Honestly could not ask for more. Came right away when I called, quoted a fair price on the phone, did the job within 5 minutes, with a smile, and honored the price he quoted. He actually answers the phone and talks to you about the situation. The majority of locksmiths on Yelp use a third party phone number. You call and then access a rep that relays calls out to contractors, so you make a call to one number and talk to someone, but they actually send it out to a person you've not spoken with and who are not reviewed.
