Very disappointed because of the high reviews this place has, but I was hung up on in the middle of talking! I was calling to ask if they had the ability to duplicate RFID fobs and car keys, and the man on the phone only asked what car I had. They didn't have it--okay, no worries, I mostly needed the RFID fob anyways, and while I was in the middle of asking about the fobs he hung up! It's like I was an inconvenience by asking about a service his business provides. read more

I was locked out of my car in Denton. They were able to get there in about a half hour. I appreciated the speed but during the unlocking of my car the tool they used left numerous scratches on the lock button on my car door. The locksmith showed up on time, and changed out 4 doors (8 cylinders, if you're counting) very quickly. The price was very reasonable...$55 for the call and $10 per cylinder. They'll also change out the cylinder at their store for less. But given we bought a house that still was set to a builder's key, it made more sense to just have someone come and do it at our place. read more

If you want it done right and in a timely fashion, this is the place. Wasted my time going to three "hardware" stores who couldn't duplicate a key for me but Laura's did. Also repaired or replaced a couple of odd locks on my motor-home. Technician Lisa even installed a deadbolt lock on the front door that matched the interior of the coach. read more
