Once you walk in this place, you feel the vibe of excitement and happiness. We had a party of six people. Once we all got there, our waitress came over and took care of us. Very easy to understand. Repeated all of our orders back to us. Everybody at our table was so happy when the food was delivered. The colors that were on the plates the smell was over the top. I really dig Brandon's. What's not to love? Friendly staff, solid food with a wide variety of options and breakfast all day. Oh and the prices are very fair in 2025. As an added bonus, this location has some cool "flair" like signs about tacos. You can also watch sports here on their big screen TV. Decided to stop here and get a bite to eat haven't been here in years. Customer service was amazing. Everybody in there was so super friendly. We were seated pretty quickly. Brandon's Diner, ooh how I missed this place. I used to frequent this place for great breakfast, lunch and dinner as far as about 26 years ago. I found out that Brandon's been opened at this location for 28 years! So glad that it is still here and with great service and quality food I came here for an early lunch and took my teen daughters )who never heard of this place). They really enjoyed their lunch. The cheese enchilada with country potatoes and beans and the burger with onion rings on the side had brought back so many fun memories for me and my daughters really enjoyed it here. We're planning on another day trip soon to visit this place again. read more

I remember at my old job, a colleague of mine would always stop by Brandon's on the way in to work and grab some of us breakfast burritos. They were always so delicious and hit the spot! I had been craving a really good breakfast burrito for a while, so I knew exactly where to go! I ordered for delivery and upon receipt, the bag was heavy because these things are huge and PACKED! I decided to order some chips and salsa as well because I didn't want to risk the salsa being forgotten, because that is what takes the burrito to new heights! I was glad I did because even though I asked for extra salsa, I did not receive it, just the chips/salsa order. I ordered the burrito with bacon and it was perfect. I've been coming here regularly for 2 years it was a nice escape for my husband and I when our older kids were at school which is down the street from here. We are considered regulars here and it was nice knowing you could come here and feel like family Today was not that day. I felt completely disrespected by the guy with the bleached hair and glasses. I asked for YOGURT for my daughter I did not ask for a fruit parfait. Somewhere in between that was misunderstood and he brought us a fruit parfait with fruit and granola I told I didn't know it was coming this way and I'm sorry but my daughter is allergic to granola. He walks over to the window to let them know and makes a comment "i guess they didn't read the menu" When he walked back over I let him know it was rude of him to make such a comment when we come here often and how offensive it was he treated us that way. I love Brandon's but because of this guy I will never ever be going back which is really sad cuz he didn't have to treat us that way for him messing up our order. read more

This one hurts. I almost hate to write this. But Seriously, what happened here guys? A year ago I gave you 5 stars and today we couldn't even finish our food. Normally someone asks how everything was, but not today. Even the cashier didn't ask. Maybe they already know. We ordered the biscuits and gravy which a year ago was very good. Today I would refer to the gravy as salt gravy rather than sausage gravy. The biscuits tasted like a box mix. I can normally eat the biscuits and gravy even when less than desirable, but not today. 3 bites hoping for a better experience each bite and I could not finish them. My wife couldn't finish hers either. My wife had the cinnamon roll revolution. The French toast was quite good, but the cinnamon roll was hard and tasted funky like it was old. The sausage was fine and her eggs were perfect. I had the bacon omelette with the hash browns crisp. This is the first place to get my hash browns actually crisp. Good job there. Came here with my mom and her boyfriend after a doctor's appointment. It wasn't too busy on a Tuesday morning. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. I ordered the taco and cheese enchilada for dine in and I also ordered 4 tacos to go. Their red enchilada sauce is my favorite, very savory and creamy. Their hard tacos are yummy too with tender shredded beef. I just miss the fresh shredded cheese they used to use back in the day. I used to always eat at Rancho Cucamonga Brandon's Diner when I was kid so I'm happy with whatever I order from here. There is a parking lot and we were able to find a handicap spot. The restaurant is clean and has a good amount of seating. I can see it getting busy on weekend morning though. read more

I happen to love the decor of the place. Used to go there when it was Mimi's. The waitress was friendly. I asked her how the fish tacos were. She said popular and good. I decided to try one. When I got it, it seemed to be presentable and good. Problem was I couldn't quite figure out how to eat it. It was two tortillas laid flat with two tiny pieces of battered fish covered in white and purple cabbage. It was piled on pretty thick. It was basically a mess to eat. I ate the fish which was ok but the vegetables were old and stale and tasted badly and were tough to chew. On the good side, the zucchini I ordered was delish! I actually went there for that. My husband ordered meat loaf with gravy. Gravy was gross. ( dark brown kind made from a little package) vegetables were big and hard. The clam chowder was decent. Needless to say, I believe they need to revamp some of their food. I won't go back to that one again. I would go to the one in Rancho. That one's far better and always busy. I can see why. read more

The broth was a little thin but the soup was still good. And a Club Sandwich featuring turkey, ham, and bacon on Sourdough Bread was spot on. I want to give a higher rating because I do enjoy the clean atmosphere and the quick friendly service. But the food is just okay and a bit over priced in my opinion. Hoping to try again in the future for a better flavor experience. I don't mind paying for great quality food but this just isn't it for the pricing. This used to be one of my favorite spots and I hope they can turn it around in the kitchen. Looks much smaller from the outside than it actually is. Very clean, spacious, nice wall decor. Great customer service from start to finish. Vast menu selections not just limited to breakfast during morning hours. Subtle music playing in the background, noise level normal. Food was great, served in a prompt manner shortly after you order and the price was moderate. I will return as I want to try the milkshake and some other food items. Ordered Sunnyside eggs and the whites were runny but I didn't say anything because they were busy and my server was nice but the kitchen staff was not up to par like my server had asked for dry sourdough six times for the table next to me but the kitchen staff couldn't figure it out and didn't get their toast until 15 minutes after they had been served their food. Went to ring up and my gift card didn't work. Called the number on the back and said that the system was down was given another number to call. That system was down as well. Had to pay for a mediocre breakfast when trying a new place. will not come back. read more
