I rarely leave reviews but this one deserves one. This is probably my favorite place to have pizza in the IE however someone def dropped the ball today. The pizza was cut by someone in a rush?? Or training? This pizza was cut so terribly wrong that it hurts my heart as a pizza lover. Slices are terribly uneven and just wrong. Also the pizza crust was a little well done. My toddler had a hard time chewing. Just sending this as constructive criticism. Pizza is good but man, whoever cut this, please don't butcher another pizza lol I'm trying to be positive but please check the quality before you send out.

    Calzone

Sooo yummy, the sauce is the best part. We enjoyed a Calzone and a Stromboli the other day. They were so cheesy and piping hot and satisfying. The staff are all friendly and service is quick! It's the first time for me to review this place but not my first time eating there. The ambience is relaxed, and I recommend eating on site so that you can enjoy the freshness as soon as it's out of the oven.

Always excellent as it had been for the 36 years we've been eating here! I was back in NYC in 2019 and this place is better than 3/4 of the places I had pizza in there.

Half pan pizza w pepperoni. pretty thick. Fork in there for size reference. I served 2 slices before taking the photo. This was $30.

First time here. Staff was super friendly. The guy behind the counter asked how I was before asking about my order. He provided plates, crushed pepper, & parmesan cheese without me asking. My food was ready when I arrived. I ordered 20 minutes in advance. They also boxed it a certain way so the thick (pan) pizza wouldn't be crushed. The pizza was good. A solid size for the price. ($30 for half pan). It fed both my wife and I dinner and lucnh for her the next day. My one complaint was the texture. I was hoping the edges would be a bit crisper. The middle was also super doughy... I know I'm being picky, but just being honest.

    Meatball sandwich

The food was terrible. The cashier was great but I waited an hour for a meatball sandwich. I went with my family and it was ridiculous. My sandwich had chopped up meatballs with very little sauce to it I seriously think that they were frozen meatballs. My granddaughter ordered a single slice of pizza and she waited 45 minutes for it. It wasn't anything special either just pepperoni and cheese. I don't know what has happened but I wouldn't be going back again.

    Medium pepperoni pizza with pineapple

First time trying San Biagio's and it did not disappoint! We got a medium pepperoni and pineapple pizza and it was so filling! We split it between 3 adults and it was more than enough for us all. The staff were super friendly and accommodating especially with our refills. The shop also had some cool games inside to play. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be back again soon!

    Pepperoni and Mushroom Jumbo Pizza

Delicious authentic NY style pizza! Loved the thin crust and flavorful sauce. Just needed a bit more mushrooms to be perfect. Staff was very attentive and friendly on this rainy Saturday afternoon (1/3/26)

Up close of large veggie cuts. I have no clue what that is on the tomato. :/

Highly disappointed. I ordered a sandwich from here recently, and in case you're wondering, 'who goes to a pizza spot, to order a sandwich,' well, I do. It's what I wanted at that time. Growing up in the northeast, if I see a business that advertises that they have NY Style Pizza (or anything), you can best believe I'm going to try something, this time, I chose a sandwich. Now that we got that part out the way, let me explain MY experience. First, the gentleman at the register was great. As quite usual for ME, being the only one in line for a minute or two, I asked for a recommendation between a hot turkey sub or the Italian. He stated, the Italian was his favorite. So, of course, I went with his fav. I watched as my sandwich came out the oven, and it looked just fine. After the lady returned from placing the lettuce, tomatoes, and black olives on my sandwich, I saw that it was huge and I tried to see if it was cut in half, but, I really couldn't tell. So, when she placed my order on the counter, I politely asked her if it was cut in half. She said nicely, "Yes, it's cut." She seemed a bit hesitant, but, it was okay, let's keep going. Before I left, I remembered to ask if it had a specific condiment on it. She turned to the young man at the register, he came over and said, "No, I didn't add that to it, but we can get some for you, no problem. After receiving it, I said thank you and proceeded to leave. As I headed towards the door, I grabbed a plastic knife, some oregano, and napkins. I decided to enjoy my sandwich in the car. My first thought was, "my bread is burnt,' follow by, 'this is huge.' Then, I noticed that it was not cut. And, the lettuce, tomato, black olive veggies were way too big for MY enjoyment. I took a minute, shook my head, and said to myself, 'let me add the condiments, and see how it tastes. " But, before I did that, I pulled off a piece of the meat, the ham specifically. "Ehh," was my thought. As I took my first real bite, the large chunks of veggies began to fall off, as if they didn't want to be there in the first place. lol But, I completed the bite, chewed for about 3 seconds, then utilized the napkin to the right of me. It tasted burnt. Not wanting to give up on it, I decided to remove the burnt parts of the bread, but, nope, it didn't work. Still, not giving up on the experience yet, I pulled off some of each of the meats, took a few bites in an attempt to convince myself that the meat couldn't possibly be affected but, still no. So, this time, I utilized the trash can. Now, I'm not the authority on Italian subs, but I am the authority on how I like MY Italian sub to taste. Will I try another sub from this place? Absolutely not. But, I do look forward to trying the pizza. Now, I do not blame the young man at the register, he was nice. I just think more time should be spent in properly preparing the veggies, managing meat portions (you can't tell in the pics, but it was a lot under the lettuce mountain), and assembling the final product. It's a nice restaurant, with a small arcade, and appears to be very family friendly. I don't want this to discourage anyone from trying the sandwiches at this place. They are just not for ME.

This location sits at the corner of an apartment complex and there was plenty of parking available when we arrived. The interior definitely matched the vibe I was expecting - a lot of colorful murals, "toasted" imagery, eclectic decor like rubber ducks on every window sill and counter ledge, and plenty of green. The menu had a lot of options and variations with tongue-in-cheek names, but also the common names and descriptions below. Both my friend and I ordered "pinners," which are 8" sandwiches. I got the Kali Mist (Spicy Club) on garlic herb bread and my friend got The Kind (Turkey, Bacon, Shrooms) but without the shrooms on white bread. After ordering at the counter, we took a seat at one of the tables to dine-in. The music was a little loud for my preference, which makes me sound like I'm a million years old but oh well. Our orders were brought over by an employee once they were ready and I was immediately impressed by the amount of toppings and how good everything looked and smelled. My sandwich was super tasty and I especially loved the chipotle mayo and garlic herb bread! Having never tried Cheba Hut before, I immediately asked my friend where the closest location was after taking my first few bites. I'd love to try more sandwiches.
