Needed a new key fob for my vehicle and this place was quicker and significantly cheaper than the dealership.

I have a Travel trailer that I lost the keys to. Ryan was the tech sent out and he did a great job of replacing the main door key and replacing the storage compartment locks because they were getting hard to turn. Also, he changed out the shower lock because that was an after market addition so now all the compartment lock use the same key. I requested 2 sets of each and he verified that they all work. Just had a Great experience with this business. About a year ago, I went into a Nissan dealer in Washington state to ask about having a replacement intelligent key made. That experience was horrible and I didn't end up having it made. Fast forward to now and I'm kind of expecting it to be extremely expensive and a huge pain to have done. I emailed for a quote and they got back to me really quickly with a price that was 1/3 what I'd been quoted by the dealership in Washington. (Keep in mind these keys are far more expensive that back in the day when it was just a piece of metal, so it's still expensive.) When I asked to make an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to find out I didn't need one. I went in today while I was in the area. There was only one person when I first arrived and he was also trying to help someone on the phone with a lockout. He apologized for the delay, and got my new key programmed quickly. When I was leaving I noticed a low battery alert on the new key. Went back in and they quickly tested it, then put a new battery in. Hopefully I don't find myself in need of a locksmith too often, but they will definitely be my first choice if I do. read more

What a great business! I went in last Saturday (the 20th) to see about getting the key fobs replaced for my 2013 Santa Fe Sport. On both fobs the rubber was worn and broken to the point where a few of the buttons would no longer work. The helpful folks inside said they didn't have any in the store but would order them and call me. A price was quoted for the two fobs ($360.00 for two. Ouch) but that included the cutting of the keys and the programming of the fobs. They said they should be in on Wednesday. On Tuesday I received a voicemail saying the fobs were in and to come in when I had time. It's been a rather crazy week for me so I didn't get around calling back until Thursday to let them know I would be in on Saturday the 27th. They were glad I called back and said no rush and thanked me for the call back. Went in today (the 27th) and the same person who helped us the first time in ordering the fobs was there. Sorry, I ever caught your name and I really should have asked. He was ready, willing and able to help. I handed over my current fobs and he got to work. Unfortunately, I think my keys gave him a bit of frustration. However, he persevered and worked on making sure the cut was correct and accurate. It took a little longer than he had anticipated and I was starting to feel guilty. Never once did he grumble or gripe, he just kept working away. He was able to get the cut correct (apparently the software in the computer was a little off so he had to calibrate the cutter a few times) and then set about testing the keys in all the door locks and then got the fobs programmed. Overall, GREAT customer service and a friendly and fun personality. As a final note, thanks for commenting on my Doctor Who t-shirt which ended with us all in a great conversation about series episodes, the various actors who have played the character and about British actors and their versatility in general in being able to play any type of role or character! Have you gotten a key that doesn't quite work when you turn it? You have. You probably have one on your keychain right now. Yeah, it sucks. You have to turn it 3-4 times, maybe more, before it starts your car. I have a ton of them and they drive me crazy. Yes, I got them from a big box store and they are terrible. Never work and always drive me crazy (pun intended). If you're looking for a key that will work and will work every time, you need to come here. They have the proper key cutting machine. They'll even check to make sure that it works before you pay for it. Try getting that service at the big box. I'm extremely happy that they got me a key that works and it was just as fast. Plus, I'm helping out a local business. I'll never get keys made anywhere else. The key will cost a little more, but it's worth the extra dollar to get a key that doesn't give you any frustration when you use it. read more

I needed a replacement for my 2012 Honda Accord, my fob was broken. Each and every guys was very support of each other. The middle aged guy was very helpful to the young man who was very kind that helped me. I only had my valet key but I must say, together they were able to do a fabulous job and it didn't take long. These guys are GREAT and that means a "LOT". At the dealership that fob would have costed $200.00. One guy even showed me how their VERY large and small safes work (for when I get my large sum of money---- after I share it with those who have been kind to me). We have been out of town dealing with a family matter and now for the holidays and found out on Christmas Eve that the battery on our front door keypad died and that our cat sitter could not access the house to feed our cats. Even though I'm fairly certain they were closed, I got a hold of Jeff and explained our situation and he could not have been more friendly or accommodating. He arrived at our house within hours and met our neighbor to make a key for our back door and change the batteries in the front door. Jeff and the entire crew were incredible in helping me out. I bought a 12 year old range rover, and lost the keys within the first week of ownership, including my house keys from 30 years ago! This was not an easy job to say the least. They were the only company willing to help me out, despite the extraordinary cost to have to buy special software. I had to pay for that software, but they tried their best to cut it down.. but alas they couldn't. I couldn't even tow my car to a dealership becuase there were too many tree branches that would have scrached my car. They had to come out 3 times to help me out, and did so without any complaints.
