Worst pizza we have ever had. Usually love Round Table. Asked for well done but this was completely burnt. Will never order from there again. read more

Love this location. Pizzas are always made perfectly and the wings are always on point too! I've done delivery and pickup and it's always on time. Alex the manager is always very friendly and nice! read more

My family comes to the location regularly for a fundraiser. The staff is always friendly and the service is great. Food is always delicious.

Lost 2 stars tonight, sad to say. First time ordering their delivery service (My family and I usually dine-in their restaurant). AFTER placing the order online, I'm notified via email that the order will take 1hr to deliver. Bummer, but their pizza is really good (and I've already placed the order) so we'll hang in there. I wish I hadn't skipped lunch today :( An hour later, no pizza. I call (on hold 5min) and I'm told the pizza will take an additional 5 min to be delivered. So now we're talking 10min late. So I remind then I was promised one hour or less not one hour or more and I ask if they can do anything to compensate for the delay. I'm told by the crew member and her mgr, Alex, "it's ONLY a few minutes late, it'll be there soon" and I'm making a big deal out of nothing. I told Alex had I known it was going to take over 1hr, I wouldn't have ordered in the first place because we're hungry. But we were promised one hour or less not one hour or more. We're spending $40 on pizza plus $3 delivery fee, taxes, and tip. I could get up a large pizza from Pizza Pizarra for $8 and have it in much less time. So yeah, I'm not happy about that. And his attitude is that he could care less. Not customer service friendly whatsoever. Won't order there again. My advice would be to just dine-in. Skip delivery service. If you must use delivery service, pay cash not credit card so you can reserve the right to cancel if they are late and you're tired of waiting. Don't expect anything if they are late and your pizza is cold. read more

I placed an online order got there right on time. The cashier was very nice but she said it was in the oven. 20 minutes later I walked up to ask why it was taking so long. Then I see other people getting tiger pizza. Then the guy realizes it was already done and just sitting there. So I waited 40 minutes for a cold pizza. I understand if you busy but a simple communication with your customer cost nothing. And not even a acknowledgement the error on their end. read more

Round Table is definitely one of the best chain pizzas you can get, but what sets this location apart is their customer service! I usually order online for delivery but sometimes go in store to pick up. The employees are always quick and friendly. They work as a team and get everything out quickly. I can't stand at the counter for 5 seconds waiting for an employee to get me something before another employee is asking if I've been helped! The food is always fresh and well-made. The King Arthur Supreme and the twisty bread sticks are my favorites. If you go in to pick up they let you fill your salad bowl yourself from the salad bar, so you get exactly what you want. read more

I consider this place the very best of the chain pizza parlors. The quality of the pizza is always fantastic. My personal favorites are the King Arthur's Supreme and the Maui Zaui pizzas. Even more than the pizzas, I find myself craving the garlic parmesan twists. They are by far my favorite bread sticks from anywhere. Overall the food is top notch, much better than Pizza Hut, but you will definitely pay for it. I would say this is one of the most expensive pizzas in the area. If you've got the money to spare, it's definitely worth a try! read more

Round Table Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Upland, California

Ok don't let the outside....inside....service.....salad bar scare u....ok do let it!!!! Service, at least the cashier, is less than acceptable. She was rude, condescending, and outright deserved a bitch slap from her boss. The salad bar looks like the health inspector is getting paid to pass that as sanitary and the box wine in a glass prices at $5 (or whatever the price is) a glass is RIDICULOUS!! Huge TV tho and pizza, if it wasn't contaminated, was mediocre. Would and will never be back. read more

Great place to bring the whole family. Pizza, wings, salad bar! The King Arthur is our family's favorite. Mail coupons accepted. Friendly service. read more

Cute little restaurant. Customer service is great. We got the all you can eat salad with breadsticks. The salad bar is small but has good variety and all the basics and then some (never had pepperoni on a salad before!) Can't that $8 meal (comes with a fountain drink as well). Nice and economic lunch spot! read more

Just called to get delivery. It is 6:40pm and he told me they can't deliver to where I live past 6. They have before. They're not even trying to work with me. I'm recovering from an operation and can't go pick it up. I love round table, their pizza is amazing and I love their garlic twists. This review is only against this location. Never experienced this from any place before. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this definitely was a bad experience and ruined my night. read more

