspa Austin since June of last year and have spent a total of $3,834 with them. Up until recently, I never had any issues when receiving my Trezepited shots in person. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Johnson and Dr. Paydon Newman both provided excellent care and really helped me achieve my goals--this review does not reflect on them at all. However, after switching to semiglutide, the first shipment arrived without a problem, but the second one never showed up. The UPS delivery photo was just a black screen, even though I was home all day. I filed a missing package claim with UPS and also contacted The Medspa Austin and the fulfillment company in Dallas. Everyone was polite and tried to help, but ultimately referred me back to The Medspa Austin because they needed to complete a form UPS had provided. Despite my efforts, The Medspa Austin would not replace the missing shipment, citing the "delivered" tracking information, and asked me to pay an additional $200 for a new shipment. I wasn't asking for a discount or a refund--I just wanted the shipment I had already paid for. This has been extremely frustrating, especially given the amount of money I've already spent and my previously positive experiences with their team. Until this missing shipment issue is resolved, I cannot recommend The Medspa Austin. However, I do want to emphasize that my negative experience does not reflect on Ashley Johnson or Dr. Paydon Newman, who both provided wonderful care.
