The bowls are customized at the counter, adding sauteed peppers'n'onions, black beans, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, hummus, chickpeas, etc. I usually keep it simple. They are very generous with their signature white sauce and you might want to ask for less, and the green sauce is tasty too. The pakora chips are very good, I recommend anyone skip the french fries this time to try them instead. I wasn't a fan of the pita, thick and without much flavor.
