The cookies have "crumble" like texture that I wasn't expecting. The cookies are very thick and airy. The taste is just okay and nothin extraordinary in my opinion. I just went inside to order a cookie and had the WORST experience. This is my first time ordering Crumbl cookies and when I came inside there was a two girls working. I wasn't even greeted and the girl attending me (a short white girl I didn't see her name) kept throwing me the screen on my side and threw me my change once I paid. I was baffled by the treatment I was receiving and believed it was racially intended because two older white ladies came in and she greeted them so eagerly. The cookies are huge but has to be for $5 for just a cookie! Flavors are interesting and yummy, tried salted caramel, lemon cheesecake and brownie chocolate. The salted caramel was the favorite. Yummy super sweet cookies! My experience with cookie chains is Insomnia and this is a step up from that- large thick cookies with interesting rotational flavors. My favorite was the sugar cookie with pink almond-y frosting- something every sugar cookie should have. The long cookie box is cute but not practical and the cookies were huge- wish I had the option to purchase the catering size ones. Definitely difficult to eat in one sitting. Cashier was nice and did have to wait a bit to get the cookies but I would eat them again. read more

These are probably some of the best cookies I have ever had! I ordered online for curbside pickup. The service was fairly quick. The cookies were warm. I was disappointed when I got home that they were cold, this is to no fault of Crumbl but a note that I live about 40 minutes away. Having had cookies from the Mesquite location that were great, I decided to send some as a birthday gift. This was from the Addison location, because the person lived 6 min away from their store. This order was a surprise delivery. The store uses DoorDash. The first driver started sending odd texts to me as I watched the delivery taking place on the follow along map. They were asking what department, which I figured they meant apartment, so I gave them all the info & they just drove off, wouldn't respond to any texts. So I called the store & they said they would remake the order. Very nice person. The second driver started texting me in Spanish, which I don't speak. He called me & we totally couldn't communicate. I had to blow the surprise & call them & have them go out & find the driver. I wanted a happy surprise & got a DoorDash nightmare. read more
