The cake was for a birthday and so at the last minute we had to run to the store for a cake. She stated that she would refund my credit card. After numerous excuses she kept saying 5-7 business days. I never received the credit and after 1 month I finally disputed the charge with my cc company. I called and gave one last chance to bring me the money and no response at all. Horrible customer service. Needless to say I will never use Daisy Cakes again.