Always the best Round Table. Everything on the menu is always delicious and the staff is always friendly and well trained. Been coming her for literally 30 years. My only complaint is that they switched from Coke to Pepsi. Corporate needs to realize this is how you run a business and maintain your reputation. You don't need these new "clubhouses" where training is seriously lacking in both customer service and in how Round Table pizza and sides should actually be prepared/taste. read more

GOOD: The white sauce vegetarian pizza is among the beat I've ever had. It's delicious. The pepperoni and pineapple pizzas are incredible as well. BAD: Expensive. The salad bar isn't that great. Will I be back? Yes! read more

you rightfully earned your one fucking star. why? it's pretty simple. this is where flies go to die because there were neither customers nor food in sight when i walked in this sad excuse for a dump (calling it a restaurant would be too generous) during lunch time. the mute, we'll call him, when prompted for the lunch menu, lazily listed his slow finger to a menu off to the side, without even breaking eye contact to whatever paper required his utmost attention. the menu itself looked like an old horse that needed to be taken to the back of the barn with two shells loaded in the shotgun. even the video games looked at us and silently whimpered, "kill me." luckily i lost enough oxygen in this depraved zone to leave and head to greener pastures. you too weary travelers in search of good food, pizza, and dare i see customer service -- found right across the street at shakey's! just saved you from hating yourself. read more

Yummo! Pizza. It is a simple word that evokes a tummy rumble, because you seem to overindulge yourself everytime. At least I always have more Round Table Pizza than I should. The only hard decision you have to make is thin crust or pan crust. I discovered this pizza because my girl loves it. She is a pizza aficionado. We ordered a medium pizza with cheese and pepperoni and a side of breadsticks for a pick up order. Breadsticks are my favorite. They are doughy goodness. I love dipping my sticks in blue cheese dressing. mmmm. Round Table takes pride in making their sticks. They are carefully crafted and are spherically superior to any other stick design out there. Believe me, once you bite into it, you will not want to have another breadstick. The main course is the pizza and it is excellent. I top my pizza with tons of crushed pepper and some parmesian cheese. It is well made and the crust is superb. I mean that dough is cooked to perfection in their oven. I have not had a better crust. The cheese is always fresh and their pepperoni's are evenly distributed throughout the pizza. Every bite of your pizza rewards you with a pepperoni. My girl loves leftover pizza. She believes in breakfast pizza to start your day right :) Round Tables coupons are really a gem. They give a great discount. The staff is amazing. We seldom eat at the establishment. We prefer to take our pizza home, but every time we go and pick up our order the staff remembers our name. read more

Recent changes in staff (who have recent changes in systems) have been unforgiving, rude, and obnoxious with this 30 year customer. Female taking phone orders on Saturday 03/28 afternoon could have kept her comment to herself. This among others. But the food's delicious. read more

Great pizza, I've been going here since 2004. Love round table pizza. I've even been the the 1st location in Menlo Park when I was in that area. But this will be my last at this location. I will not give my money to a place that doesn't respect a loyal customer. Thank you Alex, Jimena and paul for the great service you provided all these years. read more

Ok so like you heard of the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. This place is the pizza Nazi. Pizza is pretty good. But the people here are rude. Very rude. Not sure if their not paid well enough or they treat each other pretty bad and they are very flippant here. It's my Daughters time its her birthday so I'll just leave it at that. I pray they learn how to treat their customers soon. Otherwise NO PIZZA FOR YOU! Watch out for Halee('s) Comet! read more

Unfortunately I chose this location for lunch today on my 45 minute lunch break. Three people ahead of me placed their order. I ordered the lunch special a simple personal pizza with soft drink. Unprofessional comments made by cashier as he took my credit card. Unprofessional conversations by kitchen staff as I sat in the dining area waiting for the lunch that would never come. More than 10 people who arrived and ordered well after I did served and eating. Cashier had no idea what happened to my order. Manager came out to take my complaint with food in her mouth. Place is awful. Over 35 minutes and I didn't get food. Not withstanding the deplorable conditions the restaurant is in. Hasn't been update since at least 1985. Stay away from this location! read more

I love round table pizza. I do not like any other places except for the one in upland. I've been to them all and upland by far is the best. But... today was not the day. I had the most rude employees by far. Vanessa was her name and her so called manager Jessica who literally was accusing me of trying to walk out with the Tabasco bottle. I was walking with it to my table to use it before I left. Wow!! No apology. Embarrassed and unsatisfied. A long long time customer there. Oh well. What happened to the other employees that know me by face and name?? I'm done with pizza for awhile. read more
