Jennifer was able to get me in the same day! I was quoted $211 (tax included, out the door) for the new key but the final bill ended up being close to $300. I was disappointed - make sure you ask them while on-site, before they start the work. There was an extra cost for programming the key ($60!) and another $20 for the physical key to get in the door. This is the Reader Digest version of my unpleasant and unacceptable service experience. My vehicle at the end of April 2026 had less than 30k miles and was still under warranty when my transmission had to be rebuilt twice between end of April 2026 and end of July 2026. Transmission is still slipping but I was told by the Fixed Operations Manager that "CF is NOT GOING TO SPEND ANY MORE TIME OR MONEY ON YOUR VEHICLE, TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!" Wow! I retired after 30 years of a very successful sales career and would have been fired if I ever treated a customer like that. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Opened a claim with Ford but crickets, so not getting any help there either. Now I'm stuck with a slipping transmission on a vehicle still under warranty. Thanks a bunch CF for not fixing my vehicle back to an acceptable status and for the lack of customer service.

No games and total honesty are rare in this industry but Basney BMW does both. Never tried to upsell, didn't try to hide any fees, just total transparency. After working out the details remotely, I took a train ride to South Bend and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I have purchased a lot of cars and this was the easiest deal ever. I have to say that even including my train ride and the drive back I can almost guarantee that I still saved time versus the time it would have taken negotiating with the dealers in the Chicagoland area...and the train ride was pleasant to boot. The car is great. The service at headers is not great. My title was sent somewhere to an old…read moreaddress. I had to an extra $150 to have it sent to the new address. And when I called to make sure they had the address on file it wasn't updated they said they would put it in my file and hung up on me. They also said that it could be up to eight weeks and there's no time guarantee on when it could be coming. So then I asked could they give me another tag because it was obviously out of date and they said that's illegal soon now I have an illegal car that I have to drive anyway and not because I didn't pay for insurance not because I didn't do everything right but because even when I went to the DMV in Indiana they had no record of this car title being transferred or even where it came from. So now I'm just sitting waiting hoping and wondering if they sent it yet or if I'm going to have to pay another $150. Worst customer service ever.

I called & spoke to the dealer Justin & he tell me that I can bring it in and he'll diagnose for free but won't do work on it. After further discussion the Owner decided to put a replacement transmission in and I had to pay $600 plus cash to pick up my truck. Fast forward i pay the money to get it back then days later there's another issue I take it back they agree to fix for free it's been 2 weeks no one calls to update me and when I call Justin acts like I don't have a reason to be calling. He eventually told me to pick up a loaner which I did and vehicle was 100% unsafe to drive brakes were to floor. I returned and have heard not a word. This place is definitely a rip off they will get you in something Quick already having the knowledge of the issues. The management team sucks you can't talk to anyone pass Justin which is unprofessiona. The only people that understands how to be professional at Header's is the friendly women at the front desk. I've always made payments on time and often times even early. They're currently holding a truck that is financed to me and I've been paying on it.
