With the 14 hour time difference I was able to reach her at 10pm, her time, and she never made me feel bad about the late hour. The payment process was professional and user friendly and she delivered the cake exactly as promised. My daughter was thrilled with the aesthetic of the cake and also the scrumptiousness as well. From the very first contact and even beyond the last crumb, my experience with Dallas Cakery was top notch! I submitted an inquiry online for a custom cake to be created for a staff retirement. My team is located in California and this event was hosted in Irving, TX so I was nervous coordinating it from afar but Aanchal put whipped cream and sprinkles on those nerves from our first phone call! She responded the same day, took care to explain all of the tasty options and advise me on design questions. Payment was easy via cash or an app if you need an option and price more than fair for the amount of love went into this treat. Her personal delivery was prompt! Sometimes there's a piece or two left for the waitstaff, but not in this case- I heard it tasted as good as it looks! Providing a visual example of a similar cake she recently did gave me a vision but the finished product far exceeded my expectations, she even took a slow-mo-spinning video (wish I could share) since I wasn't onsite to enjoy it myself. I had ordered a cake for my wife and was hoping to get it in the nick of time before her bday. The owner not only made some adjustments to her schedule to accommodate the surprise but also gave some tips to design and take it to the next level at such an affordable pricing. I was asked to order a cake for my granddaughter's 4th birthday party. The bakery I was asked to use was no longer there so I went to the internet. I looked at several places and decided to try Dallas Cakery. I called Anachal and we had a very nice talk about what I needed. Then all I did was text her a picture of the cake, picked the flavor and icing details and she let me know what she could do. I picked it up today and it was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. We gave her so many requirements for the cake decoration and all she told us is "Its possible" that one word is something every customer would love to listen. Aanhaal was amazing to work with! I wanted to have cupcakes delivered to my son at college at SMU for his birthday and she was on it. She made a special batch of cupcakes - which according to my son and his roommates were amazing! She arranged with my son for the delivery, sent me pictures of the cupcakes and made this very easy and special for us! I was in California and I felt like I was able to do something special for my son with the help of Aanchal. Just because of the yelp reviews I ordered housewarming cookies from anchal hoping they taste good.So I called her and talked about the design and price.She gave me some choices and I told her how I wanted. She did an awesome job they turned out so perfect how I wanted them to be . My husbands birthday was on Halloween and it was his big 30th, so I had this crazy idea that I wanted to have his cake delivered by a clown and so I called Dallas cakery and pitched this idea. And it couldn't of been more perfect!!! It was last minute but she was up for the challenge!! I ordered a carrot cake with buttercream frosting for my husband's birthday. I emailed them and they responded promptly. I requested this cake last minute and they were more than happy to make the cake for me!! The cake was really good! Not dry which I'm very happy about (I always get cursed with a dry cake) buttercream frosting wasn't too sweet! My husband enjoyed the cake and our kids loved it as well!
