The thing is... they actually have the best coffee in town After trying nearly all moscow cafes, panhandle is the one consistent location that I find myself craving and coming back to exclusively for their seasonal lattes. Wonderful mochas and lattes and also cold brew floats, super cute affogatos.. I mean they have everything. The ice cream is good too but I really feel like the coffee is what they excel at surprisingly. Perfect amount of ice, nice syrup (holy kakow), and such a smooth espresso. Interior wise, hit or miss on study vibes since it's very popular with families and kids understandably, usually very busy in the afternoon and evenings and on the loud side so I would come in expecting that. Service is about what you would expect from an all teenage girl group of workers, they're usually pretty nice. As long as they keep making their coffee I will continue to dedicate my dollars to them. read more

My parents and I stopped by for a little treat here in town. We had the chocolate and peanut butter cup flavor, and my oh my, they had the best texture ever. The flavor and creaminess were fantastic, plus the serving amount is perfect. The shop is modern but charming and the staff is super friendly! They even give you decent size taste testers! I am pretty lactose intolerant and they have 4 good lactose-free options! But I went for a scope with lactose - and had an extremely upset stomach afterwards but it was more than worth it. I would eat this ice cream again even though lactose makes me sick - and that's honestly the highest form of compliment a place can get. The folks were extremely friendly - I sampled a lot of different flavors because I can be indecisive and they were nice and patient with me. They even told me that one scope can be split between two different flavors, which was a super useful tip! The flavors themselves are creative and had options that I'd never seen or heard of before before. All of the flavors that I tried really did match their descriptions and paired well blended together. I went with their huckleberry buttermilk and bourbon flavors and I found them excellent. The huckleberry in particular tasted like huckleberry without feeling artificial (as is the case with a lot of fruit flavored ice creams) or overpowering. The cone was also tasty - though I do want to warn that it crumbles at end so it was slightly messy. The inside has a nice chill ambiance as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone! read more

Recommend avoiding it when it is a super busy timeframe with, say, the Saturday morning downtown Farmers Market. Reason being is that they get so incredibly busy that the freezer cases holding the ice cream ends up staying open more than they are closed -- and the ice cream ends up being a little too soft or mushy during those timeframes. They should consider boosting freezing / lower the temperature in those cases to compensate. read more

8/17/19 What a terrific business. We love the location, nestled amongst other businesses in the downtown area. We saw the reviews of this place and had to try it, before we headed out of town. There were plenty of flavor options to choose from, and they are glad to let you sample any/all of them if you wish to do so. We both decided on the Lemongrass Blueberry swirl. Wow the flavors were incredible and it was surprisingly refreshing as well! Two small cups cost us about $8. We look forward to returning next time we are in town! read more

What a quaint coffee shop with homemade ice cream. Their 16 oz lattes have FOUR shots of espresso! Holy smokes! They will ask you if you're new to their shop since you need to be forewarned.....lol. I got the chai tea. Delish. I got a sample of their buttermilk huckleberry ice cream. Just wow!!!! It was flavorful without being toothache-y sweet. This place has a good selection of ice cream and I like that they have flavors you don't find other places. Both the bourbon honey and coconut marionberry were delicious. I liked that their were actually coconut pieces in it and wasn't the artificial coconut flavor. Some ice cream flavors include chocolate chip cookies, blueberries, matca, mango, coconut and more, so you'll find something you like! Ask for a free taste! I've tried a couple of ice cream options. The first was a Rose and Honey ice cream that tasted heavenly. It was light and refreshing. I've also tried the coffee ice cream and it was really good. The coffee flavor was not overwhelmingly, but definitely well-balanced. I opted to have my ice cream with a waffle cone. I will admit, the waffle cone was just ok. It tasted a bit stale to me as it didn't have the crunch I was expecting, but I'm sure it was an oversight. This won't keep me away this summer! Overall, you need to check this place out. Our first trip here was great. The ice cream flavors were excellent, good waffle cones, and really good service. It was so good that the rest of the family went back twice the next day! Once for coffee and their excellent mini waffles, and then later for ice cream again. I wish we lived a little closer and it was easier to go more often. There serious about their ice cream. It's home made and flavors you won't see anywhere else. They have amazing vegan flavors and all kinds of fun things to go along with them. Sprinkles, whipped cream and other toppings. You want a coffee to warm you back up they got that to. The building is on Main Street and a lot bigger inside then it looks. They have fun color sheets for kids and a some what steam punk vibe for there interior decorations. Most of there employees are college kids and some of them can make amazing coffee.
