Had the Polynesian sauce which has a great flavor but still is mild. RTP is always generous with the toppings and this was no exception. This supreme pizza had meat in every bite. The combination of a creamy garlic sauce and chopped scallions gave a great taste. I know tomorrow I'll be reeking of garlic but it was worth it. Delivery was within five minutes of the approximated time at order which was good since the store was nearly 6 miles from my hotel. I've been coming to this Roundtable since December 2019, ever since I re-opened a private practice nearby. First, I must say that I have loved Roundtable since I was very young. I remember our Parents would have birthdays parties for my two Sisters at the Roundtable near our home. We would also often go to dinner as a Family at Roundtable, which remains my favorite pizza to this day. Roundtable never disappoints. They say that they're the last honest pizza, and I would agree wholeheartedly. If you want to feed your family or you want to have a pizza party, you will pay a decent price, but it will be worth it. I've tried many cheaper pizzas, and I've discovered that you get what you pay for. I come to this Roundtable in Upland once or twice a week. Roxy is very friendly, and she makes the best pizza. I like that they have lunch specials. I usually get a personal pizza (which is more than enough), a trip to the salad bar, and a drink for around $15, which is not bad at all, compared to other fast foods in the area. And, truly, I wouldn't call Roundtable fast food. I also recommend their lunch buffet, which is very reasonably priced, if you're hungry I have been a loyal customer of Roundtable for a long time, and they will probably never lose my top spot as the best pizza around. read more

I have been going to this location for at least 15 years for the exact same thing. The lunch combo that consists of a mini personal pizza, a small salad container and a drink. The combo has always been around $15 because I always upgrade the 3 topping pizza to a Maui zaui. I call today and the girl tells me it's now over $30 for the same exact combo. That is INSANE and ridiculous. Really sad to see this longtime establishment price gouge their long term loyal customers. She was very rude when hanging up the phone as well. Gonna say straight up, I was thoroughly surprised with my most recent visit here. I always loved going to round table and ordering the pizza with the mini pepperoni topping but my usual place off archibald was closed so here I was at this new location. The prices were still the same so I decided to order an extra large mini pepperoni and sausage pizza and after taking down my order, I was expecting the usual $35 bill but I was happily surprised to see my total was only $28!! I asked the lady taking our order and she kindly let us know that there was a promotion going on so we wouldn't need to worry about the original price and from that point forward, I knew I'd be coming back solely for how good her service was. Pizza came out hot and ready to eat and Round Table continues to serve the most consistent and best tasting pizza in the area, the cheese being extra melty and having that nice, gooey goodness and the mini pepperoni tasting delicious per usual. Pretty disappointed with my experience with this location. Ordered for delivery via the Round Table app at 5:53pm. Both the app and the invoice emailed to me said promised delivery by 6:32pm. At 7pm I called into the location to get an update on where my food was. The young lady said it should be delivered soon but could not provide an exact update. The food was delivered at 7:15pm and was stone-cold. Not even luke warm. The cheese on the pizza had started to harden and the parm twists were hard. Pretty disappointing considering this was for my kids. For myself, I can wait, but when kids need to eat it's a priority. Expected a 40 minute delivery but got an hour and 20 minute wait with cold food. Bummer since Round Table isn't cheap either. read more

On 4/30 I ordered 130$ worth of pizza there was a bit of a hassle with it and when I had my friend run in to pick it up , and when the women gave her the receipt she wrote on it "next 50% off show receipt ". I've been ordering from this RT for the past 6 years and I always get the same thing. Veggie gourmet and Parmesan twists. Today my order seemed different. The crust wasn't the same, it felt like cardboard-y and not as good as normal. Still overall a good meal but disappointed in the change. Also, I used to get mailed coupons regularly but I haven't received any coupons in over a year. I think I heard they got bought by the owner of the Claremont location and around that time the coupon system changed. Haven't been to this location in over 10+ years. Decided to stop by and catch the game on TV. They have at least 4 TVs that I saw. One up Front and 3'in the back plus some arcade games. They had a nice fire place in the front of the restaurant. Place was nice and clean and all the staff was very friendly. They even changed one of the TVs to a channel for the other game on CBS. The garlic twist came out perfectly and the pizza was as always tasty. Round table Pizza is by far the best of all Chain places. Yes they are pricier then the competitor, but the quality of the ingredients is much better and the sauce is the best. They have beer in tap but stuck With a soda today. We had a very wonderful experience here last night! The small double pepperoni pizza, one time salad bar trip and hot Buffalo wings with Bleu cheese dressing all great!!! I was able to put garbanzo beans, broccoli, bacon bits, tomatoes, carrots, croutons and ranch dressing on the salad. Placed order at 11:51 said it would be ready at 12:06 it is now 1:02 and they told me another 10 min. This is for pick and according to their time frame not mine. I know a lot of people will turn off online orders they do not have staff. This is an expensive pizza restaurant it's over 100$ for 4 large pizzas. If your going to charge the higher rate your standard need to meet it. Or let me know that the pizza will take an hour so I don't waste over an hour and a half of my time. Total incompetence from the top down! They gave my dine in pizza away twice for delivery! 2 hours waiting and they call the delivery person to bring back my pizza they gave away a second time! We sat waiting for our food watching the owner try to console other customers by giving out free this and that. Meanwhile there's a line to the door waiting to order or pick up and they just take orders from the phone. The employees just laugh about any mistakes made or tell patrons to wait while they try to figure out how somebody else's order got messed up. Even the simplest of things they can't get right. When you order the salad bar, you assume there will be lettuce. Nope. Have to wait and chase another incompetent employee down. We were regulars here, but this was the final straw. Rather than notifying me that they were out of them, they sent some pre-packaged cookies that were not the same flavor and definitely not a replacement for what I had ordered. The driver told me to call the store for a refund for the giant cookie. when I called the store, The shift supervisor, who refused to give me her name, refused to refund me for the giant cookie since they had sent the other cookies instead. my order was also 25 minutes late, with no notification from the store. The workers were nice for the most part. There was one worker that seemed off, he had glasses and was tall, I think he name was Brad or Brent. This is the second bad experience with round table. The last time we ordered pizza, my husband was on his way to work so I decided to get him pizza. Christian the guy who took the order would not give me the chance to place my order but everything I say he repeated it and just kept talking over me.
