Love their pizza. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Inside dining is chill, with many tvs on playing the local games. Servers are friendly and welcoming. However I did see workers handling food with no gloves hair nets on. Other than that great place. read more

The pizza was good:) the inside feels old but the atmosphere is nice and calm at 6 on a Thursday. We had been there for about 5 minutes before anyone greeted us or mentioned helping us. 4 employees made eyecontact, no one smiled and no one said "just a minute" or anything! When someone did come, she was very kind and the only employee that was happy to serve us! If it hadn't been for her I would've put 3 stars mainly because it's $2 for each topping and they are soooo skimpy with the toppings, I can get a better deal at almost any other pizza place. I will say round table has amazingly crispy crust read more

About 2 months ago the manager gave me a discount because I told her my budget that day and how many people I was trying to serve. My daughter was sick at home and it meant the world to me. She also informed me that there are delivery options available for my area that were not made available by other employees before. read more

Review based on delivery. Had an order of 6 wings, a personal garlic supreme and soda. The wings were meaty and decently sauced. Ranch or blue cheese available. Had the Polynesian sauce which has a great flavor but still is mild. RTP is always generous with the toppings and this was no exception. This supreme pizza had meat in every bite. The combination of a creamy garlic sauce and chopped scallions gave a great taste. I know tomorrow I'll be reeking of garlic but it was worth it. Delivery was within five minutes of the approximated time at order which was good since the store was nearly 6 miles from my hotel. You'll pay more than the national chains but you'll appreciate the difference. read more

Food was great! Service was wonderful. The only negative was not air conditioned! Other than that, delicious! :-)

Sure don't like burnt pizza, let alone burnt pepperonis and overcooked cheese. This has happened twice in less than 3 weeks, last pizza I ordered a few weeks ago was completely overcooked. Decided to get a pan pizza this time, once again overcooked. Pizza was horrible!! Lost a long time customer Round Table, do better. read more

I've been coming to this Roundtable since December 2019, ever since I re-opened a private practice nearby. First, I must say that I have loved Roundtable since I was very young. I remember our Parents would have birthdays parties for my two Sisters at the Roundtable near our home. We would also often go to dinner as a Family at Roundtable, which remains my favorite pizza to this day. Roundtable never disappoints. They say that they're the last honest pizza, and I would agree wholeheartedly. If you want to feed your family or you want to have a pizza party, you will pay a decent price, but it will be worth it. I've tried many cheaper pizzas, and I've discovered that you get what you pay for. I come to this Roundtable in Upland once or twice a week. Roxy is very friendly, and she makes the best pizza. I like that they have lunch specials. I usually get a personal pizza (which is more than enough), a trip to the salad bar, and a drink for around $15, which is not bad at all, compared to other fast foods in the area. And, truly, I wouldn't call Roundtable fast food. I also recommend their lunch buffet, which is very reasonably priced, if you're hungry I have been a loyal customer of Roundtable for a long time, and they will probably never lose my top spot as the best pizza around. read more

I ordered pizza from here on Mother's Day I asked for extra pineapple they charge me $10 I ordered a large family salad and an extra large pizza they gave me a teeny tiny little cup with dressing they said they were going to send two but they only sent one they told me that the new owner was really cheap and cutting down on everything and what I'm gonna do is cut down on ordering from them like never again ! that's just bad business just one little cup extra of dressing seriously and you lose a customer over that that's really bad business You spend hundreds of dollars on advertisement and on ads and on coupons , reviews are everything and that's pretty dumb whoever the new owner is is not real smart read more

Gonna say straight up, I was thoroughly surprised with my most recent visit here. I always loved going to round table and ordering the pizza with the mini pepperoni topping but my usual place off archibald was closed so here I was at this new location. The prices were still the same so I decided to order an extra large mini pepperoni and sausage pizza and after taking down my order, I was expecting the usual $35 bill but I was happily surprised to see my total was only $28!! I asked the lady taking our order and she kindly let us know that there was a promotion going on so we wouldn't need to worry about the original price and from that point forward, I knew I'd be coming back solely for how good her service was. Pizza came out hot and ready to eat and Round Table continues to serve the most consistent and best tasting pizza in the area, the cheese being extra melty and having that nice, gooey goodness and the mini pepperoni tasting delicious per usual. I didn't expect to be treated so well at this establishment and with food so yummy, it truly made my night worthwhile! I think my new favorite spot for pizza just got updated!! read more

I have been going to this location for at least 15 years for the exact same thing. The lunch combo that consists of a mini personal pizza, a small salad container and a drink. The combo has always been around $15 because I always upgrade the 3 topping pizza to a Maui zaui. I call today and the girl tells me it's now over $30 for the same exact combo. That is INSANE and ridiculous. Really sad to see this longtime establishment price gouge their long term loyal customers. She was very rude when hanging up the phone as well. Just really disappointing. I don't know how they expect to stay in business. read more

Awesome This establishment actually knows why they are in business. The taste of the pizza is second to none. This is the Tiffany's of pizza making. I could go on praising the best pizza in the world, but what would be the point? Go out and get great smiles on your kid's faces and your stomach will thank you as well. Montague's Meat lover with added Jalapenos is my favorite. read more

Pretty disappointed with my experience with this location. Ordered for delivery via the Round Table app at 5:53pm. Both the app and the invoice emailed to me said promised delivery by 6:32pm. At 7pm I called into the location to get an update on where my food was. The young lady said it should be delivered soon but could not provide an exact update. The food was delivered at 7:15pm and was stone-cold. Not even luke warm. The cheese on the pizza had started to harden and the parm twists were hard. Pretty disappointing considering this was for my kids. For myself, I can wait, but when kids need to eat it's a priority. Expected a 40 minute delivery but got an hour and 20 minute wait with cold food. Bummer since Round Table isn't cheap either. read more

