It is amazing how often they can't complete simple tasks. For instance they could not copy a key for a certain type of lock. When I got home I looked it up and found that it could be rekeyed but not by them. I also found that the entire lock could be replaced by most any locksmith. They exhibit little interest in helping or solving your problem. When they can't fix it themselves they lead you to believe it can not be done anywhere but they are very misleading. read more

They were able to create a new "master" key for my Toyota by clearing the immobilizer memory. Took 10 minutes and the price was extremely reasonable. When I had asked a dealership, they said it would take a few hours and cost several hundred dollars. read more

Very disappointing!!! If you own a car with a transponder key (programmable key) that has the remote as part of the key, don't take it here! They had problems cutting the key. First they tried to take the key out of the casing, it was a flip-key. Then they half-assed cut the key, it fits the ignition, but doesn't work in the door. How did I find this out? Less than 3 days after I got my keys cut, the battery in the remote part of the key died and I was unable to unlock the door because this newly cut key didn't work. It was tested on the ignition but never tested on the doors. I was stranded for hours waiting for someone to bring me my original key because these guys didn't cut the key right. Then they charged me $60 per key. I will never go back here. I won't even go back to force them to re-cut the key because of their M-F business hours means I have to take time off of work to do any business with these people. They weren't the friendliest people either. Seemed more like I was bothering these people than being a customer. They only seemed to care about being paid rather than doing the job right. read more
