I just went inside to order a cookie and had the WORST experience. This is my first time ordering Crumbl cookies and when I came inside there was a two girls working. I wasn't even greeted and the girl attending me (a short white girl I didn't see her name) kept throwing me the screen on my side and threw me my change once I paid. I was baffled by the treatment I was receiving and believed it was racially intended because two older white ladies came in and she greeted them so eagerly. Crumbl is always busy! The staff is nice but if you go on a super packed day you might be left there waiting for a bit. We got a pack of 4 cookies and they all turned out pretty good. Yummy super sweet cookies! My experience with cookie chains is Insomnia and this is a step up from that- large thick cookies with interesting rotational flavors. My favorite was the sugar cookie with pink almond-y frosting- something every sugar cookie should have. The long cookie box is cute but not practical and the cookies were huge- wish I had the option to purchase the catering size ones. Definitely difficult to eat in one sitting. Cashier was nice and did have to wait a bit to get the cookies but I would eat them again. read more
