My…read moreissue is with a fitting room policy that makes absolutely no sense from a customer's perspective. I walked into the fitting room area with three shirts. The employee counted them which is completely reasonable. Then I was told I could not enter because they were not on hangers. I explained that I picked them up from the sales floor without hangers and asked for three hangers. They gave them to me but then told me I still had to place every shirt back onto the rack outside the fitting room before I could go in. So I had to hang the shirts on the rack outside the dressing room just so I could walk inside and immediately remove them again. There was no purpose to it other than creating extra work and slowing the process down. As I was leaving I watched another customer get stopped because she had not rehung her clothing before exiting. Customers are now expected to do work that fitting room attendants have always handled. Retail stores are competing with online shopping where convenience is everything. Policies like this make the in store experience slower more frustrating and less enjoyable. I hope someone at the corporate level reevaluates whether this policy is actually helping anyone because from a customer's perspective it only creates unnecessary inconvenience.

I didn't get any return labels (yes, of course I checked my junk emails). This seems pretty incompetent considering the original order, and subsequent follow up emails were sent to the proper email address, clearly they have it. Yes, when Marshalls sent out a follow up on my shopping experience, I send a detailed email explains their mix up and the problem. I Amat a total loss and pretty disgusted with the entire process.

Kinokuniya is a great, authentic spot for those who love all things Japanese. If you like to collect manga and want to see a huge variety of selections, this is the place. I really like that they also have a selection of manga in Japanese! The art book aisle is awesome. It's hard to find art books in other bookstores, and even places like Barnes and Noble won't have a selection as varied as Kinokuniya. Despite the endless aisles of manga, I've surprisingly noticed that they're missing a few decently known manga. Unless I keep missing it, I've never seen The Case Study of Vanitas in their aisle, but they have the author's other work, Pandora Hearts, in there, for example. I would also say Kinokuniya is limited with their selection of anime goodies. I like that they're all very much authentic and different from your typical anime store selling pop figures and easy to find Bandai/Banpresto stuff, but their blind box selections are also becoming easy to find in other places because it's all the mainstream shows. Overall, if you're looking to expand your collection, this is the place to go.

I don't have a clue in the world about babies or small children so I'm buying all random sizes and as much as it would have been nice for our children to be close in age and me ask to use these fits in the future, that's never happening!!! Love Carter's always have! The quality still seems ok for little toss on items. If there's some new really cute baby gear store that I have no idea about, I'd love you to drop them in my dm's because while this is not my first rodeo I haven't been in this arena in 2.5 decades. Great store, selection and prices. I've gotta pump the brakes on his wardrobe and focus on mine since one of us will only be able to wear things for a couple months until they outgrow them. No one greeted us, and when we approached the register to check out, the cashier had her back turned to us while we stood at the counter. We waited several minutes before being acknowledged. When she finally turned around, the interaction was not very pleasant. Customer service plays a big role in the shopping experience, and this visit fell short in that area. The selection was decent the value kinda high as always.
