We called for delivery they said they don't deliver to our area. They are literally about 2 miles away! When we dined in they lost our order didn't make it. Didn't apologize when we asked or when we asked for our money back they did not care to fix their mistake! How do you loose an order! We called for pick up they tell us 15minutes we show up 20 minutes later they say another 10-15 minutes. There is literally no one here it's dead. I rather drive the extra miles and go to another locations I don't know why I insist on giving them another chance. read more

My husband n I have gone to Round Table Pizza for many years now, the food has been great n very clean. This sunday was not the case. As soon as I walked in, to the right of the restaurant was completely filthy. After my husband n I finished ordering we sat where the big tv was at. Before we got our food I went n checked to see if we could sit there but unfortunately it was still filthy. We love round table n the food but after this experience we r so going to another location. read more

Round Table is not bad, it's just not my favorite. It is sort of on the pricy end of the spectrum as far as chain pizza goes. Their sauce has a pretty distinct flavor that can be a little too harsh. this particular location has an all right dining area the couple times I've been there, so it's not all bad. Round Table also offers a lot of salad kind of options so that is nice. If you like Round Table and you are in Upland, by all means come here. read more

Best lunch special in town. Alex the manager is always very welcoming and accommodating. Food is always great!

The only reason I am giving the restaurant 3 stars is because the customer service was so good. I received a call from the restaurant to let me know there was a bit of a delay and that my order might arrive a few minutes later than the time promised online. The lady who delivered my pizza was also courteous. If I were rating based on food, though, I would give 1 or 2 stars. The pizza barely had any toppings. In fact, two pieces didnt have any bell pepper. When I pay these prices for pizza, I expect to get something for my money. read more

Pizza here is always good and the atmosphere. The manager is always in a good mood. I think hes sipping in the back if you know what I mean .place is a little out dated. read more

I ordered my pizza online and asked for delivery. First of all they didn't tack on a delivery fee like some other pizza places. Because there was no delivery fee i was able to give the driver a larger tip. The pizza is not cheap but the ingredients were fresh. My pizza was delivered hot and delicious and just how i asked for it. The salad was amazing full of fresh veggies and all the toppings. My order was correct and on time. The driver was friendly and even thanked me for my detailed instructions on how to get to my apt. Thanks Round table Upland I'm looking forward to my next delivery. read more

Won't deliver to where I'm at, but worth the drive. Not crazy over the top pizza, but consistent and good pricing. I've always had good service and the manager is very respectful and funny. read more

This location is by far the best round table ever! I love this place. The food is always served to perfection and the toppings on the pizza are the right amount. The salad bar is always stocked and looks fresh. I love that they have a self service soda machine and fresh brewed iced tea. I have never experienced rude staff. New staff.... Yes. And some of the new staff is young and can sometimes come off as a little frustrated, but hey we were all young once and had to learn a new job and it is frustrating, and the public can be rude, especially the hungry public. read more

Ordered delivery last night and it was amazing as usual! What made it better was the girl who delivered. I didn't catch her name but she drove a lime green Kia Soul and she was just the sweetest! So nice and made sure I got what I ordered and what I needed! Outstanding service! read more

Every time I come here, the staff is friendly and helpful. The pizza is great every time and salad bar is fresh. Love comin here

This restaurant had the worse customer service that I have seen some of the employees were very rude and not helpful at all and often makes some workers work double shifts without letting them clock in and get paid for it go basically making them work for free. Worse pizza place ever!!!!! read more

BBQ chicken pizza is surprisingly awesome. You must try it, much better than CPK.

This is the best round table pizza. We have been to a few others in the area but this round table has the best service and their pizza is better than the rest of them. We go out of our way to have pizza there. The employees always treat us like kings. It is a great place to have pizza and beer and watch a game or two read more

Here's what I like about this Round Table: 1. I never have to wait. I've called on a busy Friday night to order a personal pizza. They are always honest about how long it will take, and it's always ready when I show up. If they're not busy, though, it's only about 10 minutes, so I can call before I leave work, and the pizza is ready 10 minutes later when I get there. 2. Whichever employee is behind the counter taking orders or cashiering, that person is always cheerful and friendly. Those two factors make this my go-to pizza place in Upland. This is an unsolicited review. I am not friends with nor am I related to any employee of this establishment. read more

This is my favorite pizza place around. Everyone that works here is so nice and the food is always amazing.

