I'm disappointed in this place. Went there tonight ordered a King Arthur extra large to pick up. Tasted blah and the cheese didn't taste good either. Would like to know if they are using the correct ingredients as far as putting the proper amount of mozzarella cheese vs the other cheeses. Anyway it wasn't worth the money I'm definitely not going back there. And to top it off the guy at the register wouldn't give me a couple of small paper cups for ice without charging me for it. He did say he would let me have a plastic cup but of course that didn't suit me because I was getting the pizza to go. After spending close to 35 dollars you would expect a cup of ice to take home. His excuse was that he counts the cups so he has to charge me for the cup. I've been there many times before every time the staff there was friendly and always gave me as far as ice with out any hassles never had such a lousy experience. The pizza sucked and cup thing kind of topped it off for me. Don't know if it's a new manager there or a owner. I'll be looking around for a new pizza place in town next time I get a craving for it. read more

It's a chain but they have a great variety as far a pizza goes, from pepperoni to a vast supreme lineup. I like the luau with the chili sauce and they offer other things as add ins. For a chain it's decent definitely not a little Caesars or Dominoes. Give it a try if you don't have a personal favorite spot. read more

After working a morning shift that day, I came upon this establishment by a recommendation from a friend. As I walked into the place, I was immediately reminded as to why Round Table Pizza was not on my "go-to" place for pizza. I put those thoughts out of my mind and continue my way over to the counter to place my to-go order. As I waited, I enjoyed a beer while trying to relax among the sounds of kids running around, screaming. When my pizza was ready, they kept the pizza under the warmer while I finished my beer. Before leaving, they offered a handful packets of Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. Once home, the pizza was filling and very tasteful as a pizza should be. Why is Round Table Pizza so delicious? It makes my stomach always a little uneasy due to the various flavors and spices they use but it's worth it every time! My husband and I agree that RT is our favorite chain pizza joint! This location is clutch. Not only are they quick to deliver hot, fresh pizza, but this is a great dine-in location as well. They have a great salad bar and plenty of games to keep the kids interested. They always send the same two delivery people to my house and I have to catch their names next time. My pizza was good that I ordered. However when it was delivered I gave the driver a cash tip the next day I just happened to look at my bank account and they had added a tip to my receipt. Apparently a nine dollar tip. We called and complained and they said it was an accident blah blah blah and my tip would be put back into my account. I was the only customer in line at the time as I waited for an employee to assist me. An older customer (white lady) skipped me in line & was assisted immediately. The last time I visited this restaurant was two years ago before this visit to Round Table on Foothill Blvd. At that time the quality of service along with the atmosphere of the restaurant was terrible. The floor was dirty, the salad bar was disgusting with flies all over it, but I wasn't there for the salad, I just wanted to grab a pizza and go, but I could not help but notice that the last thing on the employees minds was giving good customer service, thing is I did not leave a review. During the previous visit, what pissed me off the most was, I ordered my pizza, I ordered a beer, sat down and waited for one of the three employees behind the counter to tell me when it was ready. After almost an hour of seeing people come and go out of this otherwise empty place ( I was the ONLY customer waiting for service in the store), I went to the register to inquire about my order, low and behold there it was sitting there getting cold. The guy behind the counter offered no apologies only excuses. They knew that I was there but they could not concern themselves with telling me that my order was ready. Fast forward from two years to now. I stopped in to see if anything had changed for the better, it had not!! The same exact thing happened to me again! Nothing has changed. This place is constantly substandard. It's still a filthy poorly managed shit hole and the quality of the pie has gone down, which leaves me with no excuse for ever going back. So, consider this a public service announcement. Think twice before going to this particular franchise. Who knows what's going on in the kitchen if everything else is so bad. The horrible service is pervasive in this particular franchise. I noticed both times that people ordered to go, so they were not exposed to the most subpar restaurant experience possible. And when I hear about them going the way of Circuit City, I plan to buy a bottle of really good champagne and drink a toast to the end of an horribly run restaurant that didn't know how to treat their customers with respect ! This is my normal location of choice when I want Round Table Pizza The service and my Pizza are always good. I recently ordered my usual, an extra-large King Arthur. When I got it home the top of the box was completely stuck to the Pizza . They forgot to put in the little white table-looking thing that prevents this from happening. I called and explained what had happened. Keegan (I think...sorry) was very apologetic about the Pizza and he offered to replace it. I don't live in their delivery area (please add to your area). I explained that I was already dressed for bed, and unable to come back out. He stated that he could deliver it, but because the driver was out on delivery, it would be about a 40-minute wait. I agreed to the wait time. When the pizza arrived, my daughter met the driver and showed him the pictures of the other pizza. He said, "I see why your mom was mad." THE PIZZA WAS AWESOME!!! After a morning at the Infiniti dealership getting our SUV serviced, we were craving pizza and decided to look up our favorite pizza place. Round Table. We usually go to the ones closer to home in Corona & Moreno Valley but decided to give this one a try. We know they are franchise restaurants but always get good service & even signed up to get texts when they run specials. Every location we have been to has had some type of special they run so today we ordered with Ryan. We asked him if they had any specials that included a pizza and salad bar. A common special that we have seen at every location we have ever been to. The prices change a bit but no big deal, we always enjoy a salad with pizza. He says no. Nothing. Doesn't offer any specials. We order anyways and notice the enter time Ryan is dry in personality & gives you feeling that he is unhappy and doesn't want to be there. The restaurant is updated, probably remodeled not long ago but the tables needed a good wipe down. I ended up pulling out our pack of Honest wipes to clean our table. The food and salad bar was good but they don't give you anything to pick up the pizza like a spatula or anything. There is no riser for the pizza so be sure your table fits everything you need. Especially with a toddler in a high chair, as you know how you must not put anything sharp or breakable near them and it's hard to do at a smaller table. Overall, not impressed. Just another pizza place. For the price be sure you are looking for mediocre service. We will not be returning. read more

