Great GREAT staff, and the food was everything you could hope for in a prime Stakehouse. I ordered the 16 oz. Prime rib, and she ordered the small Filet mignon. We chose the Albondigas Soup and baked potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly. The meal came with a selection of two breads in the basket they brought out when we sat down. Even the vegetables were cooked tender crisp. We tasted each other's dinners and both were great. I'd recommend this restaurant to any who want a real steak dinner. Nice Job everyone!

There were 2 small crescents of cucumber, 2 tiny black olives and 2 tiny tomatoes. Not big enough to call them cherry. The cauliflower tasted bad per my mother, so I didn't try it. The carrot was good. The service was fantastic. The walls were bare- no pictures? I usually go to CVI steakhouse. This place was a disappointment.

Then we shared a ceaser salad with large grilled prawns on top- he had the kitchen split it in the back for us. Such a nice touch My hubby ordered the bison burger MR- it was cooked perfectly and the fries were hot and crispy I ordered the DWR veggie pasta- so, so yummy. The bread roll that preceded the appetizers was something special. Warm and wrapped in paper, it was like opening a Christmas present. The bread was soft, warm and delicious. Seriously good. I ordered a Prime Rib, one of the evenings specials. It was a generous portion, served with potatoes and veggies. The Prime Rib was cooked perfectly (Medium Rare ofcourse) with the right amount of marbleing and seasoning. This was perhaps one of the best, most flavorful Prime Ribs I have had in recent memory. My wife ordered the Macadamia Crusted Sea Bass. The fish was breaded and topped with the delicious Macadamia nuts. The fish was light and flaky with a wonderful outer snap. A perfect blend of textures and flavors. I would definitely order this again. My friends mother ordered the Lobster and Filet, Glen Eagle's version of Surf and Turf. I don't know if she realized just how big a 1 1/2 pound (24oz) Lobster really was. This thing was HUGE. Like some giant sea creature. The Filet while a generouse portion, looked puny by comparison. She said the Lobster was a amazing but in full transparency, most of it when home. :-) We had a big party and the restaurant was quite full by the time we left. We were told that the chef was on vacation. Should have just left then. We ordered our prime rib medium. As anything over that gets tough. We also ordered it with broccoli and when it arrived it had inedible asparagus. I mean they were so fibrous we could barely cut through them. Chelsea apologized and brough us out some broccoli on the side, and just like the rolls, it was barely room temp. And, it is worth it!...and, not spicy like you might think of chorizo. My wife and I ordered the Quesadilla and the Basque Omelette, and we split both (plus, we took some home too). Each dish was really good in its own right, and being able to have the chorizo prepared two ways was great. Their home fries were really tasty too. - Service was good....very attentive, especially considering that it took us a while to decide what to order given the breadth of the menu. - We paid cash because of their sign indicating that that was preferred. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE if the manager or staff would have apologized or acknowledged how long it was taking. Instead, the manager accused me of lying about the wait times, insisting he had ticket timestamps to prove otherwise. I explained those reflected when the orders were entered, not the 30+ minute delays before they reached our table. He continued to accuse me of lying. After spending nearly $2,000, all we expected was a simple apology or acknowledgment of the poor service which one can get at a McDonalds for heaven sakes. I've never come across anything like this in my life. There are plenty of other places to go and eat in the area.
