Cute Japanese store. Daiso is a "large franchise of 100 yen shops from Japan." It has a wide array of unique and affordable products. Walking in, the store feels like being transported to another place. It's an adventure to see what they have in there. Worth checking out

The service is good, you can always find help when you have questions! The products are worth purchasing, so they are cheat ima replace soon items! Over all quality items on the shelves

Daiso Japan Everything from $1.50. Selected a few items and everything is fairly inexpensive, before you know it you have just purchased over $100 worth of stuff you really don't need. Good asian snacks there and gadgets you just can't do without. haha

Though I am a bigger fan of Daiso Korea, I must admit that Daiso Japan has its fair share of great discounted goods and knick-knacks. I was actually so shocked to see that there was a Daiso in Dallas, as I thought they only had locations in Los Angeles. Anywho... I was able to find this AMAZING massage stick for only $1.75, and it is better than the electric massage machines that they sell for $50+... It really feels like a deep tissue massage and it was such a great find. I took it back home with me to ATL and it was a HOT response, that I had to buy them in bulks and gift them. This Daiso is one of the bigger ones in the DFW area, but if you're dining at that plaza, you're almost guaranteed a wait... so you might as well kill some time here or Miniso. And it's probably because they're a discount store, but they don't take Apple Pay or AMEX -- so come prepared for that!

Fun little store where (nearly) everything costs $1.50 or $3. Got some whimsical little gifts for a white elephant party coming up.

They have everything you need for Korean anything. Love all the options of Korean side dishes you can buy. There are also lots of little restaurants inside it. In the strips there are a few gift shops where you can buy accessories, kpop stuff like CDs and posters, anime stuff, beauty stuff. They also have a Missha store for Missha kbeauty items. Overall lots of good shops to visit, we would recommend it.

I was stunned and in love since I first discovered this plaza, a few years ago - and honestly it's one of the most amazing plazas anywhere in the country. It reminds me of Dun Huang in Houston and it's just so busy from one end to the other. So much traffic, nowhere near enough parking spots, and what seems like about a hundred different popular ethnic businesses of the East Asian variety. Absolutely amazing Plaza with so many things in it that I can't even get started. And there are lots of different sections to it. Explore it and you will be in Paradise. Easily the best Plaza in Carrollton and arguably the best in DFW. Some of the Boba highlights are the Sharetea here, which is great - get Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea, and Whole Lemon Black Tea. Give Cocohodo a try, which has really great Custard Fish (not actual fish). The Walnut pastries are overrated. Sweet Lab is great, and has puffle egg waffles too. The BF Bakery inside 99 Ranch has great Egg Custard Tarts too. For food, Dumpling inside H-Mart has the best Dumplings I've ever had, anywhere, or thereabouts.

Worst customer service - TJ Maxx Irving…read more This is the SECOND time I've had a horrible experience at the TJ Maxx location in Irving, and I'm done shopping here. The employees treat customers like we work for them. Zero respect, zero professionalism. The first incident: I was with a family member in the fitting room. I handed the employee clothes that were already on hangers (just not facing the "right" direction). Instead of simply taking them, the employee spoke to me rudely, switched to Spanish, and lectured me in a disrespectful tone, saying "next time hang them the right way." Completely unnecessary and extremely rude. Today it happened again. I am pregnant, tired, and shopping for maternity clothes. A pair of pants that was already hanging incorrectly fell to the floor when I barely touched it. I immediately picked it up and handed it to the employee. Her response? She told me to hang it myself, with an attitude, disgusting looks, and continued talking in Spanish in a mocking, disrespectful way -- as if she was insulting me. What makes this worse is that I was planning to buy items from the store, but because of the way I was treated, I left the items and changed my mind completely. No store deserves my money after that kind of behavior. I am a customer, not an employee. I should not be spoken to like this, especially while pregnant. Speaking another language to mock or insult customers is unacceptable and unprofessional. This store clearly has a serious problem with staff attitude and training. I felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and humiliated. This was my last visit to this location. I do NOT recommend the TJ Maxx Irving store to anyone.

Having to wait 1+ hr in line is absurd, and not all check outs were open. Teso Life is the best place to find a great variety of cute collectibles, beauty products, snacks and more! This is a review long overdue; I've been to Teso many times before, with my first few times way back when it first opened and they had photos of the store thiefs printed and posted on their front door (it always gave me a chuckle, but I think for legality purposes they had to take those photos down RIP). Ironically it was because of those photos that caught my interest to check out Teso, because it was reminiscent of the kind of public shaming behavior I'd see within Asian communities haha. I enjoy treating myself in Teso when I can; they have a huge selection of Chinese Lays, Japanese gummies, childhood favorites like Calbee and Meiji. Huge selection of drinks too, and endless rows of beauty products ranging from hair styling, coloring, mascara, facial masks, etc all packaged in a very aesthetic layout, and you'd know anything you get is going to be good. I've gotten good quality home sandals here too, and enjoy the soft serve ice cream options in their refrigerated areas.

Even though the store was very crowded and busy, it stayed incredibly well-organized. You can tell the staff works hard to keep the shelves stocked and neat. The entire place was spotless and very clean, which made browsing all the unique Japanese products a great experience. The checkout process was smooth. My cashier, Enya, was very friendly and professional. She was a bit on the quiet side, but super efficient and kind while handling my items. If you love Japanese snacks, high-quality beauty products, or just want to explore a cool new shop, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back to see what else they get in stock!

Out for dinner - We grabbed our check, settled up, and jumped in the car. We arrived at Famous Footwear at 8:52 PM. They had no customers when I entered the door, asking if I was "too late to shop quickly?". The young man and young lady that were working were clearly setting all things right and tidy to close. They could have (understandably) said "yes ma'am...We're about to close." But, they said "Welcome in. You can shop. We're open." I thanked them and promised to hurry. They reassured me that I was welcome to shop until I found what I needed. I didn't finish until 9:15. The two were quick to answer questions and super polite.
