The Hennessy Cupcakes even come with a small container of Hennessy at the top of the cupcake. The owner even brought this cutesy display to serve the cupcakes. My friends and I threw our friend a virtual baby shower. Did a search and decided to go with the Cup Cake Experience and very glad I went with them. Cupcakes arrived on time and I was totally impressed with the presentation. You could smell the freshness once taking them out the box. They look go good you don't want to devour them but we did. I ordered the pineapple and chocolate cupcakes and was totally satisfied. I was in need of a treat to be delivered to my bff's hands for her birthday. And bcs I am in California, I couldn't just risk a whatever gift. Thanks to tiktok videos and YELP, I found TCE. I was super impressed with the designs of the cupcakes. I decided on a 1/2 dozen with people, pink and green. Ordering online was easy and when I called the baker with a request/question for an extra cake flavor, she was also accommodating. The only thing that I messed up on was not including my name :( (on the as to who it was from) when it was delivered, I got a tracking message notification. So a couple hours later I texted her if she had received a delivery she immediately called me and thanked me! I asked for pics. When she sent the pics she said: Gorgeous!!! Oh my goodness so delicious, even the frosting! I'm picky about the frosting but this one was not to oily, not too heavy. read more

I bought a half dozen for myself as a birthday present. The cupcakes I received were beautiful and absolutely delicious. I got the spice cake which is not that easy to find anymore. I will def order from her again! She is professional, timely, courteous and good at what she does! She is very reasonable with her prices compared to most! This is probably my favorite cupcake place in Dallas. I haven't tried them all but, after ordering from her twice...I don't need to. Her cupcakes are moist and cute. I've had two different versions of her cupcakes: 1. Infused cupcakes - These are amazing. I ordered just a basic cupcake with the alcohol in them and they did not disappoint. I ate 4 of them (the event was canceled so I had to eat them all ‍). My tolerance is high so I wasn't necessarily influenced by the alcohol but I'm sure someone else would be. 2. Decorative cupcakes- After browsing her Instagram page, I ran across an AKA inspired post for cupcakes. I didn't care how she designed it. She did a great job with these! I loved them and they were good. Most times cute cupcakes aren't good but hers are delicious! read more

I had the pleasure of trying the lemon, vanilla, and strawberry cupcakes. The cupcakes were perfect! It's hard to find cupcakes that are consistently good with a multi flavor order. These cupcake flavors were all equally delicious. From the moistness of the cake, the icing, and flavor, everything was so good! Ginger is super professional and had my order ready on time. I found Ginger on Instagram and order a drip cake for my bday on Saturday. The cake was beautiful and taste delicious,but by the end of the night the cake had topple over. I was a little disappointed that my cake didn't last the night. Overall, it was good cake but the downsized it didn't have any dowels to support the two layer cake. read more

The coffee is a nice addition but, the main attraction is the bakery! The bakery is in the Bishop Arts area so, you can find some free parking depending on when you visit. On the weekends, the line will move fast so, don't be afraid to wait.

Our server was prompt, attentive, and very charming. She asked us questions about ourselves and also gave great recommendations throughout the night. The drinks were good! However, the Passionate Kiss started to taste very chemical forward the longer it sat (I'm a slow drinker) so I only finished half of it. Not sure if it was because of the print on the foam originally or what, but it wasn't pleasant. I got the scallops and loved them, especially since I was able to try their orzo with it that normally comes with the salmon instead. The scallops were tender and the flavor was rich and well balanced with the rest of the plate. My boyfriend loved his chops and devoured everything. He also got the Potatoes Au Gratin and couldn't get enough. They were very rich and had great flavor. I had previously seen reviews from others saying the potatoes and other dishes were bland but that was not our experience. The rolls were one of the best parts. I wish I could whip butter like that at home. Towards the end they brought us a couple of glasses of Prosecco to cheers with, and a complimentary dessert (the Samoa sundae). We also ordered the Chocolate Decadence which was incredibly good. The goal is to come back next year, and plenty of times before that as well. Thanks to the Evelyn team for such a great dinner!
