Ordering is easy the food is consistent. For a "cheap" pizza place they give out a decent pizza. I'd say a step above Little Caesars .

PiaraPizza left me feeling extremely disappointed. They do not even bother to secure(seal) the box of my pizza to protect it. I placed an order for Door Dash, but when I received it, the red sticker sealer was not attached to seal the box. Instead of two sealer stickers, there was only one not even sealed. The Door Dash delivered looked like it had been tampered with because the pizza place didn't even seal the box. They claimed it was sealed with two red stickers when I called them, but it wasn't. I was referred to Door Dash by the company when I asked for a refund. I will not order from this lousy pizza place again. Preparing it in a hurry without quality sealed protection makes it unsafe to deliver. As a precaution, I discarded all of the pizzas for safety. What a wasteful thing. read more

The wings, bread, deep dish pizza are ok. I feel that the thing to order here is the stuff crust pizza. I find that it has been consistently better then their other items for order. The service is good and it's nice for the most part when you order ahead it has almost always been ready for pick up on time. It's a typical small place made for pick up orders. I've been coming to Piara Pizza on a weekly basis for almost 4 years, and I know without a doubt that these pizzas are made with love! My youngest is one of THEE pickiest eaters in the world and this is the only place he will eat when it comes to pizza. Their cheese is so flavorful and their pizzas are always fully covered, hence the picky eater appreciating that he "doesn't see the sauce". Their cheesy bread is packed with flavor and also a family favorite! The crispy cheesy edges with garlic and their seasoning mix is the absolute best. It's like an explosion of flavors in your mouth! We usually order on the weekends and always see the same faces: Camila, Eric, and Luis.. who are truly amazing and it's always the highlight of our week to see them, of course in addition to enjoying their amazing food! In regard to how long the food takes, they do an excellent job. They work really hard to have a fast turn around and I've never seen the quality of the pizza go down either. Very rarely have I had to wait longer than what was estimated on the app and at most it's been only a few minutes extra. FYI.. when you order on the app, it's a system-generated estimate, so if you have any concerns then give them a call and they will surely update you. One time I even made an order right when they opened in the morning for my daughter's jiu jitsu class and they had 15 pizzas ready BEFORE the expected pick-up time! If you're wondering about pricing, it is about the same as Little Cesar's but, in my opinion, LC doesn't even come close to the food quality and great customer service you get when you go to Piara. I had LC's recently and was very disappointed.. but that's a review for another day. In case you're thinking I'm biased since I have become a regular, know that I have gained such a high opinion because I've seen the same quality in their products and customer service over all these years. My family only recently took the opportunity to build a deeper connection with the workers by asking their names and asking about their days to make it more meaningful than the average "pick up your pizza and take off". It's a two way street and our efforts to connect are always reciprocated, and it's because they truly care about us as people, and not just as customers. Been coming here for the past year and a half and the pizzas here are great. Cheesy bread or breadsticks is always a way to go to add to your order. The 1st time I got a pizza from Piarra Pizza, I called in. The lady was really nice & told me they had a pizza ready or I could order one. I told her I'd take the one that was ready. However, when I got there, the pizza that was given to me was just sitting out. I expected it to be waiting in a warmer oven like they have at Little Caesars. But I was in a rush & took it. To my surprise, the pizza was good for a decent price. The 2nd time I got a pizza, I ordered online. I called in to confirm my order & this different lady said she didn't see my order & she could place another one for me. Why would I place another order when the order online went through on my end & the funds were taken from my account? She then told me to call back in 5 minutes. I called back & my order finally showed up. I then ended up receiving an email which said my pizza will be ready in about 30-40 minutes. But when I called back, she said it was already ready. Imagine if I listened to the email. My pizza would've just been sitting out. Btw, this 2nd lady wasn't as nice as the 1st one. Today, I called in to place my 3rd order. I got the 2nd lady again. When I went in to pick up the pizza, I asked for butter garlic sauce. I was charged $2. I told her online it says it's only $1.50. She told me no, that it was in fact $2. I've uploaded a photo of my receipt showing that I was charged $2 & a screenshot of their website showing that it's actually $1.50. I also wanted an orange soda & she said she couldn't sell it because it was expired. But for some reason, it was on the shelves. So I asked for a refund. She told me she couldn't provide a refund because the manager wasn't there. So I had to choose a drink that I didn't even really want. I thought this was gonna be my pizza spot. Well, I've been ordering pizza from here for about 7 years. I bought an average of 20 pizzas a month at $13.00 each. I went in today, order the same pizza I've gotten for 7 years mind you.... A Supreme Pizza, I substitute canadian bacon for the pepperoni and the onions and bell peppers for extra mushroom and cheese. Never been a question, never been an issue...until today where I was told that would be an extra $3.00. I said wait a minute...why the change? Are you under new management? They said no. I asked for the owner and the cashier got me the manager Syrial or Cereal (not sure on his spelling) who I might note has personally made my regular order previously. The manager then decided ok, we'll only charge you $1.50 for the cheese. I said forget it, give me the owners number. He refused. I want it noted, this has nothing to with money, it's the principal. It's the lack of customer service, it's the attitude of the employee. I will NEVER go back here again. 7 years, 1,344 pizzas purchased at $13.00 a pop for a total of $17,472.00. All because the manager wouldn't honor something that he personally has made for me. Wow. My rating is actually ZERO Stars. I will be going elsewhere for my pizza. Any other day I would provide them with a five star but today they really need 1. One of the young ladies (talk) that's a cashier walked in went straight to clock in didn't wash her hands, grabbed a tray & walked to the back of the restaurant in the open space took her mask down today rub the back of her hand & arm across her nose came back to the front and then walked back a 2nd time pulled her mask down & rubbed her hand across her nose & still did not wash her hands. My husband went to this pizza place and ask for fresh pizza and chicken when he walked in. The Worker fix the fresh pizza and then told him he can have the chicken inside the closure. He already waited 10 minutes for the pizza then they told him he had to wait 21 minutes for the chicken. When he asked to speak to a manager, the manager came forth and said he didn't speak English.
