I've tried a couple of times hoping for a different experience, but gyro meat has been cold, not tender, and the fat congealed. The pita also has not been hot, light, or fluffy, but cold, a little hard, and bleh. The fries have been room temp. Instead of hot and crispy. The service is still great. But food quality has gone down from when the Asian lady owned King Kebab. I submit this review in hopes of helping the ownership now reclaim the better food quality KK used to have. Best regards.

We loved the beet dip and the muhammara. The pita is so soft! The fried cauliflower is a must. I could've eaten it all myself. The Lebanese platter was SCRUMPTIOUS. The rice and lentils and the lemony tahini sauce were a hit!! We got the Kafta and found it to be deliciously spiced and a great pairing. The shakshuka was a tad sweet for our liking and we found the ratio of tomato sauce to eggs was a little much. We will definitely be returning!! What a treat this place is

We started with the fried cauliflower and zaatar fries, both served with an incredible dipping sauce that disappeared embarrassingly fast. The cauliflower was perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, tender inside, and honestly good enough to order again on its own. For my meal, I ordered the shakshuka. It arrived bubbling hot in a cast iron skillet with rich tomato sauce, flavorful meatballs, perfectly baked eggs, and warm grilled pita for scooping up every last bite. I've had shakshuka before, and this was easily one of the best versions I've tasted. Every bite was comforting, hearty, and packed with flavor. Spud went with a Laziz salad alongside another helping of the roasted cauliflower, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Everything that came to the table looked thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and beautifully presented. What made the experience truly memorable, though, was our waitress, Omri. As a Deaf customer, it's always a pleasant surprise when someone can communicate directly in sign language. Omri signed with us, made us feel genuinely welcome, and provided exceptional service from beginning to end. That personal connection meant a great deal to me, and it absolutely elevated an already wonderful meal. I was so impressed that I happily double-tipped her. Great food, warm hospitality, and an experience my son and I will both remember. We'll definitely be back.

My family discovered they love Indian food. They just didn't know it yet. Great food. Kind people. A birthday I'll remember. If you're staying near Thanksgiving Point, this is such a fun stop. I like some heat but every place has their own scale, so I wasn't sure there I fell. The cashier said that the hot was about like flaming Cheetos. It's been awhile since I had those but remember them being pretty tame so went with "Hot" for my sandwich. I would NOT call the Hot tame, it was right at the max of what I can handle and next time would opt for the next rung down, medium. As someone who doesn't love fries, I appreciated that I could swap my side on the combo for the kale slaw without any upcharge. It had a nice flavor and crunch but mostly enjoyed its cooling qualities as my mouth was on fire. Also they had extra pickles on the side! I love pickles! I like it all and actively look for fried chicken wherever I am It's with this fried chicken obsession in mind that I made a bee line to Houston Tx Hot Chicken which I found on Yelp. First let me say the design and aesthetic of this restaurant wins hands down; beautiful ins store imagery and signage. However, it all about the food! I ordered : 1) A classic chicken sandwich, mild sauce, combo (comes with fried and drink) And because I didn't want to miss out on their other sandwich...not like I'm here everyday ! 2) An original sandwich ( only) with mild sauce. 3) Mac and cheese for good measure This was a "linner" for me and frankly was hungry but also wanted to try as much of their offerings as possible. Whether it's the classic or the original, I didn't like either sandwich...the chicken of either sandwich wasn't crispy or moist, which I found strange considering both had a sauce. The adding of the sauce didn't help at all. I chose the mild and medium and were in spice/hot range that I was comfortable with. The fries were crispy and my favorite part of the meal. The Mac and cheese were sort of gummy and lacking in flavor (cheese flavor and salt). The service was friendly, helpful and fast but it's all about the food and I may never come back.

I enjoyed the flavor profiles & their unique sauces. The falafel had a bit of a sweet taste which was a first for me but not bad at all. The reason for the 3 stars is that when a different staff person, Hispanic, dropped off my food, I noticed the cabbage slaw had carrots in it, which I wasn't aware of. When I informed them, they were very rude and stormed off before I could even request for the cabbage slaw to be completely removed. When I finally got a hold of them, they had an attitude and claimed the slaw could not be removed, which was not true. They repeatedly kept telling me it couldn't be removed and was not comprehending what I was saying. Outside of that, I would recommend this place.
