Ordered a birthday cake from here and was provided with amazing service from Michael. The cake: vanilla with buttercream icing with a strawberry filling. It's two layers but feel three layers would've been better to thoroughly enjoy all of that wonderful icing!! I'll definitely return here as everyone enjoyed the cake!

    Picture doesn't do it justice!!

With short notice (and communicating with me from China), you designed an amazing Michigan cake for me - not just the exterior design, but very custom two layers to allow me to give someone very to me their two favorite cakes. Thank you! Above and beyond!

Amazing cake for a Dr Pepper lover!!

Wow, I wish I could add more stars. I provided Daisy Cakes with a photograph of a cake for our assistant news director's birthday at Fox 4 News in downtown Dallas. THEY NAILED IT and impressed the entire newsroom! Everyone took pictures. The delivery process was perfect! Thank you Daisy Cakes! You'll be hearing from us again and again!

We stopped for the first time here and wow, we were throughly impressed! Co-business owner, Mike, was so very friendly and passionate about his bakes. They look as yummy as they taste. We are excited to stop by again soon and try many more of their delicious bakes

What a great experience, on my first time visiting the bakery! The owners were so friendly and warm. They are very proud of the product they are putting out and the enthusiasm is contagious. The cupcakes are moist and rich in flavor. I like that there are different kinds of icing: fudgy, whipped cream, cream cheese, etc (some bakeries use the same type for all). I will definitely go back and recommend that you try it too!

My husband surprised me with a cake from here for my 29th birthday. It was delicious on the inside, and it was even prettier on the outside. They did a fantastic job. My only "complaint" is that I wish there had been 3 layers of cake to have more opportunity for icing in the middle vs. the 2 layers they give you for this size cake. But nothing to write a bad review over. Hope to order from them again!

I'm in the area looking to pick up something sweet. I noticed the bakery and thought I'd check it out, boy I'm so glad I did. When I entered I saw a lady sitting in the back. She smiled but didn't move. Immediately a man walked out with a smile and asked how he could help me. I responded I wanted something sweet and would look at the cupcakes! He asked if I had kids and if it was my first visit. I responded, yes to his questions. He reached behind counter pulled out a to go container and walked out front to look at cupcakes with me. From there he proceeded to give me one of every cupcake they had. When I looked surprised he said, no worries it's on the house! He explained that he got his love from baking from his mother and his sister did the designs. I looked around and beyond wedding cakes it looks like they can replicate any design. I love that it's family owned and friendly. I also love the strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, Italian cream cheese cupcakes. You can't go wrong with this Family ran bakery! Thanks for the sweet treats, making me feel like a friend and just making my day! I will return and tell others!

Locally owned, family ran...can't get much sweeter than that! My cake order at another establishment fell through so I was desperate and only had a week or so to find a reputable bakery! THANK YOU, Yelp!!! Y'all introduced me to Daisy Cakes. I sincerely ask for patience here y'all. It took a couple of days for email correspondence but all in all, they DID RESPOND. It's a sister and brother team who occasionally get help from a friend to fill orders. Being a business owner myself, I get it, I know many challenges and obstacles are faced daily!! The cake exceeded my expectations and was ready for pickup when they said it would be! They use REAL STRAWBERRIES for their strawberry cake and boy oh boy you can tell! They honored my request of "no fondant" but just by looking at it, you couldn't tell the difference. Daisy cakes got that good-good, and there's no doubt that I'm wanting more. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES YALL!!

Our cake turned out great! Tasted great and looked beautiful. Super easy to work with and great communication despite losing power the week of my order :) would definitely order again!

Nothing but positives from me about this bakery. Phone the moment they answered the phone, to the time I picked up the cake - experience was fantastic. I had a same day request and they fulfilled with no push back whatsoever. The cake was probably the best tasting cake I've had in a long time!

