Too expensive for just a call....The guy was nice, but the price too steep for just coming to the property

I locked myself out of my house on a Sunday. I had Just moved in and it was 104 outside. I called a few different locksmiths and this one was the quickest and the customer service was very personable and helpful. She tracked the truck's route and time for me as it was traveling from another job to mine. Locksmith van arrived on time and all he need was my credit card to swipe it open! I was still charged the amount quoted but that was fair enough as it was still an emergency weekend appt and mission accomplished! Nice people. read more

Reached out though Yelp for quotes to switch out a keypad lock. Got a quick response, a quick turn around time, and reasonable price.

Needed the entire house rekeyed. Got in touch with them and was given a competitive rate and next day service. Aaron came on time and was courteous throughout. We received great and speedy service. I can't recommend them enough. read more

I have to write another review because this business is just so awesome! Our lock was not working at all and before they came out they said try WD40 because it might just fix it. It didn't work and they were out the next day and immediately assessed what the issue was and fixed it. They only charged the service fee. They could have charged more and we wouldn't have known. When I requested a quote from yelp, they responded really quickly. We set up an estimate on site, and that was fairly easy to do. We had to wait on a lock to get in but they were very communicative about that. The locksmith that came to do our work that was really quick and efficient. Great service. $59.53 to get our truck unlocked. Took them about 20 minutes to get here. I got a few estimates on yelp and they were the cheapest locksmith estimate I got in the area. I'd recommend calling them. Took him 3-5 minutes to unlock our door. Just make sure to have ID and insurance card with you or in your car. read more

Locked the keys in a rental car on Christmas. Asked for a rate and got one back in less than five minutes. Since I was in a safe place to stay, I set them up to come out 12/26. The tech was on time and in the car in less than 5 minutes. He even climbed into the trunk to locate the keys. I went to pay and didn't have the right change. The tech then rounded down to make it an even number. I would use them for any locksmith need in the future. They are top notch!!! read more

UV installed and rekeyed all my gates and doors and he is fantastic! I moved into an old house with mismatched, rusted, out-of-date locks and he got all of them in working order or replaced them. He was able to work with the original hardware/locks where I wanted to keep them and kept me from (stupidly) putting a keypad lock on my back door, which would have been unsafe. He's fast, professional, I trust him in my home and it's a great value. Highly recommended! He's also great with pets! read more

I purchased a 1950's era Diebold safe from an Estate Sale with the combination. I couldn't get it opened and was starting to think it was the wrong combination. I called Texas Master Locksmiths and the response was immediate - David was out in 30 minutes! Unfortunately, after working with it he confirmed that the combination was incorrect, and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to drill it. Since it was empty, we agreed that it would not be in my best interest to do that and that I just needed to go buy a new safe. To top it off - he didn't even charge me for coming by and checking the combination! Seriously top notch work with VERY experienced locksmiths. I now have this locksmith on my speed dial =) read more
