We chose a lemon raspberry marble cake with raspberry mousse filling. It was lavishly decorated with flowers in her favorite color because she loves flowers. They use real fruit, not phony tasting extracts. They also made it special by putting all the names that her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren call her around the cake. I was able to drive from north Dallas back to work 30 mins out and my cakes were still cool to enjoy. The sample cakes she had were 6 pieces along with a card on each flavor. They are definitely on top of this Covid thing. Normally you would be able to come in and try out cakes but they made it possible to enjoy and sample in the comfort of you home. In my case, comfort of my car. Me and my future husband definitely enjoyed them and the taste has us super excited. For example, my friend and I ordered the same size, but she was served by someone else and her sandwich was longer. Also, I wish there was a more transparent sign for where we could heat up our food. My bread was a little stale, and when I asked if/where I could heat it up, they just pointed me towards a general direction. There's outdoor seating that's nicely lit. I would still come back for another sandwich because it was delicious and I would want to try some of their other items but perhaps at a different location (it seems from other reviews that people have had better experiences elsewhere).

At one point, cleaning spray from an adjacent table accidentally landed on my arm while a table was being sanitized, and no acknowledgment or apology was offered. Aside from that incident, everything else was excellent. The food, atmosphere, and hospitality made for an enjoyable experience. We look forward to returning for dinner and enjoying the live piano music next time.
