This is the second bad experience with round table. The last time we ordered pizza, my husband was on his way to work so I decided to get him pizza. Christian the guy who took the order would not give me the chance to place my order but everything I say he repeated it and just kept talking over me. The pizza I changed to wasn't what we received because he was so busy talking the entail time. I called back to let him know I received the wrong pizza, he tells me we shouldn't eat the pizza and that they can deliver a new one. Mind you this is their fault. I was very upset because my husband had taken a bite and then asked why they sent the wrong pizza. I cut my losses and my husband ate the pizza even though it NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. Today we ordered the wombo combo pizza and was supposed to take about 45 minutes for delivery. But pizza arrived an hour and half late. i had to call the to check on my order and was told it's on the way. It is cold and box is extremely wet. If we wanted to eat cold pizza we would have gotten frozen pizza. This is the last time we are ordering food from round table. They might be short staffed but seriously need to get things together there. Pizza today was horrible, toppings aren't well cooked. read more

Round table pizza is usually pretty good and did not disappoint this time. I ordered a personal primo pepperoni pizza with extra salsa rojo sauce and well done. When I got there, I was told that it would take another 6 minutes because they were going to redo my pizza. They showed me the pizza and it was burnt and above well done. I am very impressed with the service and quality control because they didn't try to just pass along the pizza. I don't mind waiting a little longer for a good product. The pizza tasted great! read more

Update: Last night (January 7, 2022) We received an email from this Round Table restaurant and he graciously offered us a free pizza of any size so we ordered a pizza for dinner. It was ready in about twenty minutes and when we opened the box there was a beautiful pizza! It was full of great ingredients, plenty hot, and it was delicious! Thank you, Round Table, for coming through for us! I did as Leah had requested and submitted the problem to your support. They told me if I didn't hear back soon from Round Table, Upland, to let them know. I did but I've heard nothing from this store. Here's the email below this rating. Hi Fred, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience at Round Table Pizza. We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction. As branded locations are independently owned and operated, your concern has been sent directly to the franchise owner. Please expect an email from them within the next three to four business days. If you are not contacted or are unsatisfied with the resolution, please let us know. We appreciate your feedback and hope to continue to provide you with excellent products and experiences. Ill start with saying its been years since I've been to this spot not sure, but decided on a whim to try this place again. The inside is clean, the restrooms were clean. The workers were nice for the most part. There was one worker that seemed off, he had glasses and was tall, I think he name was Brad or Brent. Idk he seemed off and loud and I could hear his whole conversation. It was off putting, but i had alrrady placed my order. The pizza was surprisingly good. Got a large pepperoni and I belive the girl that brought it to us was Melanie. She was very hospitable and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Very attentive. I would def try this place again just depends who's working. read more

So disappointed lately. Only website ordering never works and when I call to order, it takes over an hour because they use door dash! I am not ordering a pizza via door dash. What happened to round table delivery?! Pizza is always cold now and at $34 for a large pizza, it's unacceptable! read more

Delicious with every bite. This review is based on take out only. Really enjoyed the pizza, the cinnamon sticks, sort of hard to be honest because every place has their own uniqueness to it, personally they're not my favorite but they're not bad. They just can't compare to churros. read more

After working a morning shift that day, I came upon this establishment by a recommendation from a friend. As I walked into the place, I was immediately reminded as to why Round Table Pizza was not on my "go-to" place for pizza. I put those thoughts out of my mind and continue my way over to the counter to place my to-go order. As I waited, I enjoyed a beer while trying to relax among the sounds of kids running around, screaming. When my pizza was ready, they kept the pizza under the warmer while I finished my beer. Before leaving, they offered a handful packets of Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. Once home, the pizza was filling and very tasteful as a pizza should be. Might have to make a return visit... read more

I'm disappointed in this place. Went there tonight ordered a King Arthur extra large to pick up. Tasted blah and the cheese didn't taste good either. Would like to know if they are using the correct ingredients as far as putting the proper amount of mozzarella cheese vs the other cheeses. Anyway it wasn't worth the money I'm definitely not going back there. And to top it off the guy at the register wouldn't give me a couple of small paper cups for ice without charging me for it. He did say he would let me have a plastic cup but of course that didn't suit me because I was getting the pizza to go. After spending close to 35 dollars you would expect a cup of ice to take home. His excuse was that he counts the cups so he has to charge me for the cup. I've been there many times before every time the staff there was friendly and always gave me as far as ice with out any hassles never had such a lousy experience. The pizza sucked and cup thing kind of topped it off for me. Don't know if it's a new manager there or a owner. I'll be looking around for a new pizza place in town next time I get a craving for it. read more

