He waited to make our order until I got there and graciously hand delivered it to me at my car!! If you're using Apple Maps, don't listen to it when it tells you to turn right off of Latah. It takes you in the wrong direction! Just keep heading straight down Latah and you will see the truck parked under an awning. Maps thinks there's a street behind the food truck but it's blocked off and you can't turn the way it wants you to.

I also tasted the sauce from the Char Siew Chicken, and it was also delicious. Both of these were a little on the salty side, which I thought was great. However, if you're sensitive to salt that could be an issue. The Crab Potato Salad was very good. The Macaroni Salad was a little more basic, but also very good. The staff was super great, and the food was just out of this world. While I appreciate that there are several other food venues in the Lumberyard (all of which I have tried) I won't be able to resist opting for Malō whenever I stop by.
