Called and they were very specific with their appointments. Only to find out when I showed up on time, at 4pm, that there was no locksmiths there and they called me to tell me they would like to send one to my house. Then when the locksmith called me directly he said it was going to take an hour to even get to my house with the key to even start working on it. Needed to program my ford key for 2014 expedition and came to store and had it done in 15min, very good and reasonable

I made an appointment at 1:35 PM to have my car unlocked at 9:00 PM the same day. At 9:15 PM no one had called me or showed up so I called and was told the technician would call me. At 9:25 PM the technician called me and said he was 25 minutes away. At 10:03 I received another call saying he had a flat tire and it would be 15 more minutes. At 10:30 he arrived. There was a $25 service fee and the actual vehicle lockout service was $70. I asked if he could give me any discount for being an hour and a half late and he took of $10. It took two minutes to unlock my car. I won't be locking my keys in my car again. Update: The owner wanted me to be happy and felt very bad about how late the technician was to the appointment and offered me a full refund. I appreciate how they care for their customers and was happy to agree on half of the amount I paid refunded. Thank you Best Locksmith. read more

I applaud you all for reaching out to me by phone, I see my missed calls, but I am trying to enjoy my time off right now. My correspondence with Best Locksmith through Yelp was with Ben, the technician who came to my house was named Ben, so unless there are multiple Bens working at Best Locksmith, you should have known to charge me the correct amount at the time.