I am super irritated. Just moved to the area received a advertisement for them with my mail. I live in orchid Court and for some strange reason I called in to get a delivery, which I've been planning to do all day and was told they do not deliver in this area past 5:00. I have never heard of this and if this is the case they should have it listed or posted on their advertisement that they sent to us. This is extremely irritating and horrible customer service. Lost 2 stars tonight, sad to say. First time ordering their delivery service (My family and I usually dine-in their restaurant). AFTER placing the order online, I'm notified via email that the order will take 1hr to deliver. Bummer, but their pizza is really good (and I've already placed the order) so we'll hang in there. I wish I hadn't skipped lunch today :( An hour later, no pizza. I call (on hold 5min) and I'm told the pizza will take an additional 5 min to be delivered. So now we're talking 10min late. So I remind then I was promised one hour or less not one hour or more and I ask if they can do anything to compensate for the delay. I'm told by the crew member and her mgr, Alex, "it's ONLY a few minutes late, it'll be there soon" and I'm making a big deal out of nothing. I told Alex had I known it was going to take over 1hr, I wouldn't have ordered in the first place because we're hungry. But we were promised one hour or less not one hour or more. We're spending $40 on pizza plus $3 delivery fee, taxes, and tip. I could get up a large pizza from Pizza Pizarra for $8 and have it in much less time. So yeah, I'm not happy about that. And his attitude is that he could care less. Not customer service friendly whatsoever. Won't order there again. My advice would be to just dine-in. Skip delivery service. If you must use delivery service, pay cash not credit card so you can reserve the right to cancel if they are late and you're tired of waiting. Round Table is definitely one of the best chain pizzas you can get, but what sets this location apart is their customer service! I usually order online for delivery but sometimes go in store to pick up. The employees are always quick and friendly. They work as a team and get everything out quickly. I can't stand at the counter for 5 seconds waiting for an employee to get me something before another employee is asking if I've been helped! The food is always fresh and well-made. The King Arthur Supreme and the twisty bread sticks are my favorites. If you go in to pick up they let you fill your salad bowl yourself from the salad bar, so you get exactly what you want. read more