I ordered one of their new giant cookies, but apparently they were out of them. Rather than notifying me that they were out of them, they sent some pre-packaged cookies that were not the same flavor and definitely not a replacement for what I had ordered. The driver told me to call the store for a refund for the giant cookie. when I called the store, The shift supervisor, who refused to give me her name, refused to refund me for the giant cookie since they had sent the other cookies instead. my order was also 25 minutes late, with no notification from the store. Based on just this one interaction, I would not visit this store again. They have lost a regular customer. read more

Why is Round Table Pizza so delicious? It makes my stomach always a little uneasy due to the various flavors and spices they use but it's worth it every time! My husband and I agree that RT is our favorite chain pizza joint! This location is clutch. Not only are they quick to deliver hot, fresh pizza, but this is a great dine-in location as well. They have a great salad bar and plenty of games to keep the kids interested. They always send the same two delivery people to my house and I have to catch their names next time. They are so incredibly friendly and I'm proud my home falls within the jurisdiction of this location. read more

It's a chain but they have a great variety as far a pizza goes, from pepperoni to a vast supreme lineup. I like the luau with the chili sauce and they offer other things as add ins. For a chain it's decent definitely not a little Caesars or Dominoes. Give it a try if you don't have a personal favorite spot. read more

The beautiful tall brunette cashier today was friendly and very busy. The pizza was terrific. All a d all a great trip. Thank you.

The manager Jimena was super rude, she messed up my pizza and kicked me out. I asked for them to redo it, because I asked for white sauce on my personal pan and not red sauce, she refused to re make it and kicked me out. THEY DON'T ID AT THE BAR my son got a beer and he is only 16!!!! He is in a lot of trouble and I will be filing a police report. read more

My pizza was good that I ordered. However when it was delivered I gave the driver a cash tip the next day I just happened to look at my bank account and they had added a tip to my receipt. Apparently a nine dollar tip. We called and complained and they said it was an accident blah blah blah and my tip would be put back into my account. Well here it is two weeks later still haven't seen it so you might want to check your bank accounts after you order from this round table, God only knows how many other people this has happened to that never even noticed. Very shady! read more

The ONLY location that I'll order from for high quality, consistency, and reliability! I've ordered several times (sometimes large quantities) and they never miss a beat or skimp out on ingredients. They operate much differently too... did you know they are one of the few chains that don't use cheese fillers and actually make freshly baked dough every morning? Yeah.. that's why it actually taste good and not your artificial $5 pizza. Choose wisely! read more

I ordered a small sausage & jalapeño pizza from the website for carryout earlier today. As I walked in, one employee was on the phone while others were walking around "looking busy". I was the only customer in line at the time as I waited for an employee to assist me. An older customer (white lady) skipped me in line & was assisted immediately. I waited for an additional 3-5 minutes before I was ever assisted. I would give zero stars if that was an available option. As a first time customer at this particular location, I did not feel appreciated, comfortable, welcomed. This will be my first & last time visiting this location. Customer service rating : 0/10. read more

HANDS DOWN BEST ROUND TABLE EVER...great customer service and they don't skimp on the toppings and super clean inside, MANAGER WAS AMAZING...not to mention they have a beautiful fire place inside that you can eat around ...drove all the way from chino just to eat at this UPLAND ROUND TABLE....BEST ROUND TABLE EVER read more

I have a few favorite pizzerias but Round table pizza is the best. My favorite is The King Arthur and It always to so good!

Overly salty toppings with crust that is like a rehydrated cracker. The delivery (Uber) was so late the pizza was cold and the salad that was placed on top of the pizza box was warm. Huge fail both for restaurant and ubereats. read more

Great pizza always!! It seems that the managers are always present and keep the areas clean and moving at a good pace.

This is my normal location of choice when I want Round Table Pizza The service and my Pizza are always good. I recently ordered my usual, an extra-large King Arthur. When I got it home the top of the box was completely stuck to the Pizza . They forgot to put in the little white table-looking thing that prevents this from happening. I called and explained what had happened. Keegan (I think...sorry) was very apologetic about the Pizza and he offered to replace it. I don't live in their delivery area (please add to your area). I explained that I was already dressed for bed, and unable to come back out. He stated that he could deliver it, but because the driver was out on delivery, it would be about a 40-minute wait. I agreed to the wait time. When the pizza arrived, my daughter met the driver and showed him the pictures of the other pizza. He said, "I see why your mom was mad." THE PIZZA WAS AWESOME!!! I CALLED KESSLER BACK TO TELL HIM THANK YOU AGAIN FOR HIS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will always recommend this location. Thank you. read more