Rude ! over priced ! On 4/30 I ordered 130$ worth of pizza there was a bit of a hassle with it and when I had my friend run in to pick it up , and when the women gave her the receipt she wrote on it "next 50% off show receipt ". So of course my friend bought the pizza and the receipt and said " save this and you can get 50% off the next time but save this receipt and take it with you ! " so of course I put it in my purse. Went in today since I'm having people over to get the same order and get the 50% off . So I go in and tell the cashier right away . She's like "do you remember what the name was or the person likes let that wrote this ?" Of course I don't I didn't pick it up , I call my friend and she can't remember either just reiterates that we were supposed to bring the receipt I ask her well maybe it's the person who took the order and she says no that's me (Roxana R ). And she says I wouldn't do that. And I asked her well. Is there anyone that would? She says no, and I asked to speak to the manager. And she said she's the manager. I just looked at her like what the heck do you think I wrote this on the receipt. You could see that. I ordered this crap all the time. If you look up my number. I don't understand how I could be treated So rude. Like someone who would do that ! She says the best I could do is give you 15% off. Of course that's what it says printed on every receipt. I know that!!!!! So upsetting, I'll take my heart and money elsewhere. There's other good pizza places to go back here. Where they are happy to keep a customer who spends over 100$ regularly and treat me like a liar. That saves a receipt to a place I go regular and make this up ! Crazy read more

I've been ordering from this RT for the past 6 years and I always get the same thing. Veggie gourmet and Parmesan twists. Today my order seemed different. The crust wasn't the same, it felt like cardboard-y and not as good as normal. Still overall a good meal but disappointed in the change. Also, I used to get mailed coupons regularly but I haven't received any coupons in over a year. I think I heard they got bought by the owner of the Claremont location and around that time the coupon system changed. Big bummer because the coupon mailers really helped and I would order more than I needed to get the deal and have good leftovers! Bring back mailed coupons! read more

Haven't been to this location in over 10+ years. Decided to stop by and catch the game on TV. They have at least 4 TVs that I saw. One up Front and 3'in the back plus some arcade games. They had a nice fire place in the front of the restaurant. Place was nice and clean and all the staff was very friendly. They even changed one of the TVs to a channel for the other game on CBS. The garlic twist came out perfectly and the pizza was as always tasty. Round table Pizza is by far the best of all Chain places. Yes they are pricier then the competitor, but the quality of the ingredients is much better and the sauce is the best. They have beer in tap but stuck With a soda today. Will definitely be coming back soon. read more

-I'm finally leaving a review because this is my third bad experience at this restaurant. They don't have an accurate way to track your order online like other pizza places do. They only send an invoice, and then you're left waiting for over an hour, wondering if you'll get your food I called to verify if my order was received and I was placed on hold for 2+ minutes. When I called back the man over the phone did apologize, but a simple tracking system on the website could calm a lot of frustrated customers' nerves. Then to send these burnt churros. No wonder the delivery gentleman seemed embarrassed to hand me the box of churros read more

We had a very wonderful experience here last night! The small double pepperoni pizza, one time salad bar trip and hot Buffalo wings with Bleu cheese dressing all great!!! I was able to put garbanzo beans, broccoli, bacon bits, tomatoes, carrots, croutons and ranch dressing on the salad. The employees were all very nice and seemed like they were really enjoying their work! We topped off our meal with hi-c fruit punch to drink. Thank you and will definitely be back!!! read more

DOESN'T MIND LOSING LOYAL CUSTOMERS !RUDE....RUDE....RUDE!!! Absolutely no respect for paying customers! Waiting in line to place our order my husband asked for the restroom and the young lady behind the counter says in a rude manner, " you have to buy something before you can use our restroom". My husband replied " As you can see , we are in line to place an order ". She replied, again with such rudeness" , you have to order first and then can use it". Shocking behavior to say the least! I have been a loyal customer here for years and was jaw dropped! I understand any establishment not wanting people coming in from off the streets to abuse use of their facilities but when you can clearly see that we were waiting in line to order food and you refused my husband the use of the restrooms as a paying customer then you apparently don't mind customers walking out and spending their money at a different restaurant..... which was exactly what we did and will never come here again. We drove to the round table at Falcon Ridge and as we waited in line to place our order my husband was able to use the restroom and enjoyed a much cleaner establishment with excellent service! read more

Placed order at 11:51 said it would be ready at 12:06 it is now 1:02 and they told me another 10 min. This is for pick and according to their time frame not mine. I know a lot of people will turn off online orders they do not have staff. This is an expensive pizza restaurant it's over 100$ for 4 large pizzas. If your going to charge the higher rate your standard need to meet it. Or let me know that the pizza will take an hour so I don't waste over an hour and a half of my time. Total incompetence from the top down! They gave my dine in pizza away twice for delivery! 2 hours waiting and they call the delivery person to bring back my pizza they gave away a second time! We sat waiting for our food watching the owner try to console other customers by giving out free this and that. Meanwhile there's a line to the door waiting to order or pick up and they just take orders from the phone. The employees just laugh about any mistakes made or tell patrons to wait while they try to figure out how somebody else's order got messed up. Even the simplest of things they can't get right. When you order the salad bar, you assume there will be lettuce. Nope. Have to wait and chase another incompetent employee down. We were regulars here, but this was the final straw. The new owner let the good employees go. The new employees could care less and are just as incompetent as the owner. Owner needs to sell this place and get out of this business. I'm sure the canned reply will follow like it did on other reviews. Blah blah blah this is not what we strive for. I'm sorry blah blah blah.
