BEWARE of this company !!! We contacted them and let them know that we weren't sure if our key was the issue because it kept saying to place key on start switch (look at picture for proof it says FRIDAY) they came and the car didn't start and he tried it again which showed the same as the picture and his excuse was cause he programmed the key and that's why the lights turned on etc which he didn't!! The car was already doing that before! My car is still saying to place key on start switch still ! What a scam A** company do not recommend at all ! He charged us $633 and when questioned about the charges he called his friend who he claimed was his "manager" and was speaking in Hebrew (the other guy was laughing on the other line) their website has a WhatsApp number and that number was the one he had me send the money to. When I reached out through WhatsApp this is what they are responding plus they blocked me.. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I had my home rekeyed by this company and all locks worked properly except for the front door. The tech who did the work refused to fix it. When I called the company dispatch said they were not the company that rekeyed my home. One of their technicians reached out via text right after. He confirmed he found my information in the system. Instead of offering to fix their crappy work he said he could do it for a fee! Then had the nerve to tell me he didn't do the work on my home as if I was accusing him of wrongdoing. GOT SCAMMED. DO NOT USE THEM. My mother and I got locked out on my back patio with no phone so after yelling for help, my neighbor called Dallas Area Locksmith. David (later to find out he was from Marshall Locksmith) was dispatched. He came with his daughter. He didn't feel comfortable going over the fence to let us in the back door so I let him know that the deadbolt on the front door was engaged from the inside and it's not visible from the outside at all. He told me he could somehow still cut it so he walked around to the front to do so. From my back patio windows I could see him beginning to cut the WRONG LOCK and signaled to him (and my 4+ neighbor witnesses crowding around) to STOP because it was the wrong lock. He ended up getting us in through the back door via air wedges after jumping the fence after all. He then promised to come back the next day to fix the lock that he admitted he unnecessarily cut into. All of my neighbors crowding around heard him say this as well. When I called him directly the next day, he started talking to me about all these other things he wanted to "help" me with...$400 here, $250 there, so I told him I was not interested and that I just wanted him to come fix the lock that was unnecessarily cut. His response: "I'll help you out and do it for $150." I called Dallas Area Locksmith to let them know what was going on and while I was on the phone with Juan, asked how much I should have been charged. His response was that, per company policy, I should have been given an itemized invoice, which I was not, but that one charge is usually $15-25 + a second charge of anywhere between $89-129. When I asked why I was charged $230, he said it sounds like he charged me to cut into my door. I let him know that even David admitted (in front of my neighbors) numerous times that he shouldn't have done that and I would like that portion refunded to my card and the damaged lock fixed at no cost. He said it is their policy that we cannot refund anyone for any reason, as which point I asked to speak to a supervisor. Juan said that Jose, the tech supervisor, would be in the next day and to call him. I called Jose, gave him the rundown. Jose was gracious and said he would get in touch with David, the guy who came out. After not hearing from Jose for more than a day, I called Jose. He had not followed up with David at all, wanted to be completely refreshed on the situation, then asked what I wanted him to do. I told him that ultimately I needed a partial refund for being overcharged and that I would like someone to come to fix my front lock where it was unnecessarily cut into by David. Jose then becomes quite rude and says that he cannot do anything at all and that they have my money because I signed so that has to be the end of it. I was not happy with this and again requested a partial refund + repairs, to which he responded, "well how do you know you were overcharged if you didn't get an itemized invoice" to which I responded that Juan, the day before told me the standard rates. He said there is NO way that was the truth but that he would check with Juan and call me back. Frankly, I just want my front lock fixed and a partial refund for what I was over charged. Doubt I even get a phone call back. IN SUMMARY, DO NOT TRUST THEM. Give your money to someone else who will be honest, not try to do extra work, charge you for it then try to bait you into paying them to fix the unnecessary damage. This company is horrible i did not check out the reviews before i call them bad mistake .I sent out a guy who claim to first be from another company called green key .Over the phone them aasured me that they could make me a key and program my key as well .The guy was able to make to key but after making the key he claimed that he could not program it at the time and tried to charge me the entire service fee of three dollars .After assuring me he would be back out the next day i gave him 200 for the job now they claim to not have done the job warning these guys or Crooks .Do not do any business with them . read more

The locksmith talked my wife into re-keying 2 other locks in our business to match the front since we didn't have a key, and he claimed we would fail our inspection later that day. So he charges us an extra $200 to rekey 2 more locks (which by the way were only $20 deadbolts). The inspector comes and then tells us that the locks that we just paid $200 to have rekeyed were a code violation and we need to replace them. It is our fault for not knowing the code I guess, but I feel that he took advantage of my wife in this situation. Then we had to have the same locksmith add a locked/unlocked indicator on the front door to meet the code, this was another $350 for a $5 part and an hour labor. He misaligned the indicator so you can only see half of the word when it is locked. Shotty work and low integrity. In the end he gave us a whole $50 discount so it was "just" $650 for a $5 indicator and rekeying 3 locks (of which I now have to replace 2 of them). I called to talk to someone at the office and was told they would talk to a manager and get back to me. I guess it shouldn't be a surprise that I didn't get a call back. read more
