I walked into the Lake Highlands Crumbl location around 9:40 PM for my very first time. Even though it was right before closing, I was greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome, not that "ready to close" vibe you usually get at places. Since it was my first time, I had a lot of questions. Vallory was incredibly kind and patient, and I got great feedback from Jose, Aiden, and Jackie too. You could tell Vallory, Aiden, Jose, and Jackie had worked a long, hard day, but their customer service was still amazing. Plus, the shop was completely spotless! I loved the Twix cookie and will definitely be back to try another flavor. Crumbl Cookie is very lucky to have Vallory, Jose, Aiden, and Jackie on their team. Kudos to the team! read more

I had two friends send me Crumbl Cookies for my birthday, and both times the cookies arrived fresh and still warm... which was impressive. They were also packaged beautifully and seemed decently secure. One quick note: both orders included a cookie cutter, but neither delivery actually had it. I can't believe I haven't done a review for them, considering they get all of my dollars! Love this place. I tried the s'mores and cake batter cookies today - the cake batter cookie is life changing. For real. Probably my favorite cookie from there, ever. The s'mores cookie was okay. Others I constantly crave are the Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet Cream cheese, Cookies & Cream Milkshake, and Biscoff Lava. Go get you some! Grabbed some delicious cookies over the holiday break from Crumbl. Flavors we purchased were mint chocolate, double trouble, raspberry cheesecake, and plain chocolate chip. They rotate the toppings consistently so be on the lookout. I was reallllly craving oatmeal chocolate chip and it wasn't on the menu that week so that was a bummer but now I know to call ahead next time. Overall awesome soft cookies. The raspberry cheesecake was a bit too sweet for me, but I loved the double trouble. Would love to try more. read more

Enormous, delicious cookies! We came in for cookies and ice cream. We got 3 cookies and vanilla ice cream. They have two cookie flavors all the time (chocolate chip and sugar) but they also have rotating flavors. The chocolate chip is yummy! I like TONs of chips in my cookies and this one didn't have as many as I was hoping, but it was still good. We also had the salted caramel which is with a graham cracker cookie. It had cream cheese frosting and caramel - so good! They only had one flavor of ice cream. I would have liked more options but it was yummy. This location is normally staffed by high school age kids, as is most of the crumbl cookies I've been to, which can work for or against the experience crumbl seems to be shooting for. Out of all the visits I've made to different crumbls around the metro plex this locations staff seems to be less enthusiastic than the others. The store is always clean and they almost always keep up with the line perfectly. I haven't experienced any problems with the quality of the cookies either! Ordered a party pack of 12 cookies for $60 and this is how they were delivered (one giant pile of crumbled to pieces cookies). I understand that the delivery is outsourced to DoorDash but I would not order these for delivery again knowing this is how they arrive. The large cookie option is enough for 3ppl. Chilled sugar-Too sweet. It has a potent flavor that I can't put my finger on. Chocolate Cake cookie- Similar to the sugar cookie but with Betty Crocker icing. I was shocked that the icing wasn't homemade. I would however recommend the Oreo. Very sweet!
