I really dig Brandon's. What's not to love? Friendly staff, solid food with a wide variety of options and breakfast all day. Oh and the prices are very fair in 2025. As an added bonus, this location has some cool "flair" like signs about tacos. You can also watch sports here on their big screen TV. As a resident of west Los Angeles - I wish there was a way for this great diner to expand our our way.

Great service and food. Andie (server) always does a great job. This local spot is a must stop in the Upland area. Good size menu with American and Mexican food!

Decided to stop here and get a bite to eat haven't been here in years. Customer service was amazing. Everybody in there was so super friendly. We were seated pretty quickly. The waitress came and asked us what we would like to drink, and order looked over the menu decided what we wanted to eat. She came back. We placed our order for our Food. She was very friendly, we waited 10 minutes for our Food and everything came out and looked delicious. Waitress checked on us often to see how everything was and if we needed anything. The vibe in the place was great very friendly and relaxed Food was good big portions

Decent little family dinner, specializing in Breakfast. Was in upland for Thanksgiving holiday visiting my siblings so wanted to eat a bit healthy. Ordered the egg, white omelette and fruit side. Nicely done but nothing exception.

    Where's the sauce?

Came here and there was a wait. Must be good right. Wellllllll....what I ordered wasn't. I ordered green chilaquiles and when it came it's just looked like chips. Did they even coat it with sauce? I think the server noticed because she offered me salsa without me asking. However, she brought me red chip salsa. Wasn't going to work for me. Very disappointed. The service was good and speedy.

I remember at my old job, a colleague of mine would always stop by Brandon's on the way in to work and grab some of us breakfast burritos. They were always so delicious and hit the spot! I had been craving a really good breakfast burrito for a while, so I knew exactly where to go! I ordered for delivery and upon receipt, the bag was heavy because these things are huge and PACKED! I decided to order some chips and salsa as well because I didn't want to risk the salsa being forgotten, because that is what takes the burrito to new heights! I was glad I did because even though I asked for extra salsa, I did not receive it, just the chips/salsa order. I ordered the burrito with bacon and it was perfect. I will seriously get at least one other meal out of this thing. Craving officially and happily satisfied!

This one hurts. I almost hate to write this. But Seriously, what happened here guys? A year ago I gave you 5 stars and today we couldn't even finish our food. Normally someone asks how everything was, but not today. Even the cashier didn't ask. Maybe they already know. We ordered the biscuits and gravy which a year ago was very good. Today I would refer to the gravy as salt gravy rather than sausage gravy. The biscuits tasted like a box mix. I can normally eat the biscuits and gravy even when less than desirable, but not today. 3 bites hoping for a better experience each bite and I could not finish them. My wife couldn't finish hers either. My wife had the cinnamon roll revolution. The French toast was quite good, but the cinnamon roll was hard and tasted funky like it was old. The sausage was fine and her eggs were perfect. I had the bacon omelette with the hash browns crisp. This is the first place to get my hash browns actually crisp. Good job there. The omelette was dry, but maybe it was my fault for ordering it without cheese. The coffee and coffee service were phenomenal. The seating is comfortable.

UNFORTUNATELY , the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We were told the wait would be about 45 minutes, but it ended up being over an hour and a half of standing outside in the sun. If the wait is going to be that long, just be honest about it so people can decide whether it's worth staying. After we were finally seated, it still took another 30 minutes after ordering for our food to arrive. We also noticed that after our server initially took our order, they never came back. It seemed like another server took over without anyone letting us know, which made the experience feel disorganized and poorly communicated. I can't eat shellfish, so I asked if the shrimp in the burrito could be substituted with fish. After checking, our server came back and said they couldn't make the substitution. That didn't make much sense since I was able to order fish tacos made with the same fish. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't worth the wait. The fish in the tacos was dry, rubbery, and overcooked, and the portions were much smaller than expected. The food looks great on the plate, but the flavor doesn't match the presentation. Overall, this place was a disappointment. Between the inaccurate wait time, slow service, poor communication, and mediocre food, we won't be coming back. We'll stick with Molly's Souper.