Been coming here for many years , always enjoyed the friendly staffing. Alex the manager, and Rebekah, whom I've known the longest and have worked here for many years are amongst this establishments finest employees. Service has always been great, salad bar has always been freshly stocked, and the pizza here is amongst the finest. Great environment, friendly owner, this is one of the best round tables I've ever graced. Awesome hangout, and very family oriented. read more

The food here is really good. If u come at a good time it's not to busy. The last time I came really pissed me off. My husband & I ordered in but changed our minds & wanted it to go. When I came up to get togo cups & a box, this fools kept calling me sir, when I'm clearly a woman. I even told him this & he kept going... read more

If i could give this place a negative review i would. The place smelled like sewage waste. And the service was taking forever.

Truly, GREAT pizza an family friendly dinning. They actually have a round table! Ask them to turn the fire place in the middle of it on! Decent prices for quality pizza and it's always well maintained clean etc. Employees are upbeat an friendly, professional. Whatever management is doing here, their doing it right. So if you're looking for quality pizza this round table is a great choice! read more

This pizza is the best! I've been coming to this location for 10 years now and always satisfied :)

Had our nieces birthday party there. Staff was SO great. Friendly and attentive. The pizza was AWESOME!!!

This place used to be my favorite pizza place for years and the employees were always friendly. The people they have working their now are so rude, horrible customer service. I now drive out of my way to the Claremont location and its worth it because at least i get treated half way decent. read more

Pizza was to spicy It was like Mexican style pizza not Italian style I ordered extra olives it looked like less olives instead of extra. Anyway the pizza didn't taste the way a roundtable should and has tasted. Not much cheese on the pizza didn't taste well. The price was high too. I won't be coming back to this location I feel like I was skimped. You guys need to pull your heads out and treat your customers right or you will go out of business. thanks for nothing read more

This location is the best Round Table ever! I love this place. The food is always served to perfection and the toppings on the pizza are the right amount. Refreshing to know that the owner of this business cares and stands behind his customers... Had a situation, and I was very surprised and pleased that the owner took the time to research my information, called me and resolved the situation.... My family and I have enjoyed their awesome pizza and fresh salads and let's be honest here the best wings in town ( can't make a order without adding the wings to it). It's great knowing that their are still owners out there that take pride in making sure the customers are satisfied ... This is what makes Upland Round Table what it is today, a wonderful place, awesome food, great place to hang out, unique round table fire place, 2 separate TV areas, incase you don't like what's on one you can go to the other area. Thank you to the owner once again, many other business' could profit by your example.... Proudly we remain loyal customers to the round table :) read more

I went to this location for the first time ever trying roundtable pizza. We ordered and got our food noticed they gave us supreme instead of meat lovers. Not wanting to be annoying I checked the receipt and the manager had charged us the supreme and our hot wings. So we were like it's ok we will just pick out the veggies and eat it like that no biggie. So after maybe 20 minutes of eating a worker comes up and notices we got the wrong pizza. The manager then comes to our table and rudely tells us "why we got the wrong pizza that it was our fault and now he has angry customers". It was Not Our problem his team BROUGHT us the wrong pizza and on top of that he rung us up for a supreme and wings ... same order I'm guessing someone else ordered. Never ever going back again manager was a total douche bag! Don't blame us for your staffs mistakes. read more

If there ever was a time I wished I was somewhere else, this was the time! So my boyfriend and I decided to get a pizza instead of a burger. We walk in and I can see a few people already sitting in the booths and kids playing in the game room. We walk up to the menu and instead of having to look at that whole menu we decide to just get a medium pizza, half combination, half pepperoni. So I go up to the girl at the register and she's looking down at the register as I'm smiling at her waiting for her to take my order. She looks up and doesn't say one word, she's just looking at me, So I say "hi!" "We'd like a medium pizza, half combination, half pepperoni, and she says "what's a combination "? It took me a few seconds to actually believe what she just asked me, and i said "what's a combination"? She said "yeah, what's a combination "? I start to laugh, ONLY because I was nervous and I said "are you kidding "? She says "no". I Said "You're working in a pizza place, and you don't know what combination means"? So I literally had to break it down for her and tell her what a combination consisted of. So, she gives us our number and we go sit down at the booth next to the window. EVERY large booth as well as the smaller booths hadn't been cleaned off and still had left over food and trash from the people who were there earlier. So I go up to the register and I ask the same girl to please have someone clean off our table. It took about 10 min before she came. When our pizza came to the table, it was one SAD looking pizza! This so called medium pizza looked more like a small and the slices were cut so THIN it was ridiculous! Not worth $20! Understaffed, untrained, many dirty tables....I will NEVER go to this Round Table again! VERY disappointing! read more
