I did not have a good experience with him . Had bbl lipo 360 , had to have a bbl revision and i'm stilll stuck with an ugly dent . gave me a discount for Aveli treatment and i paid 1700 . Well after my bbl revision he didn't offer to comp me for that procedure since it was all a waste after a much needed revision .. no instead he offered me another discount only . As if 1700 was nothing . In regards to my BA i came in with CC and he offered to help since i was originally going to go with a surgeon that's specializes in CC and he made it seem like a quick fix . Instead of making changes to prevent CC as other surgeons suggested he used same site , no specific after care , and ultimately i developed a CC almost immediately. he didn't try any other options to at least prevent cc . Yes CC cannot sometimes be avoided , it's your bodies reaction to a foreign object and each individual scars differently. But why repeat the same process again ?!? and why shy away when there is a process to CC removal and to help your patients get a satisfactory end result. Revision for my BA a complete mess . He knew how to put in the implants but he doesnt seem confident when addressing complications and even the ones he created . When i was developing a CC in my right breast the inflammation was making it hard to my right breast incision to heal and dr franco and his staff gave me wound healing instructions contrary to what I needed . Instead I had to go to wound care and ring up a $9000 wound care bill . Instead of taking out the implant he just closed me right back up leaving a horrible scar and now i have a CC in my right breast Now i have one CC breast and one that he revised leaving with severe ptosis and looks completely different from my other breast . Cant wear a bathing suit top can't go bra less . These new Preservaion aka over the muscle implants preservation is just a fancy word . pros and cons . One of the biggest cons is your at higher risk for CC and hard to read Mammo . and that's fine and all because there are risks with the under the muscle too but my point is Get a surgeon who will follow you through, not only when it's easy . And one that will take ownership of there mistakes . Dr franco would forget what he would tell me. Change it up last minute. Gets irritated if you ask too many questions , does not take ownership of his mistakes and will tell you everything looks Great!!! when it actually doesn't If anyone would like photos for reference , I don't mind sharing . Would hate for someone to go through what i'm experiencing. Aesthetically and financially a waste. I spent close to 30 grand with this guy and could t even my Aveli Apparently this guy thinks I came to him for just for a capsule removal for 12,000. Ummm noooo i wanted to look good too .. After my nose was broken in an abusive incident, I contacted Dr. Weinfeld's office for a revision consultation. The first nurse was kind and said they could get me in quickly. When my financial situation improved a couple weeks later, I reached out again and explained the urgency. Another nurse then reviewed my message and told me they no longer wanted to take me on as a patient. This was very distressing, especially as someone reaching out for help after trauma. I went in for the "skinny shot" one of the nurses helped me understand what it was about, I went in weighing 193lbs I am 4'11 so believe me when I say I couldn't even breath lol, but anyways I decided to go with tirzepatide/b12/glycerin compound and at first it was $250 then after two months or so it went up to $320 and now it's $400 and I have not decided to go up the dosage because the 3.8 works very well for me, I am now 159lbs and my goal is 125lbs. so I'm not sure if they're gonna keep raising the prices of it but if they do i am gonna have to stop using them and go somewhere else, i would hate to do this because i am planning on getting other procedures with them and if the prices are like these for other things i rather just not. Jenna recently did RHA filler on my lips. It's one cost for the filler, but she broke it into two appointments to make sure it didn't migrate and came out exactly how I wanted. That's more time spent from her with no extra cost, I've never had someone do that. Also with doing the filler, I've never had someone spend more than like 15 minutes on my lips, she really spent time on them to make sure it was proportional and fit to my face. She listens so well and really takes her time to understand and give you perfect results. I went in today for some more filler and she suggested I come back in two weeks so they have more time to heal. She could have easily taken my money then and given me 50% effort and not perfect results instead of 100%. I absolutely appreciate her and my lips have never looked better! This type of filler has been the longest lasting and best results on me and I never even heard of it until her. Highly recommend Jenna! Also from my very first visit the front of the house staff has been so so extremely friendly. They are all excited for you