Unfortunately, i have to take time out of my day to warn Spring customers of an actual biohazard. Whilst eating at Dat Pho on Louetta, expecting comforting viet food, i found two hairs in two seperate dishes. before i had found said hair, the full serving crew (of 5 people) continuously harassed our table to the point i had to walk outside to take my minute phone call before even ordering. The simple question asked of our server was if i could have cabbage on the side, he said up charge i agreed assuming around $2. Shortcut to brining out the food, he brought me an entire plate of veggies for $5. Not that i mind the money, the service is definitely all over the place and management needs to start conditioning the servers to be actually sociable and problem solving. After we found the hair, obviously rejected our food and pushed it aside, the service crew that was harassing us started avoiding our table! Even when the busser was confronted about the hair, she said absolutely nothing, even when the manager was, absolutely nothing said. This place is disgusting and is proud of it it seems! I waited 5 minutes or so and wife told me food was ready through app. I told the worker, and I showed him a snapshot of order with details, time and order number. He did not accept it. I was craving chicken vermicelli and came across this place on google. The parking lot can be kinda busy depending on the hour you visit. There was no one waiting and 2 patrons dining in. The staff was friendly and chatted a little while I reviewed the menu at the counter. I ordered the chicken and egg roll vermicelli. The food was ready in about 10 minutes. The egg roll was okay. Nothing to brag about. The chicken was seasoned and tender. I didn't take a picture because I was super hungry. I would definitely visit again. Stopped by for the neighboring place but it was closed so I gave this place a try. Typical Vietnamese establishment in service but place decently clean. I had the beef & egg rolls vermicelli bowl ... the noodle was hot (probably just got made which is not good for this type of noodle) the beef taste got a bit of smoky flavor but the fire was not high enough so beef doesn't have that nice flavor. The peanuts on top was epic failed! Taste like old peanut and totally ruin the flavor. No herbs to speaks of so I guess they're catering to non-Asian palates?!? The egg roll was amazing so I ordered extra order (came in 4 smaller rolls) to fill me up since I'll not finish that mediocre noodle bowl. Will a try again? Service here sucks. Placed an online order through Yelp and the workers gave it to the wrong person and refused to acknowledge fault on their part. They did not refund the order or remake the order. Even after showing them receipts and the original link that the food was ordered through they still implied that I was trying to scam free food out of them. The main guy (stout guy with earrings and thinning hair) proceeded to laugh in my face as I was trying to explain that it wasn't possible. My bf (original person who placed the order) had to contact grubhub/yelp to cancel the order because again the workers refused to do anything about the situation besides saying someone already pick up the food. Pretty glad we found a decent Vietnamese restaurant up north in the springs for us to just drop by when we are feeling lazy to cook. The shaking beef was delicious. The pho was perfect. The summer roll was different but I loved it. You don't really see that option in many Vietnamese restaurants. So I would recommend that if you're craving some spring rolls but want to try something different The service was fast and swift. You can tell by looking around they do get good diverse business all around for this area. Would come by next time for same dishes. read more

First, he was very rude, I got fried rice and I asked for some soy sauce and he rolled his eyes and he gave me 2 small packets, on top of that it was HORRIBLE fried rice. Service was great and restaurant was clean. When you first walk in you get this aroma of pure deliciousness. I ordered a Banh Mi sandwich, brisket pho, the special fried rice, and 2 smoothies. The Banh Mi was kind of bland so I wasn't a fan. My Pho was good , but nothing extraordinary, and my smoothie was great. My husband enjoyed his rice, although I felt it should have been more for the price compared to your typical fried rice. Overall I rate this restaurant a solid 6/10 read more

Restaurant had a strong incense smell, mixed with other scented candles making it hard to eat. They are ungenerous with their noodles in the spring rolls and the peanut sauce was really watery. The pho broth here is delicious! I have been twice so far and the herbs and bean sprouts are always very fresh. We also had the eggrolls which were so crispy and delicious! They have a fried bun with what I think is pork and a quail egg which I would highly recommend, the dough tastes like Chinese donuts, yum! The Vietnamese iced coffee will also keep you awake all day! The only reason I took off one star was because I also have previously tried the Bun Bo Hue, and while it had good lemongrass and beef flavor, the broth was a little blander and not as spicy as I would have liked. Their tofu spring rolls to be exact! All of their fried tofu is cooked to perfection. Just the right amount of crunch and tenderness. Summer rolls are so filling and good too. Their combo of meat, avocado, and just a touch of sweetness really takes it to a different level. Their sandwiches are so so good. The tofu one is my favorite. Perfect size for a small meal, or a whole meal if you get some eggrolls or springrolls with it. Also definitely try the thai tea, wow, that stuff is amazing . One good thing I noticed right when I entered was that there was plenty of room inside. The restaurant was also very clean, very good impression. The egg rolls and spring rolls are a must buy with every meal, the dipping sauce is delicious. Might I add that the restroom was clean and there was a candle inside. By far the worse pho I have had in the area. Called in an order over the phone for vegetable pho and there was no issues. Drove over, paid my $8 for my large veggie pho and drove home-- no issues. Once I opened my bag all I had was onions, noodles, and broth. Not one vegetable. Also the large size is smaller than a small at most places in the area. If I just wanted some onions I definitely wouldn't pay $8 for that! Id except no more than $4-$5 at most. Called and was told right away "well we actually don't have vegetable pho". In the 15 years I've been eating pho at least a couple times a month between Chicago and Houston I have never had this issue. I order vegetable pho way more than any meat one just because I enjoy the crunch of veggies and am not a huge fan of meat in my soups. It makes me question what a place is actually serving if they don't have any fresh vegetables in house they can add to soup.....
