My rationale was that sometimes life gets busy and I thought it might actually help me tighten up my grocery budget if I wasn't shopping hungry at dinner time. The reason I tried Rosauers is I did a little bit of research and it seemed more affordable than Safeway and I liked that it was locally owned. The fee was $7.95 for the delivery. Basically how the process works is you set up an online profile and make sure you are in their delivery area. Then you search for the items you want and put them into your "online cart". I got a mix of basics and shopped some of the sale items. You can choose when you want to have the delivery, but you have to be home. They offer two hour windows to choose from. You can even buy 21+ items, but they will card you when they deliver. I got a variety of produce and I think that was little more expensive than shopping in store (plus someone else picks it for you and they might not have the same taste in banana or tomato ripeness) but I was happy with the quality for the most part. They totally nailed the avocados I requested and I was able to make delicious guacamole. I mess that up on my own all the time. I also was able to add deli meats from their counter (in 1/4 or 1 pound portions). I got some milk, bagels, etc too for about $50+ worth of food. My biggest disappointment was a few key items were "Out of stock" and they didn't put in a substitution. I know they didn't totally run out of eggs at Rosauers, but they ran out of the ones I chose. I wish they would have just put in a replacement item, even if it was a slightly different price, because then I would have had eggs. However, I could see it being frustrating if you wanted an exact item and then were forced to buy it. So, that is a hazard of shopping for groceries this way. All in all, it was a good experience and I'm glad I have it set up as an option if I ever need to use it again. I think it could come in handy for new parents, folks who are older and dislike driving in the snow, or folks who are busy!

Love this Walmart as it's…read moresuper clean and is a great place to stock up on all of the items my kid needs in her dorm and school. Plus, when I visit and have forgotten something in packing, this store has it!! They hire college kids so it's a different kind of Walmart experience than I'm used to at home. Friendly staff, everything stocked up, and located in a college town so the vibe is more like a Macy's experience than a traditional Walmart.

A whole bag just for a 5oz bag of shredded cheese. They also put heavy things on top on fragile produce. I once had them put large cans of tomato's on top of my fresh tomato's squishing all of them. they were leaking out of the bag. Also I attempted to review and tip the driver after putting away everything and couldn't. It was only 30min after my order had been delivered and it said my time to tip had run out. Walmart having this just confirms how little they care for their employees. If its not just the issue with delivery its having employees follow you through the store or lurking when your scanning your items at self-checkout. Instead of helping you they assume your stealing when its actually that they rearranged aisles and now your a little confused because everything is backwards. The prices don't even make it worth it. Winco has better prices and a bulk foods section.

Terrible operation and an abusive narcissist who is guilty of every noun mentioned above…read more Today on I90 west bound a driver for the company came out of the onramp/off ramp lane, went into the center flow lane without looking, almost came into contact with the vehicle in front of me and then proceeded to side-swipe my vehicle while veering into the fastlane. I drive truck and have zero accidents on my record. The owner won't contact me now and is saying that it is me who is at fault. Google reviews are also mentioning this same type of behavior from the company. Careful out there.

I stopped in today to pick up a crock pot meal and it is definitely enough to feed the family and have some leftovers. They are also doing TV dinners which allows you to just drop in and grab something for dinner. The choices for TV dinners is minimal right now but what they have is really good. Today's choice is chili with Monkey Bread. Tasty too. The food here is premium quality and you'll pay for that. However, it is still less expensive than having a meal at a restaurant with the family. I do wish the closing time would be extended to 5:30p so that dropping by after work would be easier.
