My absolute favorite pizza spot. I come pretty often, on every visit the staff is attentive and very polite. They are generous with the toppings, and the toppings are always fresh and delicious I especially love their Jalapeños and spicy chicken. Pricing is so great for unlimited toppings!! Also, the dining area and bathrooms are consistently kept clean. I'd like to recognize the staff who were working last night 8:30pm (4/6). They had cleaned the bathroom and the floor was wet so they had it closed for a bit. A customer had a crazy fit about not being able to go in the bathroom (visibly in cleaning maintenance), and the main guy working handled it with such grace and respectfulness. The customer was continuously going off and belittling the main guy. The staff decided to let him go in to wash his hands even though the floor was wet. Horrible! I ordered through Uber eats last night and even with the 2 for1 deal their calzones are a joke. They literally use a whole pizza crust add a pinch of each ingredient (pinch was their word) for a total of 3 tablespoons at the mosr including cheese. It was a complete joke. I came here for mini pizza for my grand daughter today, 4/29/2026. Went to use bathroom and went to wash hands, and there was no soap in the bathroom. It's 2:45p and there was only crumps of foam coming out. So I come out tell the lady that is cleaning up tables and the counters in the back, I really believe she is a manager. I waited, she didnt go put no soap in the bathroom, I ordered my 3yr old grand daughter pizza and went back to bathroom and NO SOAP still, so I tell her Im waiting to wash my hands, she says let her finish cleaning counter. She comes with soap, I told her there is no way the bathroom should be without soap. That is nasty, so is the workers not using soap in the Women's restroom. She says, they did have a new one in there this morning, I told her there is no way, and the soap is gone, the restaurant wasnt even busy. Now I know they dont even check the bathroom on a regular bases to make sure the restroom is clean and have soap, supplies like toilet covers and paper towels. Our family used to enjoy coming here. However the last time we were here they had one of the televisions playing a very loud and gory movie. We asked if they could turn it off, or at least mute it, but the manager said no. We left after ordering about $80 worth of food. We haven't returned. I was glad to hear that Pieology hired consultant Vito Iacopelli to improve their pizza. Unfortunately, the staff hasn't caught on as of yet. Good handnd stretching is always going to yield a better pizza, but they used SO much bench flour that it burned on the undercarriage. The new bake temp was supposed to be 600F, but the oven was set to 540F. The long bake + a ton of bench flour = an Al Jolson undercarriage. The topping combo was tasty, but "Calabrese" implies that it contains Calabrian chili peppers. Jalapeños are not the same. read more

This is our closest Pie so we do continue to come here unfortunately. We continuously ask for more cheese please and they continuously tell us it's an extra charge, it's the manager that implements this. I have gone back and forth with her and she acts like she pays for the cheese out of her own pocket, very stingy. I've never been to a pieology before. I couldn't understand what the big deal was all about. Till I actually came and tried them out. It's just like a chipotle set up, but for pizzas. It's similar to a poke joint or subway but for pizza. In that you can pick your dough, then the sauce, then your toppings. They cook it up in their oven for 5-10 min, and next thing you know, you have a freshly baked pizza. For a personal pizza it wasn't too expensive. It is comparable to maybe a burger combo at eureka. Not overly greasy. The cooked dough is nice and crunchy. The choices and combinations are limitless. It's definitely a fun concept. Quality is much better than a dominoes or a pizza hut. And you get to add as much or as little toppings as you want, for the same price, which is cool. I was asking for cheese packets for the pizza, and the female worker told me they didn't have any, and they only had the cheese in the bottle, so I sprinkled some of the cheese on the pizza. The worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant!!! We stood in line for 52 minutes!!! There were only 7-8 people in front of us but this location kept putting ALL of the online orders ahead of the people standing in line!! This is absolutely insane!! We watched at least 20-30 orders being put ahead of us whilst we stood in line for 52 minutes!! My dad is handicapped and my brother is autistic and it was intolerable what they had to go through!!
