This was a good shop and I have been going there for some things for 30 years, never again. My daughter took her truck in for a torn CV boot and scheduled it a week in advanced. They lied about looking at it on day one, then gave it back "no charge" the next day because they found nothing wrong. The boot is torn in half with grease all over. Last year they did the same thing. I had a cooling issue and they sent me home "no charge" with a new radiator cap, it turns out to be a blown head gasket. read more

So I came in here because previously I got a good deal on tires for my Jeep. Today I came in without my ol man and this guy is charging me 68$ to put to put a Chevy car tire used on. And I'm female and have scrubs too because I have to go back to work, this place is very bias and the owner at the desk a bit of an ass. If the man were here I know he would've charged me much less! So much for giving a fare price, I'd leave if I had more time. read more

They were afraid to change the oil in my car that has a simple magnetic oil pan plug. Refused to even touch it! I shudder to think how they'd handle anything truly complex. They've lost my family as customers plus anyone else I can tell about the unsatisfactory treatment I received. read more

I was on a road trip from Kalamazoo, MI. My truck alerted me to a rapidly deflating tire. I found this was the closest tire place so I headed there. Anthony met me at the door as I was walking in. I told him I had a nail in my tire and asked if I could get it patched and about how long it would take. Anthony stopped what he was doing. Cleared out a spot just inside the full work bays and got to work on my truck. It was patched back on and I was out the door in 45 minutes. Anthony was so polite and helpful I couldn't be more appreciative. Based on this visit I would get tires here if I lived closer. Great customer service. Thanks Anthony. read more

I have been going to D&D Tire in Niles for years. They are very accommodating, customer service is the best. They sell Cooper tires, and fully service those tires for leaks, etc. at no extra charge. Alan has worked there for many years. I called at 4 pm on a Friday, of a holiday weekend to ask if they would have time to fix a tire that had a leak, he said bring it over we have time to fix it. read more

I have been doing business with D & D on and off for many years. I have mainly used them for new tires but also from time to time for tire repairs as well. Last week I purchased four new trailer tires for my 16' tool trailer that I had just had the axles replaced on. D & D was able to get the tires put on the same day that I called them. I dropped the trailer off and they removed the old tires and installed the new ones in a couple of hours. It was ten minutes before closing time when I was leaving D & D and one of the shop guys noticed that my spring shackles were not in the correct orientation where they connected to the frame of the trailer and immediately took steps to correct it. I told him that I had just had the axles changed and that it may have not been anything D & D did so I didn't want him to spend his time correcting something that someone else had perhaps done. He assured me that it was no big deal and wouldnt take him long to get it corrected. He was able to get it corrected within ten minutes and I was on my way. Now that is what I call service and great service at that. Thanks again guys!!! I will be back and will advertise for you as well. read more

My first real job I had in my life was working here on Sat working at 15yrs. 2001. with my Father and MY Grand Father ran the front office probably training Allen. I remember when Dick Hill wanted workers to change a set of 4 in 35 mins. Me $6 an hour one day a week. Chevy Silverado pulls in and I saw DICK talk to the customer and it was just me and they walked off . I was like I'm going to do this in 35 mins. BOOM BOOM BOOM. Dick comes out his office the man puuls out and I screamed at DICK 35 minutes I just did that in 35 miniutes. He did not do anything but shake his head turn around and walk back in the office. And my first cars came from the Top Mechanic Mr. Patterson. Ford Bronco II for 300. you cant buy a set of 4 tires for 300. LOL read more
