I had gone to the hospital ER and was diagnosed with fractures of the face and a broken arm as well. When I went to have my face sutured up, I asked for a plastic surgeon. This hospital did not have one available or on call. I'm sure the ER doc could have sewn me up... but since it was the face, I wanted someone with a heighten level of expertise. It was not the hospitals position to call my insurance company to locate a plastic surgeon that was in network that was on my plan. I had to do this myself. My insurance company gave me a list of physicians that were in network and close to the hospital that I was at. I knew it might be difficult finding a doctor that would take me that day, sight unseen from an ER room. The odds were against me. With the phone that the hospital provided me, I took the list and went to calling. Dr Crawford was the first name on the list. I dialed her office and reached her Patient Coordinator, Cristina Williams. I explained my situation and Cristina said she would check with the doctor and get back with me. I continued making calls to the list of doctors attempting to find an opening in their schedule... with no luck. It wasn't long before Cristina called back to the hospital stating that Dr Crawford would fit me into her schedule. Cristina instructed me to immediately head to their office. She said there maybe a wait since the doctor would be fitting me in. I didn't mind waiting... I just needed to be treated that day when the wound was fresh. There may have been a wait but what I received in exchange was well worth it. Dr Crawford was fully aware that the depth of the laceration would take two layers of suturing. She used the tiniest of thread and needle leaving just a trace of the aftermath. She even offered to review the CT scan of the face taken at the ER to ensure no further treatment was needed for the facial fractures. Dr Crawford is personable and has a very kind bedside manner. She is technically sound in this delicate specialty, I will continue to use her services when the occasion arrises and recommend her to others.

I felt personally violated. So I was very nervous going into my first appointment Dr. Shah. I chose Dr. Shah based on several good reviews that I read online. His bedside manner was as explained in the reviews. Very kind, very patient, very informative, very "gentle." We discussed all of my options. I felt like he really took his time with me. He and I decided on the best next course of action for me to get well. For only the second time in regards to this very painful and potentially dangerous medical condition, I felt HEARD. Specifically, that Dr. Shah understood my trepidation and concerns about upcoming medical procedures. After my initial consult, somehow something got lost.In translation. Dr. Shah did refer me to another specialist; however, it was not as we had discussed in office. Since my initial visit, I have had a subsequent telehealth with Dr. Shah. Once again he addressed all of my questions. And offering telehealth is so incredibly convenient, particularly when mobility and transportation is an issue. Next step is to readdress a new referral and move forward on my medical journey. I feel like I'm in good hands...physically and metaphorically. As far as the clinic, making an appointment was really simple. Everyone at the front desk is super nice and helpful. My in office appointment was right on time. I set in the very crowded waiting room for about five minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend Dr. Shah for your medical speciality care needs. He manages to make the really not so fun and scary stuff somewhat not as bad. :)

I have had both fillers and neurotoxin (Dysport or Botox) done by Jennifer and always have had great results. I will be seeing her soon for some fillers. Getting old and losing volume sucks and can be expensive. I know that when I see Jennifer I am getting the real stuff (be careful of those Groupon deals people), I will have great results (very rarely bruise when Jennifer injections) and I look refreshed. In the next year or so I will be getting a "tune-up" and will be seeking a consultation here for plastic surgery. I can't wait to meet the rest of the team.

I felt like he was doing business with human bodies rather treating them.

I believe now that was truly divine intervention so that I could meet Dr. Mosier and have him perform my surgery. I went from a G to a B and they look AMAZING. Truly they almost look fake and I still can't believe these are what I get to have now. I have spent my entire life hating my large chest and am finally free. My back pain is gone, clothes fit me, I don't have to wear seven bras to workout, truly it's incredible. I wish I would've done this sooner, but then it probably wouldn't have been with Dr. Mosier. From the very first appointment where I almost cried, he was so kind and so was his entire office staff. They are truly the best. So kind, so understanding and answered ALL of my 1000 questions. Then finally came surgery day which I was so nervous for. PIECE OF CAKE. I've had two children and this was one billion times easier than giving birth and recovery. I don't know that I had the highest expectations, not because of Dr. Mosier, but just because I felt like what I was working with before was so bad. And WOW. When I tell you they look FAKE they're so good. Every post-op everyone again was so kind and Erika is the sweetest person in the world and would talk me through every little detail and every question I had. I would do this whole process again in a heartbeat. Went to an appointment with my wife for hip replacement. First this Goldberg is a snake oil…read moresalesman. The concierge service he tries his best to sell you presented in a way that would mimmic a used car salesman's pitch on a junk yard dud. He brings this up at the last part of your appointment and as soon as you tell him NO just the minimum he jumps up and takes off sending in someone else to finish up. Then the "scheduler" calls you and tells you that the next surgery appointment is 10 months out. And then here we go again.. They ask "well were you not told about the concierge service?" I told that person to take a hike. You have a choice for "expedited" surgery for either $7795.00 or $15995.00. This Goldberg is full of himself. You are left feeling lied to and taken advantage of after the appointment. Find another surgeon!!!! Save yourself the exposure to this ridiculous behavior and a waste of good time. Not to mention the waste of good oxygen. It took all of 5 minutes to find a very qualified surgeon that does the exact same thing and is a teaching surgeon as well.