This place is super cute. I was in the area and had just finished lunch and wanted something sweet. Through the yelp pictures I saw they had a variety of items that I'd probably enjoy so I stopped by after I ate. Due to COVID they don't allow you to come in and the sign requests for you to call the number to place an order. Before I could get out my phone the nicest gentleman came out and asked if I needed any assistance; I did, because I wanted everything (ya'll know me) and asked for recommendations. I was provided with a few and opted for a slice of strawberry cake and a chocolate chip red velvet cupcake. When I received my order, I had a little surprise (an extra cupcake) since I was a new customer. I ate the strawberry cake as soon as I got home and it was delicious. The buttercream icing was not overly sweet and the cake had real strawberries in it. Now, I personally don't like strawberries (ya'll know I'm weird), but there weren't too many and they didn't slow me down a bit. The next day I ate both cupcakes and they were just as good--red velvet being my fave as of right now. I appreciate how moist all items were and I'd definitely return when in the area. My sweet tooth was satisfied BOTH days---yay, to that!

Tried Daisy Cakes for the first time, getting cupcakes for my husband's birthday. Got a variety of flavors. Peanut butter chocolate is to die for! Strawberry also a favorite. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and their cakes are delicious! Not too sweet. A light and fluffy frosting I could eat by the spoonful. Will definitely be back!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and book with them. I literally found this place by Google and Yelp. Someone had reviewed they highly recommended the place and it's the best in Dallas. I was looking for a great bakery that makes not only tasty cakes but cakes with creative flair. THIS IS IT! I emailed them and received a very detailed automatic response back immediately which informed of when I could expect a response, booking details, how far out they were booked, etc. I highly suggest booking in advance. I booked about 6 weeks in advance. Faith was awesome, and she was very accommodating to my request to communicate via email (since I work nightshift) up until payment due/finalization of all the plans we discussed over emails. I truly appreciated this. Also, she effortlessly created a rough sketch which included combining the two cakes I wanted: ombre rosettes and a flower wall with gold scrollwork. When she told me custom, she meant custom. I was having too much fun. The cake came out better than I expected, and my Mom and the guests who attended her surprise birthday party LOVED it. I had purchased two different cakes (one from Daisy Cakes and another from an individual baker), Daisy Cakes was the crowd pleaser! Do not hesitate to book with them. I'm already brainstorming when next I'll need a cake so I can book with them. I appreciated their customer service. They made me feel like a valued customer from the initial email response to picking up my cake, to packaging and the lady behind the register offered to carry my cake to the car for me. THANK YOU Daisy Cakes!

Not two, not three, not an entire cake, but just one single slice. They have an amazing array of cakes that they sell by the slice or you can buy the entire cake. They are packaged in very sturdy plastic wear, and then tamper sealed -just saw the Uber driver doesn't get tempted and wanna taste. Their cakes are moist and fresh and the slices are perfectly dense but moist and have a nice texture to them. It's like you know you're eating a really good piece of cake not something full of air that's commercially prepared. They have delivery through Uber and through DoorDash and it is pretty quick too. I understand their location is great and I have to go there in person, but for now when I get overcome with a desire for one single piece of cake this is the way to go so you may say, will you Marie why can't you make a cake cut it up into servings and put it in the freezer well, it's not the same as having a fresh piece of cake and then you have all that other cake in the freezer as temptation this limited dramatically when you're paying for a slice of cake and delivery, you're really gonna limit what you're getting and this is a great way to stay on track. You have a little suite every now and then and then you get back on track, but this helps you not veer off too badly. I never feel guilty after having a slice of cake from these folks because I know it is high-quality and I totally saved and enjoyed every bite. You have to try it.

The blueberry scone was fresh and although I only pinched a small bite from it, I could tell it was moister and more flavorful than most, well done! I wanted to try the Chocolate Kouign Amann, since I had no idea what it was, lol. It was packed with chocolate, but it wasn't fresh, the wonderful flaky pastry was rock hard.
