I rarely go to Dairy Queen, like ever. My friends were going so I went along with them! & decided to get something. We went through the drive thru & immediately the girl was not nice, like her tone was rude & we asked if we could look at the menu for a little & we debated on leaving because of the way she was talking to us ... but we stayed and we finally order but it took a little while not gonna lie because there was 3 of us, she was so rude & not nice at all about anything from start to finish like so much attitude. Then we go up to the window & I am trying to be nice to the girl but she doesn't even give me a chance to smile or talk or anything to her. She was so dismissive not making eye contact and rude. Then they made one of our things we ordered wrong so I said nicely that it was wrong & apologized to a different girl & she seemed nice & she said she would remake it & then we watch them talk about us to each other & when she came back I said " thank you so much" and she was so rude & quick to get rid of us. Then I said "wow they hate us" & nothing. I'm just so sad because it was a negative experience & I don't know why there so mad. I just want to be nice to them & them be happy lol I really didn't like my experience at all. The food is good but the humans are what make the experience and they were not nice. I get that they may have other stressors but I was trying to be nice to make their night better & like get on a level like I know it's late and I know people can get annoying but she wouldn't even let me. Horrible experience. Paid almost $9 for 2 mini blizzards. One was barely full, the other maybe 80% full. Both were very melted with very little added beyond the ice cream. Three kids running the show - clearly did not care about service or quality. Owners need to be there to supervise to ensure better quality. Absolutely will not be returning any time soon! read more

The food: 3/5. Typical fast food. Not as good as inn n out or jack in the box but it'll do in a pinch. Got the mushroom Swiss burger and it was alright. Fries are crispy and well seasoned. Fry sauce tastes like inn n out spread. The service: 4/5. Drive through style. Food took a little long to arrive especially since it's drive through fast food. They got our order 100% correct though which is better than most fast food joints in LA. Overall, it's alright. There's not much to eat in Pullman and even less of a choice after 6pm. So the food is good, not too much to complain about there. Restaurant is clean and presentable. The only gripe I have is how the front of the house is ran. Two people taking orders, putting food together and taking it out. This is very inefficient if you ask me. They should have a number system. Take an order and assign a number. Then you have employees dedicated to take food to customers (not the checkers). They find the guests via their assigned number. So I don't normally give this bad of a rating it takes a lot to get me here but I have to explain my story so either you avoid this place or go into it armed with knowledge to save yourself a lot of sorrow. So my wife and I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a couple of Julius's and a burger meal. We order from the Julius's a Strawberry - Orange and a Mango Pineapple Julius. I asked if it could be made as a Julius or if it had to be a smoothie. I was told it could be either so I ordered the Julius. We took off quuckly as they were busy and after we got down the road a ways we found out we had gotten a Strawberry Banana Julius, and the Mango Pineapple was really liquidy. So we went back and I explained that one was wrong and that the other was watery if possibly I got a smoothie. They said no it was a Julius and that a smoothie is thicker. I said okay but this is really water and icy. It was more like a slushy. The girl explained with a bit of an attitude that again the smoothies are thicker and I got a Julius. She said she would make me another one to show me I was wrong. So I started getting upset and she told me that my attitude was not necessary. I got more upset and told her she had the attitude and I just wanted my order right. I told her that I had been going to Orange Julius for a long time and the Julius I got did not seem right. She wanted to continue to argue so I said I want a refund. They told me they couldn't give me a refund. I went out to my vehicle and got the credit card I used and the meal, went back in and slapped the card on the counter and demanded every penny put back on it. They told me they could not give a refund without the managers permission that they had to call the manager. Turns out they were calling the cops. So after a few minutes they came back up front and said they could only give cash back. So they did and I left. The cops stopped us shortly after leaving the parking lot and waited to talk to both us and the employees. After a few more minutes decided to let us go as no crime was committed. I am appalled at how they handled this situation, there was no need for back talk. I will never frequent a Dairy Queen again. I hope this never happens to anyone else and they learn from my mistake. I believe the only mistake I made was going to this Dairy Queen. read more

So I just went to Dairy Queen grill and chill tonight and one of my worst experiences there asked for fresh food was NOT fresh, tried to ask for 2 sauces and they tried to charge 1.50 for an extra sauce, when we asked the employee was rude and tried to argue with us, asked for JUST a 3 piece and they charged for 2 combos when we specifically said just 3 chicken strips no drink or fries, honestly I would not recommend, I'm sure the westloop side is WAY better , customer service and food wise . read more

Foods always great and the customer service is great! Everytime I go into DQ its alwayd clean and the food quality is up to my expectations.

Lunch special is always a good deal. However, you only get better customer service when u order inside. Usually the ladies in drive thru are not friendly or at least they look like they hate their job. read more

I live nearby, so we frequent this DQ regularly. The food is consistenty good and hot and they do a great job with special requests, even through the drive thru. Great place for a quick, cheap bite or delicious ice cream! read more

i went to dairy queen with a group of 7 friends and when we ordered our food it was quick to get and it was pretty tasty ;) the only thing is the worker wasn't very friendly but the fry sauce tasted like mustard! it was gross. the french fries were probably some of the best french fries i've ever had, the blizzards were great and they're very affordable overall it was pretty good just a couple flaws 10/10 recommended just don't eat the fry sauce. read more

My experience at Dairy Queen was overall a good one. I was immediately greeted and asked how my day was. After ordering my Blizzard, the cashier read my order back to me to ensure he entered in the right order. When I received my Blizzard, he turned it upside down and handed it to me.