The last time I visited this restaurant was two years ago before this visit to Round Table on Foothill Blvd. At that time the quality of service along with the atmosphere of the restaurant was terrible. The floor was dirty, the salad bar was disgusting with flies all over it, but I wasn't there for the salad, I just wanted to grab a pizza and go, but I could not help but notice that the last thing on the employees minds was giving good customer service, thing is I did not leave a review. During the previous visit, what pissed me off the most was, I ordered my pizza, I ordered a beer, sat down and waited for one of the three employees behind the counter to tell me when it was ready. After almost an hour of seeing people come and go out of this otherwise empty place ( I was the ONLY customer waiting for service in the store), I went to the register to inquire about my order, low and behold there it was sitting there getting cold. The guy behind the counter offered no apologies only excuses. They knew that I was there but they could not concern themselves with telling me that my order was ready. Fast forward from two years to now. I stopped in to see if anything had changed for the better, it had not!! The same exact thing happened to me again! Nothing has changed. This place is constantly substandard. It's still a filthy poorly managed shit hole and the quality of the pie has gone down, which leaves me with no excuse for ever going back. So, consider this a public service announcement. Think twice before going to this particular franchise. Who knows what's going on in the kitchen if everything else is so bad. The horrible service is pervasive in this particular franchise. I noticed both times that people ordered to go, so they were not exposed to the most subpar restaurant experience possible. And when I hear about them going the way of Circuit City, I plan to buy a bottle of really good champagne and drink a toast to the end of an horribly run restaurant that didn't know how to treat their customers with respect ! I don't pay people to treat me like shit! EVER ! read more

Love this place. We came on a busy night and we thought it would take forever, but it didn't. Alex and his crew had our King Arthur and wings out in no time, beer nice and cold, and salad bar too. *****Update***** I have to give them some credit. I did receive a call from the owner and was very grateful for it. He was very apologetic and explained the misunderstanding. My faith in Roundtable has been restored for the most part, although I will have to go back to be sure. I will revisit them and look forward to the "old school" flavor of Roundtable that I love and miss and will def update. Thank you for caring and reaching out to me. Pizza (peace) out! read more

Chino, used to be my favorite pizza joint. Last two times there the pizza was skimpy on toppings, dry and nowhere the advertised coverage to the edge. It's a shame was the best pizza around. Absolutely my fave. I haven't had a Round Table pizza since this vid stuff started in March and I wanted an exceptional pizza. I arranged for delivery so I could eat it at home, with a friend. After a morning at the Infiniti dealership getting our SUV serviced, we were craving pizza and decided to look up our favorite pizza place. Round Table. We usually go to the ones closer to home in Corona & Moreno Valley but decided to give this one a try. We know they are franchise restaurants but always get good service & even signed up to get texts when they run specials. Every location we have been to has had some type of special they run so today we ordered with Ryan. We asked him if they had any specials that included a pizza and salad bar. A common special that we have seen at every location we have ever been to. The prices change a bit but no big deal, we always enjoy a salad with pizza. He says no. Nothing. Doesn't offer any specials. We order anyways and notice the enter time Ryan is dry in personality & gives you feeling that he is unhappy and doesn't want to be there. The restaurant is updated, probably remodeled not long ago but the tables needed a good wipe down. I ended up pulling out our pack of Honest wipes to clean our table. The food and salad bar was good but they don't give you anything to pick up the pizza like a spatula or anything. There is no riser for the pizza so be sure your table fits everything you need. Especially with a toddler in a high chair, as you know how you must not put anything sharp or breakable near them and it's hard to do at a smaller table. Overall, not impressed. Just another pizza place. For the price be sure you are looking for mediocre service. We will not be returning. read more

I am super irritated. Just moved to the area received a advertisement for them with my mail. I live in orchid Court and for some strange reason I called in to get a delivery, which I've been planning to do all day and was told they do not deliver in this area past 5:00. I have never heard of this and if this is the case they should have it listed or posted on their advertisement that they sent to us. This is extremely irritating and horrible customer service. I won't be eating round table in Upland. read more

Don't try to order here from after dark (meaning apparently after 5:45pm) or they won't deliver to apartments of their city even though we've had good standing for decades. Pretty sad that a pizza joint is too scared to anywhere deliver in "the city of gracious living". Sorry you can't come to the scary apartments for a $35 pie. What a total joke. Seriously hilarious mismanagement. Unbelievable. read more