to feel more confident and make you feel really welcome and happy to be there, especially Val. After I paid there was no communication with office staff besides for a messenger system. No one helped me with financing or what next steps were. I finally got a virtual consultation with Dr.Franco because he didn't have availabilty to meet me in person & it was 5 minutes long. He didn't explain the surgery at all. The entire place is sketchy. I wouldn't meet the surgeon until my pre-opt visit? A legitimate place will have a surgeon who sits down with you & explains every aspect of the surgery. There should also be a patient coordinator to go over your estimate and answer any remaining questions. They didn't ask pretty important questions about my medical history. if you are looking for a high quality plastic surgeon's office, then this is not the office for you. The parking lot is super small as is the waiting room. The amount of clients booked does not meet the seating for the waiting room. The door to the rest room is dirty and needs a fresh coat of paint as does the wall by the receptionist desk. There are three employees who will greet youbehind the desk, however, they are so busy conversing with each other, that following up to ensure you are taken care of with your scheduled appointment time is not a priority. Also, if the company policy is a non refundable $250 consult fee, I expect to be see on time, especially when I am early for my appointment. if this is a reflection of the business there is no way I would give a doctor at this place of business well over $20,000. Can you imagine coming into this environment for your check up after surgery. When I expressed my concern, the male at the front desk rolled his eyes at me. Dr Franco and his staff lied to me. His staff lies and he co-signs the lies and brushes the mistakes under the rug!! He canceled my surgery less then 30 days before the date I was promised!! And all because I caught them in a terrible lie due to a estimate that was given to me at my fist conflict and then being changed at the last minute to cover up some mistakes. Making it obvious by creating a new estimate yet leaving the same date. He was dishonest with me by telling me the patient care coordinator that made the mistake wasn't there due to her having to be out for a while for covid reasons. It was brought to my attention by someone that works there, that that was a lie and I won't speak much on this because I'm not going to risk someone's job just because they didn't agree with what was happening and being honest to me. When I confronted him with the lie and also beginning up yet again the issues I had at his practice he got offended and told me he would not be doing the surgery on me anymore!! That was his way of resolving how horrible his staff is at communicating and at lying by taking my payment on Tuesday yet now changing his mind for no legitimate reason just because he knows his staff is incompetent at keeping up with the patients and doesn't want to deal with me just in case. He said he was worried I would get upset if they didn't reply to my messages if I had a emergency after getting out of surgery and recovering!! It was going to be a problem for them for me to want a quick response and attention if I came across issues!! I mean who says that?? If not a Dr who does not care about his patients only the money and takes his staffs side as to even give his patients the time of day. They wasted 7 months of my life with hopes and a promise to do my surgery and that task was way out of Francos reach!! It was too much for him to handle and he rather turn patients away then to simply apologize resolve the issues that may arise and to carry on. He will not admit they are wrong and I never for a apology from his staff. They lied to me and didn't fall thru with their word so please be careful and don't waste your time here make sure you have a backup plan and you document everything and get it all in writing!! And most def make sure you don't let Linsey Mays handle your progress for the paper work. Everyone says she's is the worst at communicating there. They are too distracted being on social media. If they put the same effort and energy in to their patients as they do there, they would be able to keep up with their patients and not make so many mistakes!! This is all a blessing in disguise because he has botched people before for what I see, and someone I know had a revision done after a tummy tuck so thank you for the favor Austin Plastic Surgeons!! You might of had taken away a surgery but you didn't away my integrity and my pride. Remember being honest and caring and kind doesn't cost a thing. He is honest in recommending procedures to his patients: I am 5'3" 155 lbs. I did liposuction of my arms, back, flank, abdomen and transfer to buttock/hips. I also added on Jplasma to the same areas. I had a few "problem" areas I specifically wanted addressed that we discussed at my pre op. (Excess fat to my flanks, uneven areas to my abdomen) and he exceeded my expectations.
