I can tell that the employees take pride in their work. So kudos to the Housekeeping staff. Also, to the Housekeeper who found something we had left behind and returned in to us, you're awesome. Walked in expecting a normal dinner, immediately realized we had made a tactical error in the best way possible. The place was packed, loud, and had that kind of energy you can't really fake. Not "everything is perfectly on time" good, but "everyone is working hard, communicating, and actually cares" good. I had the classic lager and it was meh. This is very subjective I realize but I'd rate it a 4 or 5/10. All things considered, it could have easily been a frustrating experience walking in on one of the busiest nights of the year, but it wasn't.
