Went in because I had a leaking tire. They found the problem. The replaced the tire. My husband thought we needed one more tire and they let him know there was plenty of life left on those other 3 tires we had!!! We have had nothing but great service from this repair shop!!!! They balanced the tires and rotated them on my other vehicle for a good price. They also did some Transmission work on my son's truck. This service department rocks!!! took my car in today to get my ac looked at and why it didn't work was told that my compressor and wiring needed to be replaced and they charged me for an ac recharge that I didn't even need and they also never asked me if I wanted the ac recharge to begin with 140 dollars down the drain thanks Very disappointed and will never come back read more

My 14 y/o Honda had three leaking tires and the TPMS light on (low batteries). Took the car to the local tire shop who said the leaks were due to corrosion on the rims. They'd be happy to sell me new rims for $350 ea or $1400. They didn't do TPMS sensors. I took it to the dealership they said I should buy 4 new rims for $650 each and they'd be happy to put new TPMS sensors In for $200ea. Total cost $3400. Though they did have a guy who'd polish the rims for $150 ea. plus TPMS for a total of $1400. I saw on an add for Zoleman that they repaired rims. I called and they could get me in the next day. They cleaned up the rims for $20 ea. and replaced the TPMS sensors for $46 ea. The total bill for all 4 wheels $274.04. It was worth the 30 minute drive and the service took 2 hours. I have had brake jobs done here, ball joints replaced, tires installed and normal oil change services done and I've never had any problems whatsoever I have worked with several different service advisors and they are all professional and I have never paid more than what the quote was. My wife and I went to Zolman tire to have them check our tires. "They're very bad," they said, "you have only 3% tread left according to the wear line." We declined to buy a new set a tires and instead asked our trusted service garage (Dowagiac Auto Service) what they thought. "Your tires have choppy, uneven wear because your struts are going bad. Maybe one or two spots on each tire are down to 3%, but your tires are just fine; they have a least a couple years of life left." The second time my wife and I went to Zolman, we were there to have them put on our winter tires, which they did fine for a fair price. But they also wanted to sell us new rear brakes because they were "very bad." Again we went to the trusted service center and asked them their opinion. "Your back brakes aren't even grinding yet! Check them in 6 months to a year, but for now they're just fine--especially because your front brakes are so good (your front brakes are more important)." If you go to Zolman, get just what you need. DON'T let them sell you any additional products or services! read more

My boyfriend brought his truck in once to get his truck aligned and the steering was off as well as aligned incorrectly, we took it back for them to re do it and it was fine afterwards until we discovered on the highway that they didn't tighten the tire rod bolt enough and it came off while driving. I would not recommend ever going here, I've heard multiple stories where they almost killed other people from incomplete or incorrect work and could have killed us. Never again. read more

I have had great experiences here. Just tire work for me--I have a BMW that has performance tires that need to be rotated off in the winter, and Zolman stores my other set and then rotates them back on for me. The service has always been great--punctual, competent and reasonably priced. Also, even though I only stop in a couple times a year, it feels like they know me. They recognize me and are always super nice. The other day I had an incident with my car on the highway and I thought I would need to get my car towed to the store. I called them late on a Friday and they could not have been more accommodating. I was in a bit of a panic parked on the side of the highway with a real problem and it helped to be able to chat with them and feel like it was going to be resolved. Really good place. read more

Booked online - when arrived was informed that that info was not sent to store- basically was waste of time. Arrived in time for "booked" appointment a had to wait over half hour to get in. Desk attendant was rude, and denigrating as he couldn't find info on prior service and blamed person who was getting vehicle serviced. Clearly not place I will return to for future needs. read more
