We went out for a late walk to catch some Pokémon with our pup. The door had no problem locking but when we came back, we couldn't get in. I told my husband to try jumping over the fence to check the back door and of course it was also locked. He jumped back around and we went to my family's house 3 streets away (so thankful for this) while we called every locksmith available. He was the only one to a)answer and b) make himself available. Chris is my new hero I had gotten new keys for my front door got home put one of the keys into the lock and could not get the key out when I called them he was at my house within an hour. He took the entire door knob out took it out to his van and found that there was a piece inside the door knob that was bent the keys that I had had made we're perfectly fine the problem was my door so he fixes the inside of the door knob and makes me some additional keys. I went grocery shopping at Natural Grocers and had just put all of my groceries in the trunk and locked my keys in the trunk with the groceries. It was over 100 degrees out. I called Chris and was told he would charge me $45.00 and be there in 20 minutes. Due to this being a time sensitive matter, I was relieved to hear he would be able to get there fairly quick. After 60 minutes, I called again and without an apology he stated in a rude tone that he was on his way and would be there in another 20 minutes. I waited another 40 minutes and made the decision to cancel Chris and call another service. I realize time arrangements cannot always be kept, but the fact that I waited for 1.5 hours with no appearance, apology or respectful manner is a very poor sign of service. 30 minutes after canceling the service, Chris calls back and states he was there, but at the wrong store. So to sum this business up: unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful and untimely. read more
