Just stopped by to pick up some pizza before heading over to the movies. Very nice people and the pizza was amazing.

I was unsure about ordering from here because of some of the negative reviews but figured I'd give this location a try. I ordered an Italian sub, chicken parmigiana, and manicotti over the phone with a very nice and helpful girl. About 30 minutes later I get a call from the driver because he entered my address in his GPS incorrectly and was lost. I had to walk him thru finding my house. He was apologetic, but just a bit unprofessional. The food, however, was terrific and correct. I will be ordering again soon when craving some Italian food. read more

DIDN'T EVEN GET TO TRY THIS PLACE... My aunt ordered $45 worth of pizza, wings, etc. only to never receive it. We waited about an hour and 15 minutes before calling the place back to tell them the delivery guy never showed up. The guy over the phone lied and told us the delivery driver was there.. which was another lie Waited another 15 minutes to see if the driver would show up and NOTHING! Called the place again and asked where he was, the person on the other end of the phone gave no answer. We requested a refund and hung up. I have never once had this problem before with Dominos! First and foremost their customer service is always over the top. Always greeted with a friendly welcome from Lana, her sister, or their hardworking Dad. I've been getting pizza here since high school. Its been perfect every time except for 1 time but even then they remembered my order from the previous time and threw in an extra item the next time. Pasta has always been good as well, as far as wings, I've never had. I don't get the negative reviews, I get this isn't San Biagios(new York style) but Dalias is definitely better than pizza hut, dominos, papa johns, little Caesar's, and even round table for me. So I have had Dalia's before, but from Azusa. I thought they were all the same, but boy was I wrong! I am looking at pictures they have on their Yelp, I wish I took a picture of mine, it looked like it had been sitting for days. It didn't look appealing, yet I tried it thinking who knows.. Nope, it tasted just like it looked. I was better off getting a $5 pizza from Little Caesar's that is how bad it was. This i thought was grand because it is not a parlor at all. One can only dream. I hovered my finger over the number and tapped it. It rang twice and a man answered immediately. Fast. That's where I put my one star to say the MOST. I told him what I wanted, which was a large pepperoni pizza and and a large cheese pizza. In a flustered manor he asked, "pick up or delivery"? Now here's where shit went astray. I told him delivery and I guess it went in one ear and out the other. Like it was nothing. He put it down as pick up. I waited 30 minutes for them to call me and ask where I was. Where was I? Home. They said they would send out a fast delivery. It took about 30 minutes again. What I don't get is how both orders took the same time? Any who. Bottom line that pizza was cold, no Parmesan was exchanged at the door. Honestly, skip this location. I was raised on dalias pizza. But the only good Dalias location is in West Covina. Don't order from here, something is ALWAYS wrong or it takes over an hour and a half. don't get wings from here, they look mutated and are mostly bone, hardly edible. I am new to Inland Empire and live in Chino. I wanted to do an act of kindness for the staff at Roy's Auto repair and I chose Dalia's based on the online website and the food options you have available and the great ratings of course. I originally went into Little Caesar's for a quick pepperoni pizza, but with it being 12/23, there's A LOT of people out! So, the wait was 25 minutes...I said 'nevermind'. Went into Dalia's since I live close and have wanted to try them anyways ($5.99 large pepperoni). Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was the smell! It just smelled like homemade, quality pizza to me. They were done in 10-15 minutes (not bad for a walk-in) and OH MY GOD this may have been the best pizza I've ever had. It definitely tastes homemade and just blows away any of the big chains...not even close. Those that've said to stick with Domino's, etc most definitely have no idea what quality tastes like. $1 more for this beauty than for a Little Caesar's mediocre pizza? I'm in but I feel like I'm ripping them off. They have somehow figured out how to provide fresh top quality ingredients at affordable prices and still be profitable! Our family has been pretty loyal to Dalia's for several years now, always placing large orders for various group activities (band, dance, etc) and did the same today, ordering 4 XL pizzas (two cheese, two pepperoni). The employee told us the total was $58 and change. Huh?! I pointed out the XL pizza prices in the menu on the counter, and the employee took it from my hand and said "you can't use that one." I then pointed to the flyers they had on the counter advertising their BOGO Deal: buy one large or XL pizza at regular price and get one large pepperoni pizza for only $5. According to the menu on the back, a cheese or one item XL pizza is $10.99 which would bring our total to $31.98. The employee laughed and told us we were wrong, and asked us to read the advertisement to him, as if we were clearly misunderstanding the ad. I tried explaining to him in several ways, just how the pricing works in relation to what the ad says, and he kept laughing condescendingly and telling us we were wrong. He finally said that the price on the ad menu ($10.99) was not the price they charge for an XL cheese or one topping pizza, that the price in the computer was $13.99 and he couldn't change it. So we did what the rest of the city does: walked out and went to Little Caesar's. The pizza here is NOT worth $60 for four XL cheese pizzas, and it's absolutely not worth dealing with an employee with a smarmy, condescending attitude and a poor understanding of basic math, who seem to feel that the "bait and switch" technique is valid and reputable advertising. read more
